Abstract

Vocational high school students who have graduated from vocatonal hight school always have difficulty deciding between going straight to work or continuing their studies. Major selection is included in the educational process, which has the scope of determining future career success. The study program chosen must be in accordance with the interests and abilities possessed by students. This community service trains vocational or high school students to gain skills in designing a 3D butterfly animation. This community service aims to promote the Computer Technology Study Program to SMK or SMA students so that they are interested in registering at the Medan LP3I Polytechnic. The method used is the lecture and training method. The Powepoint 2019 application is used in the material, while the 3D Max Application is used to design butterfly animations

Abstract

This research develops an expert system for troubleshooting LAN networks using the forward chaining method at SMK PGRI Lumajang. With numerous devices connected simultaneously, including computers, tablets, and smart devices, the network may become congested, leading to slow data transfer and connectivity issues. This is especially problematic during peak hours when students and staff access online resources concurrently. The forward chaining method is an artificial intelligence approach in which the system uses given facts to reach a solution. Expert systems have become an important instrument in solving technical problems in various fields, including computer networks. This research discusses the development of an expert system for troubleshooting web-based LAN networks using the forward chaining method. The forward chaining method is an approach used in artificial intelligence where the system uses given facts to reach a conclusion or solution. Expert systems are developed by using web-based technology, allowing easy and fast access for users in various locations. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to increasing efficiency and effectiveness in handling LAN network troubleshooting problems at SMK PGRI Lumajang. Apart from that, it is also hoped that the application of the expert system can become a reference and guide for network technicians in solving complex problems

Abstract

Before carrying out learning and teaching activities in the computer lab, the thing that needs to be considered is the presence of students. Absence is something that must be done by lecturers and students to find out the number of attendance. The presence of students is used as a parameter for evaluating lecturers and the academic section to determine whether students are allowed to take the midterm and final exams. The output of this study is an IoT-Based attendance system using data storage on Google Spreadsheet and Smart Door Locks in the computer lab. In this study using a 3 x 4 keypad, arduino uno, and jumper cables.The tools used to retrieve attendance data are nodeMCU, Card Reader, Jumper Cable, LCD and Google Spreadsheet as data storage.

Abstract

The rapid of information and competition in the world of the internet has caused the website reksanusindosejahtera.com disappear on the first page of Google Search Results and queries. Therefore, it has less viewers and subscribers. Search Egine Optimization (SEO) is a method that will be used to overcome the issue of viewers and subscribers on a website. This research applies Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by using two tools, Google Console and Google Analytics, to optimize keyword searches. The aim of this research is to assist the website in appearing on the first page of Google Search results, thereby maximizing business outcomes. The results of website optimization are based on the analysis and implementation of this method; the main page of the website with the primary keyword reksanusindo.com has been indexed by search engines and appears on the first page of Google search results. It can be confirmed that the statistics for website visits have increased than the previous numbers. Furthermore, this website will continue to be optimized to achieve even better results.

Abstract

Rekruitmen merupakan salah satu elemen krusial dalam menunjang kesuksesan suatu perusahaan. PT Everbright Medan Wilayah I . PT. Everbright Medan Wilayah I masih menggunakan metode rekruitmen secara manual, walaupun penyebaran informasi lowongan pekerjaan telah dilakukan melalui media sosial. Metode rekruitmen secara manual dinilai kurang efisien karena pelamar tetap diwajibkan mencetak dan menyerahkan dokumen secara langsung ke perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem E-recruitmen berbasis web untuk menggantikan proses manual. Pengembangan berlangsung dalam model Waterfall melalui tahapan yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu proses E-Rectruitmen diperlukan perancangan aplikasi dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, serta antarmuka pengguna yang dirancang dengan bantuan Bootstrap. Fitur yang akan dirancang meliputi pembuatan akun pelamar, pengisian data pribadi, serta unggahan dokumen penting seperti pas foto, ijazah, transkrip nilai dan lain-lain. Dengan adanya aplikasi E-Recruitment ini proses penarikan kandidat pelamar bisa dilakukan secara daring sehingga perusahaan dengan mudah mendapatkan karyawan yang berkualitas sesuai spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan

