Abstract

BRT Trans Jateng adalah moda transportasi pemerintah tidak lepas dari prinsip pelayanan public yang baik dan berkualitas bagi pelanggan disabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur efektivitas pelayanan BRT Trans Jateng bagi pelanggan difabel khususnya di Kota Surakarta. Desain penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode Fuzzy SERVQUAL untuk mengukur Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan difabel terhadap pelayanan BRT Trans Jateng. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 30 sampel pelanggan difabel di Kota Surakarta. Disini dapat dilihat bahwa dari kelima dimensi yang diukur semuanya memerlukan perbaikan. Perbaikan dilakukan berdasarkan prioritas nilai gap yang paling besar. Dari hasil pengolahan data, yaitu peringkat pertama adalah dimensi tangible dengan nilai gap sebesar -2.0167, kemudian peringkat kedua dimensi emathy dengan nilai gap sebesar -1.9583, peringkat ketiga dimensi responsiveness dengan nilai gap sebesar -1.95, pada peringkat keempat adalah dimensi assurance dengan nilai gap sebesar -1.92, dan peringkat kelima adalah dimensi reliability dengan nilai gap sebesar -1.89.

Abstract

The Indonesian cement industry faces challenges in improving operational efficiency amid increasing competition. One critical factor in cement production is the operational stability of the Raw Mill, which depends on the performance of the Hydraulic Pump Unit. This study aims to optimize control communication in the Hydraulic Pump Unit to reduce downtime in the Raw Mill area of PT. Semen Gresik. Using the Seven Tools method, the study identified communication disruptions as the primary cause of downtime. Key issues include unreliable remote I/O PLCs, high operating temperatures, excessive loops, poor grounding, and procedural errors. To address these problems, the study proposes replacing remote I/O PLCs, adding Junction Boxes, relocating PLCs to a control panel room, redesigning the network topology, switching from Ethernet to Profibus, improving grounding, conducting training, and updating maintenance standards. The implementation of these solutions successfully reduced Raw Mill downtime, improved production efficiency, and enhanced control system reliability by creating new operational standards. These findings highlight the importance of effective control communication in maintaining stable and efficient cement production operations.

Abstract

Work safety is a crucial aspect of the Cement industry, especially in high-risk jobs such as handling cliff landslides. This study aims identify potential hazards, assess risks, and control them using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method to reduce the frequency of operational incidents at PT Semen Gresik. The research employs field observations, interviews with workers, and data analysis using the HIRARC approach. Findings indicate that before implementing this method, several tasks were categorized as high risk and extreme risk. After risk control measures were applied, the level of risk was reduced to moderate risk and low risk. This study recommends changing the slope design from single slope to multi slope, which has been proven to increase the Safety Factor (SF) to 1.742. Additionally, improving work safety management is suggested through the promotion of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and the installation of Extenso Meters to monitor ground movement.

Abstract

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems play a crucial role in providing efficient and sustainable urban mobility, yet service quality often faces challenges that lead to passenger dissatisfaction. This study focuses on BRT Trans Jateng Corridor 7, which has received a considerable number of complaints regarding service reliability, comfort, and punctuality. The main objective of this research is to improve passenger satisfaction by applying the Six Sigma methodology to identify, analyze, and reduce the root causes of service-related complaints. Using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, data were collected through complaint reports, passenger surveys, and operational performance indicators. Statistical analysis and cause-effect diagrams were employed to pinpoint critical factors influencing complaints, including bus frequency, driver performance, ticketing efficiency, and infrastructure support. The findings indicate that the application of Six Sigma significantly reduced recurring complaints, particularly in the areas of schedule adherence and service responsiveness, leading to measurable improvements in overall passenger satisfaction. The synthesis of results demonstrates that structured quality management approaches such as Six Sigma can effectively enhance public transportation service quality by providing systematic solutions to operational problems. In conclusion, this research highlights the practical benefits of Six Sigma in improving service performance and reducing passenger complaints, offering valuable insights for policymakers and transportation operators seeking to strengthen the quality and sustainability of public transit systems.

