Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance. This research uses a population including employees who are actively working. It is hoped that this research can provide input to companies in managing employee performance, especially related to work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation. The sample obtained was 80 respondents. The independent variables in this research are work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. In this research, the instrument used was a set of questionnaires with likert scale which were then processed using the IBM SPSS version 26 application software. Analyzing the data that had been collected, used multiple linear regression. The partial research results show that there is a significant influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation positively on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results of research testing show that work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This qualitative study looks into the connection between Indonesian teenage stress levels and social media use. During semi-structured interviews with Indonesian teenagers between the ages of 13 and 18, several themes surfaced that demonstrated the complex relationship between social media and teenage wellbeing. Social media platforms facilitate social contact, but they also include stresses like social comparison, FOMO, and cyberbullying, as reported by participants. Social media is a source of both connection and stress. Teenagers use a variety of coping mechanisms, such as placing limits on their use of social media, going offline, practicing mindfulness, and asking for social support. Addressing social media-induced stress in Indonesian teenagers requires culturally sensitive methods that take into account local norms and beliefs. The results highlight the significance of encouraging digital literacy, creating safe spaces, and giving teenagers the tools they need to use social media appropriately. Policies and interventions to encourage positive mental health outcomes in the digital era can be devised by comprehending the complexity of social media's impact on teenage well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bsertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Davina Aesthetic Clinic. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 responden yang merupakan pelanggan klinik Davina Aesthetic Clinic. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik pelayanan maupun kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang optimal dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di Davina Aesthetic Clinic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan variabel harga dan tempat terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Dhifa Farma Palangga kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel sebanyak 68 orang pembeli dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Secara parsial variabel harga dan tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Dhifa Farma Palangga kabupaten Gowa. (2) Secara simultan variabel harga dan tempat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Apotek Dhifa Farma Palangga kabupaten Gowa.