Abstract

The increasing need for fish causes problems related to number of fish catches in the fisheries sector. In fish catches amount, all information related to fishing ground is well known, but on the other hand it is not easy to predict the number of fish catches due to unclear information. This is also related to the number of ships that make trips, the length (time) of the trip, the type of fishing gear, weather conditions, the quality of human resources, natural environmental factors, and others. The purpose of this study is to apply grey forecasting model GM (1.N) to forecast the number of fish catches. Grey forecasting models are used to build forecast models with limited amounts of data with short-term forecasts that will produce accurate forecasts. This study employs the data on monthly number of fish catches and wave height in the year of 2016 to 2018 to analyze calculations using the GM (1.N) models. The study was conducted with 36 time series data. The result showed that the MAPE on the GM (1.N) model of 57% in the experiment with 36 data.

Abstract

Digitizing animal health services is a crucial step in improving access and quality of care for pet owners. This research aims to assist the Karimata Petshop in Jember in developing a "Satwa Sehat" website that provides animal health information and services. The method used was a participatory approach involving pet shop owners and animal health workers. The results of this assistance indicate an increased understanding of digitalization and the use of information technology in animal health services. This website is expected to raise public awareness of the importance of animal health and accelerate access to information.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of the active learning model in admin panel development as an integral part of application development at PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia. In the rapidly developing digital era, developing applications is becoming increasingly important as a tool to support business operations. However, developing an admin panel, which is a user interface for managing and monitoring applications, requires an appropriate learning approach in order to achieve optimal results. In this research, we focus on the application of active learning models, which involve students directly in the learning process, to understand how this approach can influence the development of admin panels. Various active learning models such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, and cooperative learning will be explored in the context of information technology development. The research method used includes data collection through observation of the learning process, interaction between developers, and evaluation of the results resulting from the application of the active learning model. Qualitative analysis will be conducted to identify the benefits and challenges of implementing this learning approach in the context of admin panel development. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia and the academic community about the importance of appropriate learning approaches in developing effective information technology. Thus, it is hoped that this research can become a basis for increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of admin panel development to support application development at PT Kinema Systrans Multimedia.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the promotion and marketing of kebaya digitally by applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques and the use of AI Chatbot in a web-based application. The main problem faced by Butik Putri is the rapid development of digital technology that pushes kebaya entrepreneurs to adapt their promotional and marketing strategies online. The advancement of digital technology and intence business competition drives growth in Indonesia’s fashion Industry, especially kebaya products, thus making digital marketing crucial to reach a broader and modern market. Butik Putri is a brand engaged in kebaya fashion. Currently, Butik Putri experiences limitations in digital marketing, which a restricted to the WhatsApp platform and lacks optimal service responsiveness. The proposed solution is to develop a web-based application by implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and AI Chatbot. This study aims to design and build a promotional website a modern, responsive interface that supports customer interaction through the application of Tailwind CSS and AI Chatbot integration. Additionally, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques are applied to improve website visibility on Search Engines. The research method uses a qualitative approach, involving the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with prototype and flowchart models. The results show that the implementation of a Tailwind CSS-based website with AI Chatbot features can increase the volume of kebaya sales through both digital platforms and physical stores, strengthen the brand, and enhance real-time responsiveness and interaction with website visitors by providing 24-hour interactive service

Abstract

Butik Putri is a business in the fashion sector that sells its products through a website. A website is an application that contains various types of multimedia documents such as text, images, sound, animation, and video, used to provide information and introduce a product to the public broadly. To optimally increase the number of website visitors, an evaluation needs to be conducted by analyzing the website’s performance and visitor characteristics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the website and the characteristics of visitors to the Butik Putri website. The method used is a descriptive method. The research population consists of website visitors on the site Butik Putri from June to September 2025, totaling 620 people. Data collection techniques use secondary data from Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA). The results show that the website’s performance on search engine averages 2,2. The highest keyword search is “Butik Putri”. Indonesia is the country that accesses the website the most. Visitor characteristics increased with a total of 620 visitors. The most used browser is Chrome at 61,11%, the operating systems is Windows at 55,42%, and the device used is desktop at 61,11%. The website’s performance improved after adding Google Search Console (GSC) to the Butik Putri website. Along with that, visitor characteristics from Google Analytics (GA) data also increased but then decreased in the following month. To keep visitors continually increasing, website content must be continuously updated.