Abstract

Background: Collaboration between teachers, parents, and school counselors is essential to provide ongoing psychological support. By engaging a counselor, students can obtain guidance services that help them manage stress, develop study skills, and build confidence. This inclusive and adaptive approach allows every student, both fast and slow learners, to reach their best potential academically and emotionally. This paper aims to explore more about the concept of psychological support for improving the achievement of slow learner students at SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta, Indonesia. Methods: This study uses a qualitative design with a field approach at SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation supported by relevant literature and theoretical frameworks. Participants included class X educators. Data analysis employed triangulation, involving data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing to ensure validity and identify key themes. The findings are presented descriptively, addressing the research focus and supported by prior studies. Results: The results of the study show that SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta has compiled a guideline known as "Initial Learning Module: Building a Positive Culture at SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta". This module is consistently given at the beginning of learning and is one of the leading guides in the Guidance and Counseling process. This module contains instructions on how to build the concept of psychological support that educators must apply in the SMK Negeri 9 Surakarta environment, namely through the restitution process. This process prioritizes the idea of positive discipline that must be embedded in students. Conclusion: Psychological support has a complex role, affecting the mental well-being of individuals from various points of view. Future research should explore the long-term effects of psychological support on mental well-being across different populations and contexts.

Abstract

CV Cakra Nusantara is a company engaged in the distribution sector, which cannot be separated from marketing and distribution problems for goods sold to consumers. Some issues include incompetent human resources, high sales turnover, limited unit availability, less strong teamwork, lack of attractive promotional activities, and human resources that have not mastered product knowledge. The need for staple products is constantly increasing every year, the trend of society is still wasteful, the incessant promotion and innovation of competitors, the competitive position in the market is very high, and the economic situation still needs to be fixed. This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses from the marketing side and maximize the opportunities owned by combining the SWOT-IE and QSPM methods. Based on the results of an internal environmental analysis, the company's main strengths are relatively cheap product prices and an excellent strategic location, with a score of 0.44444, which can be interpreted as the low price factor and a good distribution system having its strengths for the company. The main opportunities owned by the company are good relations with suppliers from factories and cooperation with new retailers, which are the main opportunities for companies with scores of 0.44 and 0.5. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis obtained alternatives to increase observation of developing markets and increase marketing in product promotion. It is shown by the results of the Total Attractive Score (TAS) of 4.675.PERENCANAAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN UNTUK PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN DENGAN METODE STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS-IE MATRIX AND QUANTITATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING MATRIXCV Cakra Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distributor yang tentunya tidak akan lepas dari masalah pemasaran dan penyaluran barang yang akan dijual ke konsumen.Beberapa masalah antara lain: SDM yang kurang kompeten, tingginya turn over sales, ketersediaan unit yang masih terbatas, Team work yang kurang kuat, Kurang melakukan kegiatan promosi yang menarik, sumberdaya manusia belum menguasai produk knowledge. kebutuhan akan produk bahan pokok setiap tahun selalu meningkat, trend masyarakat yang masih konsumtif, gencarnya promosi dan inovasi pesaing, posisi kompetitif dalam pasar sangat tinggi, situasi perekonomian yang masih belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan dari sisi pemasaran dan memaksimalkan peluang yang dimiliki dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode SWOT-IE dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lingkungan internal Kekuatan utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan terdapat pada harga produk relatif murah dan Lokasi yang strategis yang baik menjadi kekuatan utama bagi perusahaan dengan skor sebesar 0,44444. Yang dapat diartikan bahwa dari faktor harga yang murah dan system distribusi yang baik memiliki kekuatan tersendiri bagi perusahaan. Sedangkan peluang utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan terdapat Hubungan baik dengan pemasok dari pabrik dan Kerjasama dengan retail yang baru menjadi peluang utama bagi perusahaan dengan skor sebesar 0,44 dan 0.5. Hasil analisis matriks QSPM diperoleh alternatif meningkatkan observasi terhadap pasar yang berkembang serta meningkatkan marketing dalam promosi produk. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Total Attractive Score (TAS) sebesar 4,675.

