Abstract

This study aims to determine the thoughts of Abd. Rachman Assegaf and Mujamil Qomar on Islamic education learning, knowing the similarities and differences in Islamic education learning thoughts of the two figures. By using data collection techniques in the form of studying and collecting data through reading materials sourced from primary books and secondary books related to the two figures discussed. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers that aim at the object of research or collecting data that is literature. From the results of the research, it is concluded that the Islamic Education Learning Perspective of Abd. Rachman Assegaf is a multidisciplinary scientific approach, harmonizing and making a balance (tawazun) between God's revelation and the findings of the human mind, where it will not result in reducing the role of God (secularization) or isolating humans so that they are alienated from themselves, society and their environment. Conversely, the concept of reintegration of multidisciplinary scientific epistemology will also be able to resolve conflicts between extreme secularism and negative fundamentalism from rigid and radical understandings. Meanwhile, according to Mujamil Qomar, multidisciplinary Islamic education learning is an Islamic learning activity carried out by involving other disciplines to participate in helping to solve problems together by using their respective approaches and methods autonomously and there is no intervention of one discipline against another. In another sense, the multidisciplinary approach positions all disciplines to stand alone and work using methods freely in contributing to problem solving

Abstract

This research concentrates on improving the ability to read the Qur'an of students at the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School in Bengkalis through the tahsin tilawah method in learning makharijul letters, while this research is a descriptive qualitative research and uses the type of field research or field research. Data sources in this study used Islamic education literature and scientific journals. Some research findings that can be described, that there are still some students who have difficulty following learning because of difficulties in pronouncing hijaiyah letters and there are still students who are not disciplined in following learning. However, on the other hand, students become more active in learning because of the motivation and desire to continue to improve the reading of the Qur'an as a form of obedience to Allah SWT

Abstract

Today, the majority of students are still indifferent when given advice. This is contrary to the principles of Islamic teachings that require Muslims to be kind in accepting masihat. This study aims to find out educational advice for learners, the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali in the translation of the book Ayyuhal Walad and its relevance to education today. This type of research is library research (Library Research) focuses on the study of character thoughts. The results showed that there are several pieces of advice in studying, namely, educational advice aimed at getting closer to Allah SWT, advice to establish a good relationship between teachers and students, advice on being good for students, advice on choosing educational material that is worth learning, advice on choosing educational methods. Imam Al-Ghazali's thoughts have relevance to education today, where students in studying should set the goal of studying which is to get closer to Allah SWT. Abstract

The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out the values of Islamic education contained in pulut kuning in the khataman al-Qur'an event in Teluk Smooth Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in this research is to use a descriptive method. The subjects of this study were the people of Teluk Lancar village who had knowledge of pulut kuning. Data collection was carried out by conducting  interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the implementation of the khataman al-qur'an with yellow pulut was often carried out in the village of Teluk Lancar, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency. The results of the study of khatman al-Qur'an using yellow pulut include preparation, core and cover. The process of preparing for the Khataman al-Qur'an includes preparing the time for execution, preparation for the venue, and preparation for the host. Then the main event includes a prayer of congratulations, sungkeman, and so on. The final result of this research is that pulut kuning in the ceremony of circumcision of the Koran is only symbolic and is not required because in the khatman of the Koran during the holy month of Ramadan, pulut kuning is not used. Pulut kuning is just a hereditary tradition, if it is not made it will feels incomplete

Abstract

Penerapan asas-asas fiqih Islam yang fundamental menjadi penekanan utama perspektif fiqih Islam kontemporer tentang kontrak kerja dan gaji dalam kerja digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui asas keadilan dalam kontrak kerja di era digital, seperti jam kerja fleksibel dan sistem pembayaran upah berbasis proyek, yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Penelitian ini juga berupaya mengetahui perspektif hukum Islam tentang keabsahan kontrak kerja digital yang dilaksanakan secara daring antara pengusaha dan pekerja. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, perspektif fiqih Islam modern tentang perjanjian kerja dan kompensasi dalam kerja digital memodifikasi asas-asas hukum Islam. Jika kontrak kerja digital memenuhi standar ijab dan qabul serta menjelaskan tujuan pekerjaan, maka kontrak tersebut dianggap sah. Kontrak kerja daring hanya efektif jika semua syarat fundamental terpenuhi, yaitu ijab (penawaran), qabul (penerimaan), tujuan yang sah, dan kompensasi yang adil dan wajar. Menurut hukum Islam, kontrak tetap dapat diberlakukan bahkan tanpa adanya pertemuan langsung selama ada pemahaman yang jelas dan tidak ada tekanan. Menurut fiqih modern, kontrak kerja digital sah jika jelas, gaji adil, dan terhindar dari unsur riba, gharar, atau maysir. Pembayaran digital sah selama transparan, dan upah harus sepadan dengan kemampuan.

Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini terletak pada meningkatnya kebutuhan akan sosok guru yang mampu menyeimbangkan kecanggihan teknologi dengan pembentukan karakter siswa, di tengah maraknya tantangan etika dan degradasi moral yang muncul akibat pesatnya transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peran etika dan tanggung jawab guru dalam membentuk kepribadian siswa di tengah transformasi digital yang semakin pesat. Melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka sistematis, studi ini mengkaji literatur ilmiah dari lima hingga tujuh tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan pembentukan karakter siswa oleh guru dalam konteks pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai materi, tetapi juga sebagai teladan moral dan fasilitator dalam menerapkan nilai-nilai etika seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan integritas. Guru bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan soft skills, etika digital, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan kolaboratif. Kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung proses pembentukan karakter siswa. Selain itu, guru dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi agar mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan bermoral. Peran etis dan bertanggung jawab guru menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga berkarakter kuat dan berintegritas di era pembelajaran 5.0.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap pola interaksi, metode pembelajaran, dan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Perubahan ini menuntut adaptasi yang cepat, namun di sisi lain juga menimbulkan berbagai persoalan terkait penerapan nilai-nilai etika dan profesionalisme di lingkungan pendidikan. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana implementasi kode etik pendidikan dijalankan di tengah arus digitalisasi yang begitu cepat, serta tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi oleh pendidik dan peserta didik dalam menjaga integritas dan moralitas dalam ruang digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi dan tantangan penerapan kode etik pendidikan serta merumuskan strategi penguatan etika di era digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur dari berbagai jurnal akademik dan sumber relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kode etik masih dijadikan pedoman dalam interaksi digital, namun rendahnya literasi digital etis, kurangnya pelatihan, serta lemahnya pengawasan menjadi hambatan utama. Untuk itu, diperlukan integrasi etika dalam kurikulum digital, pelatihan etika bagi pendidik, serta kebijakan yang memperkuat tata kelola etis di lingkungan pendidikan berbasis teknologi.
