Abstract

The research aims to find out how the Business Marketing Strategy uses SWOT analysis. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and from farmers providing information. Researchers collected information directly by conducting interviews. Secondary data was obtained from the community of Tugondeng Village, Herlang Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency. Based on the results of research analysis using SWOT matrix that combines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the matrix can produce four sets of possible alternative strategies. By using SWOT analysis, it can be obtained that copra farmers can take alternative strategies ST, WT, SO and WO. In describing the research results, the SWOT matrix is used by analyzing the internal and external factors carried out by providing an overview of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats possessed by copra farmers.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance in higher education institutions in East Java. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 250 administrative staff, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the relationships among these key variables. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model reveals significant and positive effects of both organizational culture and communication skills on administrative performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing communication skills to optimize administrative efficiency. The study contributes valuable insights to the field of higher education administration and offers practical recommendations for institutions seeking to improve their administrative practices.

Abstract

Bencana kebakaran bangunan di Kota Banjarmasin dalam kurun 6 tahun kebelakang telah mencapai 570 kejadian, dengan total kerugian harta benda mencapai 195,5 miliar dan merenggut 12 korban jiwa. Tahun 2020, Kebakaran di Kota Banjarmasin mengalami penurunan yang signifikan sebanyak 16 kejadian. Akan tetapi sejak 2022 hingga 2024 kejadian kebakaran meningkat dan mengalami lebih dari 50 kejadian pertahunnya. Dari kejadian itu, maka dibutuhkan sistem peringatan dini yang dapat berjalan dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan sistem peringatan dini bencana kebakaran serta faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan sistem peringatan dini di Kota Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem peringatan dini berbasis masyarakat lebih menjadi pilihan utama dibandingkan dengan sistem peringatan dini berbasis teknologi yang lebih banyak hanya digunakan oleh pemilik bangunan gedung yang memiliki modal banyak. Hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan sistem peringatan dini di Kota Banjarmasin adalah keuangan dan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Kepuasan masyarakat yang menerima pelayanan terpadu di Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) sebagai pengelola pelayanan publik di Kabupaten seyogyanya diukur berdasarkan Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi institusi tersebut. Proses evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pelayanan terpadu selama ini hanya terbatas pada pelayanan perizinan yang ada di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Banjar, belum dilakukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh terhadap layanan di MPP. Selain itu evaluasi juga dilakukan terbatas secara kuantitatif, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara lebih komprehensif, salah satunya dengan penelitian secara kualitatif sebagai penyeimbang data hasil evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Kepuasan Masyarakat di MPP Kabupaten Banjar. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan dengan menggunakan analisis kepuasan konsumen. Teknik penelitian adalah melakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Responden penelitian adalah pihak DPMPTSP, petugas MPP dan masyarakat sebagai pengguna layanan. Analisis data menggunakan model ServQual (service quality) dari Parasuraman dkk (1988). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semua indikator dari ServQual menunjukkan hasil positif terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Indikator ServQual juga sejalan dengan item pertanyaan pada Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat sebagaimana dalam Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017.

Abstract

Bimbingan teknis pelayanan prima untuk tenaga kontrak di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Banjar adalah untuk memberikan peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan praktis kepada pegawai kontrak tentang pentingnya dasar-dasar pelayanan prima. Kegiatan tersebut diberikan kepada pegawai perizinan yang berstatus tenaga kontrak/non ASN dalam menerapkan dasar pelayanan prima untuk melayani masyarakat pada proses pelayanan terpadu. Nara sumber kegiatan adalah praktisi yang mempunyai pengalaman di bidang pelayanan prima. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 25 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode presentasi, diskusi dan simulasi. Rangkaian kegiatan adalah pelaksanaan pre test, pemberian materi, dan evaluasi dengan post test. Materi bimbingan teknis meliputi pelayanan prima, budaya kerja, kepribadian pelayanan, kemampuan komunikasi, penanganan aduan masalah dan pembentukan karakter. Hasil pre test dan post test diuji dengan menggunakan uji t dan N-Gain. Hasilnya uji t menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta bimbingan teknis secara signifikan dan uji hasil uji N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bimbingan teknis pelayanan prima cukup efektif
