Abstract

Productive Micro Business Assistance (BPUM) is a government policy. This assistance has been carried out since the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The Mojokerto city government conducts a selection of MSMEs which is expected to avoid errors in determining MSME assistance. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is developed using the Weighted Product method to make it easier and faster to determine MSMEs that are eligible to receive assistance. The stages of system development start from problem analysis, data collection, analysis of method application, and system development. Based on the calculation of the resulting S vector, the largest value is 0.10568 and the smallest value is 0.05886 from 9382 MSME data. The last calculation is the V vector value which produces recommendations in the form of data ranking that can be used by the Mojokerto City Diskopukmperindag to determine which MSMEs are entitled to receive assistance. The results of the selected alternatives are in accordance with the ranking with the largest value of 0.10568 and the smallest value of 0.05886. Providing recommendations by the decision support system to policy makers can be based on the largest relative preference value owned by MSMEs.

Abstract

Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas telah memperoleh Akreditasi Institusi A dari BAN-PT dan selalu berupaya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran daring untuk mendukung konsep Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Dalam mendukung upaya universitas, dosen pada program studi (PS) di UHW Perbanas, yaitu dosen PS Sarjana Sistem Informasi, terus mengembangkan fasilitas pembelajaran berbasis digital, terutama untuk Mata Kuliah Pengantar Sistem Informasi, yang menjadi dasar bagi mahasiswa semester satu (1). Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis gamifikasi yang dibangun dengan metode pengembangan aplikasi waterfall. Aplikasi Evaluasi Pengantar Sistem Informasi (ELUPSI) adalah alat evaluasi mahasiswa yang mengadopsi pendekatan OBE untuk mengukur capaian pembelajaran. Didasari oleh CPMK dan Sub-CPMK, aplikasi ini menggunakan model gamifikasi dengan empat tingkatan level yang menggambarkan capaian pembelajaran matakuliah. ELUPSI dikembangkan berbasis Android, platform ini dipilih untuk mempermudah akses mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperkuat pengetahuan teoritis dengan keterampilan analisis yang relevan dengan masalah dunia nyata, menciptakan aksesibilitas lintas disiplin ilmu dan memberikan alat evaluasi kepada dosen untuk menilai pencapaian belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan kurikulum Mata Kuliah Pengantar Sistem Informasi di PS Sistem Informasi Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas.

Abstract

In today's digital age, nearly every institution, including those in education, utilizes social media. Instagram, a leading social media platform, offers a wealth of features for sharing engaging visual content. To maximize the effectiveness of new student recruitment on Instagram, UHW Perbanas needs a clear understanding and implementation of paid and owned media marketing strategies. The next step is to compare content performance before and after implementing SEO strategies, both paid and organic. Marketing strategy analysis using content on the @pmb.uhwperbanas Instagram account has demonstrably built a positive image and attracted audience attention. Relevant, informative, and engaging content fosters audience interest, creates engagement, and increases brand awareness. This research suggests that utilizing paid advertising can significantly amplify the reach and impact of existing content. The results of content with organic Instagram show insight results of 1,232 reaches, 1,626 impressions, 133 interactions and 83 profile activities. The results of content with paid Instagram show insight results of 109,173 reaches, 177 post interactions, 1,619 profile activities and 987 advertisements. This data collection platform is obtained from the features owned by Instagram Business.The conclusion of this research highlights the effectiveness of a balanced paid and organic media strategy on Instagram. By leveraging keyword analysis results from an SEO tool, UHW Perbanas can craft compelling captions that optimize search content and drive new student admissions.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) aims to provide opportunities for students to master various disciplines to prepare themselves for the world of work. One of the MBKM programs that students can take part in is an internship. Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas (UHW Perbanas) is a university that is required to be able to design and implement innovative learning processes so that students can take part in internship programs. During the management of internships, problems were found, namely (1) the length of processing internship approvals, (2) data processing was less effective, efficient, fast and accurate, (3) the process of monitoring and preparing reports was not smooth, and (4) difficulties in scheduling exams. and assessment because it is done manually. This research aims to develop an internship management application using the waterfall method. In this research, the stages carried out only include conducting a needs analysis and designing a system that is used as a guide in developing web-based applications that are integrated between users. The finished application design is validated and confirmed by the user. The results show that the entire application design is in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

Obtaining student achievement provides benefits for schools for accreditation assessment, curriculum determination, feedback and policy. SMA N 1 Waru is a Senior High School in Indonesia in the National Reference School category which almost every year gets achievements. Currently, management of achievement data has not been carried out optimally, accumulated achievement data cannot be displayed, storage of supporting data is not organized, and the accuracy of the information produced is hampered. This research aims to implement a website-based student achievement application. The method used is in two stages, data collection and application development. The application development technique uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. This research produces an application that has functionalities: master data (period, type of achievement, level of achievement/certification, class), teacher data collection, student data collection, achievement data collection (proposal and approval of achievements), user management, achievement reports, and achievement dashboards, as well as manage user user access. All functionalities have passed testing using the black box testing method. Implementation of applications using RAD can be done quickly and effectively so that the school gets the benefits of collecting achievement data at any time, achievement information can be accessed by anyone who needs it, the information produced is accurate, and has storage media for achievement supporting documents that can be well organized.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Waru is experiencing rapid development, particularly in this digital era, with its students achieving notable success in sports, science, and arts. However, despite these achievements, the management of such accomplishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.            Keywords: achievement data; information system; website.
