Abstract

Purpose: The most difficult tasks for final year students is thesis. this study aims to determine the relationships between coping mechanisms and stressed levels in Nursing STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis undergraduate students. Methods: The design in this study was cross sectional. Sampling was done by using total sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 83 people. Results: The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between stressed levels and coping mechanisms in final year undergraduate students of Nursing STIKes Muhammadiyah Ciamis 2-8 July 2023 (p=0.022). This study provides an overview for undergraduate nursing students to b able to understand and improve emotional intelligence , so that they are able to motivated themselves and can withstand stress.

Abstract

Community Service (PkM) aims to process coffee skin waste into cascara herbal dipping products in order to maximize the potential of previously unutilized coffee skin waste. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The partner in this PkM is the Al-Ikhlas Muslimat Women's Cooperative which is located in Sidomulyo Village, Jember Regency. The results that have been achieved in this Community Service activity are the production of herbal cascara tea products made from coffee skin waste with the addition of ginger. Herbal cascara tea products have a distinctive taste and aroma of coffee mixed with a refreshing sour and spicy taste from the addition of ginger. The taste of the cascara herbal dipped product is a distinctive taste. Cascara herbal tea will later be packaged using primary dip bag packaging and secondary standing pouch packaging. Processing coffee skin waste provides new variations for the products produced, namely the Muslimat Al-Ikhlas Women's Cooperative in Sidomulyo Village.

Abstract

The agricultural sectors that are developed should be sectors that have a major contribution to economic growth in Ngawi Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze which sectors have priority development in Ngawi Regency. This needs to be done so that subsectors that have the potential for the progress of vegetable crops in the region can be optimized. In this way, regions can find out about economic progress as a result of development in the agricultural sector in their region. This research analyzes the contribution of the basic vegetable subsector to the economic growth of the agricultural sector in Ngawi Regency. This analysis can help the government in setting policies regarding the economy and regional development so that it is hoped that community welfare will be created in Ngawi Regency. The research was carried out in August-October 2024, located in 19 sub-districts in Ngawi Regency. The highest LQ value is cayenne pepper which is found in 12 (twelve) sub-districts, namely Sine sub-district LQ value 3.09, Ngrambe sub-district LQ value 3.04, Jogorogo sub-district LQ value 2.94, Geneng sub-district LQ value 3.10, Gerih sub-district LQ value 6.53, Kwadungan sub-district LQ value 2.12, Paron District LQ value 3.69, Kedunggalar District LQ value 13.72, Pitu District LQ value 1.73, Widodaren District LQ value 22.26, Mantingan District LQ value 13.97 and Karanganyar District LQ value 4.49. This illustrates that cayenne pepper is a basic sector where farmers are generally able to make good use of the available land.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) dalam menjamin kepatuhan bank syariah terhadap prinsip syariah. Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesesuaian operasional bank dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa bank syariah mengikuti prinsip-prinsip etika Islam, termasuk larangan riba (bunga), spekulasi, dan aktivitas yang diharamkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan depskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi pustaka sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan analisis literatur terkait peran Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) dalam menjamin kepatuhan bank syariah. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang terdiri dari berbagai artikel, buku, dan laporan terkait perbankan syariah, Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), dan prinsip syariah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) memiliki peran sentral dalam menjaga kepatuhan bank syariah terhadap prinsip syariah melalui pengawasan operasional, pengambilan keputusan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta komunikasi dengan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan dalam pemilihan anggota Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS), otoritas dan independensi, serta pembaruan pengetahuan terkait perbankan syariah dapat ditingkatkan agar eksistensi Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) dapat lebih efektif dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pengawas kepatuhan bank syariah di Indonesia.
