Abstract

Reading is a commandment from Allah. commanded through al-Qur'an Surah al-Alaq verse 1 which was revealed through the intermediary angel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad. Which will be preached to all the human Ummah specifically to the Ummah who always follows the teachings of Islam. Therefore, we must read the Koran, both reading directly (written) and reading with signs of Allah's power. (implied). Which has a variety of discussions ranging from reading the Koran, mentadabburi, practice and practice so as to create a generation of Qur'ani. In this paper using library research with the method of using library data collection techniques (Library Research) that uses various kinds of existing literature such as books, books of hadith, books of interpretation and the Qur'an that will help in using methods, deductive, inductive and comparative. And it was concluded that the command to read in the Koran so that it can be seen that reading is not just a job, not a mere hobby but as a very important command that will underlie all our activities in this world, let alone a prosecutor of knowledge, reading also is a foundation to go to the path that is blessed by Allah.

Abstract

This study examines how the socio-economic life of traditional fishing communities in Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. This study aims to determine how the socio-economic conditions of the traditional fishing community in Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency. To identify the problem, the researcher used the qualitative method in analyzing the problem. Data collection techniques used in this study were through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used in this study is through data reduction, data presentation, and verification of concluding. Based on the results of the study, the socio-economic life of the traditional fishing community in Lombonga Village, Balaesang District, Donggala Regency is still below the average standard of living of other communities, this is due to the limited facilities and infrastructure owned and also supported by low human resources and fishermen's interest in middlemen. still very high. The income obtained by fishermen is less than optimal in meeting their daily needs, to overcome the economic downturn of traditional fishing communities, it is necessary to reactivate fish auctions and the role of savings and loan cooperatives is needed so that they can provide adequate capital assistance and the distribution of assistance can reach all existing fishermen. It is hoped that with the existence of a fish auction place and the role of savings and loan cooperatives, fishermen can escape from the snares of existing middlemen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji hubungan promosi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan pengalaman dengan niat penggunaan Shopeepay. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Makassar konsumen e-wallet Shopeepay. Jenis metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 97 orang. Analisis data dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda. Penelitian menemukan bahwa promosi, kepercayaan, kemudahan penggunaan dan pengalaman dapat meningkatkan niat penggunaan Shopeepay.

Abstract

In the context of the world of work, the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on motivation and job satisfaction is an increasingly relevant research topic. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms, and beliefs held together by members of an organization, while organizational commitment reflects the level of attachment and loyalty of individuals to the organization where they work. These two factors are believed to have an important role in shaping employee motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the motivation and job satisfaction of employees and lecturers in an organizational environment. This research is a quantitative study. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Palu, using 129 respondents consisting of employees and lecturers as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was through structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. By creating a motivating and satisfying work environment, universities can improve academic and administrative performance, which in turn will improve the reputation and attractiveness of the institution to prospective students and other stakeholders.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of convenience, lifestyle and risk onInterest in using Paylater on the Shopee application. Quantitative descriptive methods were used in this research, starting with data collection, processing and presenting the results through tables and figures. This research was conducted in the community in Makassar City. The population used in this research is people in Makassar City who use Paylater on the Shopee application. The technique used to determine the sample in this research was purposive sampling technique so that the total sample was 100 people. The data source used in this research is a primary data type data source used obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents, then the data was processed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results found that there was a significant positive influence from the convenience variable on interest in using Pay later on the Shopee application; there is a significant positive influence of lifestyle variables on interest in using Pay later on the Shopee application; Meanwhile, there is no significant influence of the risk variable on interest in using Pay Later on the Shopee application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of benefits, convenience, service features and security on interest in using Mobile Banking. The approach used by researchers in this study is a quantitative approach. Researchers used primary data derived from original sources, obtained directly by researchers by distributing questionnaires directly to active students in Makassar City who use e-BCA mobile banking services. The population in this study is unknown, so the sample is calculated using the Lameshow formula, then this study uses accidental sampling techniques to take samples. The results found that the benefits, convenience, service features and security have a positive and significant influence on the interest in using Mobile Banking.

Abstract

Tofu, a processed soy product, has undergone continuous innovation, evolving from a simple fried snack sold on roadsides to becoming a prominent item on the menus of large restaurants. In Indonesia, people show less interest in consuming raw soybeans and prefer processed options, with tofu being one of their preferred choices. This study was carried out at Mitra Cemangi Tofu industry located in Bayoge Village, Tatanga Sub District of Palu City. The choice of this location was intentional as Mitra Cemangi is a prominent tofu business in Palu City. The research was conducted between March and April 2020, with five purposively selected respondents: one leader and two employees and two consumers. The analysis utilized the SWOT method, which revealed a rating value of 1.71 for the internal strategic factors and 1.21 for the external factors in the development of the Nitra Cemangi Tofu Industry business. It was determined that the appropriate development strategy for the Mitra Cemangi Tofu Industry is the S-O strategy. This strategy focuses on leveraging strengths to capitalize on existing opportunities and can prove beneficial for the growth of the Tofu Mitra Cemangi Industry.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to understand the psychology behind consumer behavior by exploring the psychological, social, and emotional factors influencing individuals' purchasing decisions and consumption patterns. Research Design and Methodology: The research employs a comprehensive qualitative literature review methodology, examining academic articles, books, and other scholarly sources through systematic searches of databases such as PubMed, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar. The literature is critically reviewed and analyzed to identify key themes, theories, and findings relevant to understanding the psychology behind consumer behavior. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that consumer behavior is influenced by psychological processes, such as the theory of planned behavior and the elaboration likelihood model, as well as affective and social factors, including social identity theory and reference group theory. Emotional factors also play a crucial role in shaping consumer preferences and purchase decisions, with positive emotions enhancing purchase intentions and post-purchase experiences. Implications: A deep understanding of the psychology behind consumer behavior enables marketers to design more effective marketing strategies, such as emotionally resonant communication, leveraging social influence, and interventions to mitigate cognitive biases. This research provides valuable theoretical insights and practical applications for marketing strategies and consumer welfare.

Abstract

This study explores the unique role of Sharia compliance in shaping user behavior toward digital payment systems, focusing on the Islamic digital-payment platform. It aims to examine how perceived convenience, and perceived risk influence attitudes and interests in adopting Sharia-compliant digital payments. Using a quantitative approach, the research targets the users of LinkAja Sharia, Indonesia, employing purposive judgment sampling resulting in 150 response rates. Data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (PLS- SEM). The findings indicate that perceived convenience and perceived risk significantly and positively affect both attitudes and interest. Moreover, attitudes mediate the relationship between these perceptions and interest. The study underscores how aligning financial technology with Islamic principles adds trust and appeal, offering valuable insights for developers aiming to integrate ethical and religious values into fintech innovations for Muslim markets, and global endeavors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Sulselrabar. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan tipe survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 60 pegawai yang dipilih dengan metode acak sederhana menggunakan rumus Slovin. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi mendorong pegawai bekerja optimal, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif meningkatkan produktivitas, dan budaya organisasi membentuk perilaku yang mendukung tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis dalam pengelolaan motivasi, lingkungan, dan budaya kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Namun, penelitian terbatas pada satu lokasi dan sektor. Studi mendatang disarankan memperluas cakupan geografis dan menggunakan metode mixed methods untuk hasil yang lebih komprehensif.