Abstract

PT Saprotan Utama Nusantara is a company that operates in the field of agricultural products, one of which is herbicide fertilizer. The distribution costs for herbicide products incurred by the company in 2020 to 2023 have quite a large value, in 2020 amounting to Rp 148.523.000, in 2021 amounting to Rp 157.500.000, in 2022 amounting to Rp 145.800.000 and in 2023 amounting to Rp 147.900.000. These costs are not optimal and fluctuate so they have an impact on company profits. The aim of this research is to produce optimal distribution cost values using a transportation model. Then data processing was carried out using a transportation model with the North West Corner, Least Cost, Vogel Approximation, Stepping Stone and POM QM software methods. In the distribution of herbicide fertilizer from January to December 2023, data processing was carried out at PT Saprotan Utama Nusantara as a comparison between actual costs and optimal costs using a transportation model. The company's total costs during the year reached Rp 147.900.000, but after implementing the transportation model, the optimal costs were Rp 124.650.000. This shows a cost savings of Rp 23.250.000.

Abstract

Minyak jelantah terbuat dari berbagai jenis minyak goreng dan telah digunakan untuk keperluan sehari-hari di rumah. Dalam upaya menjaga lingkungan, persoalan pembuangan sampah kuliner perlu mendapat pertimbangan yang matang. Situasi ini merupakan permasalahan rumit yang mungkin timbul karena kurangnya informasi masyarakat mengenai pemanfaatan sisa minyak goreng. Tujuan penelitian ini menghitung efektivitas dari penggunaan minyak jelantah ini. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebar kuisoner sebelum dilakukan penelitian dan setelah dilakukan penelitian jadi akan diketahui apakah dengan pelatihan penggunaan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat apakah efektif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 12 responden. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan mengukur efektivitas program pelatihan penggunaan minyak jelantah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat sebanyak 2 kali yaitu pada saat pretest dan post-test. Kuesioner penelitian dan instruksi tatap muka tentang penggunaan minyak jelantah yang benar merupakan instrumen pengukurannya. Fenomena tingkat kesadaran masyarakat menunjukkan kecenderungan ke arah yang baik, sesuai temuan survei yang dilakukan terhadap 12 responden yang terpilih sebagai sampel. Kemampuan memanfaatkan sisa minyak Jeldan dan pengetahuan lingkungan merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi.

Abstract

Salah satu IKM yang berada di wilayah Sumber Lor, Berbah, Sleman, Yogyakarta, yang bergerak pada industri barang kulit dengan nama GOZZO INDONESIA pada awal tahun 2012 terlahir untuk berjuang di industri perkulitan. Termasuk sebagai industri kecil yang memiliki 10 pegawai yang berasal dari warga sekitar, yang merupakan salah satu dampak positif dari hadirnya IKM di satu wilayah pada sector perekonomian suatu wilayah. Tujuan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui industry kecil mennegah Gozzo Indonesia, terhadap masyarakat di daerah Sumber Lor, Berbah, Sleman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara secara terbuka dengan responden untuk mengetahui dampak berdirinya industri kulit terutama pada bidang kesehatan dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat dampak pada bidang kesehatan terutama munculnya kebisingan pada malam hari ketika industry beroperasi malam hari pada warga sekitar tapi masih dalam taraf terkendali karena frekuensi nya tidak sering. Sedangkan dampak ekonomi yaitu dengan terserapnya tenaga kerja dan pertumbuhan ekonomi warga sekitar misal dengan pembukaan toko, warung makan dan sebagainya

Abstract

The process of receiving and dispensing inventory is a critical aspect of warehouse operations. Effective internal control of this process is essential to ensure inventory accuracy, reduce losses, and improve operational efficiency. This study aims to determine the internal control system in the process of receiving and dispensing PT XYZ goods, to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system in the process of receiving and dispensing goods through improvements to PT XYZ's warehouse layout, to propose improvements to PT XYZ's logistics warehouse layout that are effective and efficient. The data collection method is carried out directly in the field by observing the implementation of internal controls in the process of receiving and issuing goods at PT. XYZ then asked questions and answers regarding the difference in the number of goods in the records and those in the warehouse and the causes of delays in the delivery of goods to employees to find out and analyze internal controls in the process of receiving and issuing goods at PT. XYZ. The research data collection technique was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the results of the calculations used to design a new warehouse layout with the proposed layout combining the concepts of class A, B, and C in finished goods storage, the proposed layout can accommodate a total of 315 pallets of finished goods.
