Abstract

Nilai return on equity yang dimiliki perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi cenderung rendah bahkan negatif. Sedangkan debt to equity ratio perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi cenderung tinggi. Hal ini merupakan indikasi negatif bagi perusahaan dan dapat mempengaruhi minat investor. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on equity terhadap return saham, pengaruh debt to equity ratio terhadap return saham, dan pengaruh price earning ratio terhadap return saham. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder bersumber dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi terdaftar di BEI periode 2009-2018 dengan jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 30. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan return on equity berpengaruh terhadap return saham, debt to equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap retun saham, dan price earning ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di BEI.

Abstract

Perusahaan rokok PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan yang terkena dampak Covid-19. Kondisi perusahaan dapat dilihat melalui posisi keuangan dari hasil produksi kinerja dalam menghasilkan laba. Untuk membantu menganalisis laporan keuangan dibutuhkan rasio keuangan agar mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan signifikan kinerja keuangan PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk ditinjau dari rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas saat sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. HM Sampoerna antara sebelum dan selama Covid-19 periode 2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan, uji normalitas, dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas memiliki perbedaan namun tidak signifikan sebelum dan selama Covid-19. Sedangkan rasio solvabilitas tidak memiliki perbedaan namun hampir signifikan sebelum dan selama Covid-19.

Abstract

Employee performance is very important in a company to achieve its goals. If the performance of employees is less than the maximum in the company it will affect several success factors that support employee performance. Some factors that support the success of employee performance are a work environment that is increasingly uncomfortable, job satisfaction within the company is not good, and also the employee's morale decreases when doing a job. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and work morale on employee performance at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, and the sampling technique is based on the table determining the number of ISSAC and Michael samples from a population of 135 employees in 2019, with an error rate of 10% obtained as many as 92 employees at the Meritjan Kediri Sugar Factory. The data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted with SPSS 16. The results of multiple regression analysis showed the equation Y = 4.682 + 0.177X1 + 0.404X2 + 0.147X3 which means that the work environment variables significantly influence employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.177, job satisfaction has an effect significant to employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.404. While the variable morale has a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.147. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis conducted showed that the work environment (), job satisfaction () and morale () had significant and significant effects on employee performance (Y), and had a Determination Coefficient or R Square of 0.373 or 37.3%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions in UMKM Kampung Tahu in Kediri City with purchase interest as a moderating variable. The analysis techniques used are outer model analysis, inner model analysis and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and used Non-probability sampling for sampling. The results of the study indicate that word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest. This is evidenced by the T-Statistic value of 14,883 which is greater than Ttable 1.96 with a small P-Value value of 0.000 <0.05. word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the T-Statistic value of 2,008 which is greater than Ttable 1.96 with a small P-Value value of 0.045 <0.05. Purchase interest has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is proven by the T-Statistic value of 24.037 which is greater than Ttable 1.96 with a small P-Value of 0.000 <0.05. Word of mouth indirectly has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase interest as a moderating variable because the t-statistic value of 14.910 is greater than the t-table value of 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Keywords: Word of Mouth, Purchasing Decisions, and Purchase Interest Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada umkm kampung tahu di kota Kediri dengan minat beli sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis outer model, analisis inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dan menggunakan Non probability sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-Statistic 14.883 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,96 dengan nilai P-Value yang kecil 0.000 < 0,05. word of mouth berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai T-Statistic 2.008 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,96 dengan nilai P-Value yang kecil 0.045 < 0,05. Minat beli berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan pada dengan nilai T-Statistic 24.037 lebih besar dari Ttabel 1,96 dengan nilai P-Value yang kecil 0.000 < 0,05. Word of mouth secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui minat beli sebagai variabel moderasi karena nilai t-statistic 14.910 yang lebih besar nilai t tabel 1,96 dengan nilai p-values sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Abstract

Employees are one factor which is very important for the organization to achieve target. Increasing employee performance is influenced by several factors including career development, work engagement, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of career development and work engagement partially on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction partially on performance, the influence of career development on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, and the influence of work engagement on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at KPP Pratama Pare. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study was KPP Pratama Pare employees, totaling 101 people, where the entire population was used as the research sample. This research data collection technique uses questionnaire distribution and personnel documentation data. This research uses the path analysis method. The results of this research data analysis show that KPP Pratama Pare employees: 1). Career development influences job satisfaction, 2). Work engagement influences job satisfaction, 3). Career development influences performance, 4). Work engagement influences performance, 5.) Job satisfaction influences performance, 6). Career development influences performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, 7). Work engagement influences performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Equity on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Behavior as an Intervening Variable. The study also aims to compare between Wardah Skincare Brand Equity and Emina Skincare Brand Equity whether there is a significant difference between the two skincare brands. This research is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. And the data will be analyzed using the Path analysis method using the SmartPLS3 Application. The population in this study is Wardah Skincare and Emina Skincare Consumers in Tulungagung regency which is infinitely numerous. The sampling technique in this study is using the Accindental Sampling technique. The results of the study showed that Brand Equity had an effect on Consumer Behavior, Consumer Behavior had an influence on Purchase Decisions, Brand Equity had an effect on Purchase Decisions, so all hypotheses were accepted, and the indirect influence hypothesis showed significant value. The comparison between Wardah skincare Brand Equity is more beautiful than that of Emina skincare Brand Equity which can be proven in the results of the Outer model Convergent validity and Validity Discrimination tests.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the inventory control carried out by CV Sudut Cantik. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from company records for one year (January – December 2023). The data analysis method used in this research is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, which aims to find out economical orders, Total Inventory Cost (TIC), Safety Stock (SS), and ReOrder Point (ROP). Using a descriptive quantitative research approach. Data were analyzed using POM-QM For Windows V5.3. The research results obtained are the Total Inventory Cost according to company policy for products  namely Daviena Skincare Glowing Series Package is IDR 337,725, while based on the EOQ method is IDR IDR 34,155.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi donatur dan brand image terhadap loyalitas donatur, dengan keputusan donasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada lembaga sosial Muslim Kediri Peduli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis SEM-PLS terhadap 48 donatur yang dipilih secara purposive di MKP, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Persepsi donatur dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan donasi, yang kemudian memediasi pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas donatur; pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas tidak signifikan secara statistik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memvalidasi peran mediasi keputusan donasi antara persepsi donatur, brand image, dan loyalitas donatur, khususnya dalam konteks lembaga sosial Islam lokal yang masih jarang diteliti. Keputusan donasi secara signifikan mendorong loyalitas donatur. Lembaga nonprofit perlu meningkatkan persepsi donatur dan citra merek untuk membangun kepercayaan jangka panjang, sehingga strategi retensi donatur dan dukungan keuangan berkelanjutan menjadi lebih efektif. Penelitian ini terbatas pada ukuran sampel yang kecil dan konteks organisasi yang spesifik, sehingga temuan mungkin tidak dapat digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas atau lembaga sosial lainnya.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam mengelola referensi akademik melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Zotero. Pelatihan difokuskan pada kemampuan mahasiswa untuk menghimpun, menyusun, dan menggunakan daftar pustaka sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan ilmiah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif melalui kombinasi workshop, demonstrasi, dan praktik terbimbing. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu melakukan instalasi Zotero, membangun serta mengatur pustaka referensi, dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Selain keterampilan teknis, kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi digital dalam mendukung integritas akademik. Program ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kompetensi penulisan ilmiah mahasiswa sekaligus mendorong budaya publikasi akademik yang lebih baik.
