Abstract

Marketing Communication Strategy Training in Building the Brand Image of the Fortuna Gresik Badminton Club. This activity was carried out to improve the potential and competence of the teachers and the Fortuna Gresik badminton club team in building a brand image as a professional club. Lecturers and students of the University of Gresik succeeded in providing marketing strategy training that was carried out so that coaches, and staff were able to build the brand image of the badminton club. In building the brand image of the Fortuna Gresik club, an integrated marketing communication strategy was used, including Interactive, Direct Marketing, Public Relations, Personal Selling and Advertising. From the use of an integrated marketing communication strategy, the badminton club was able to build a professional brand image well so that it attracted the people of Gresik.

Abstract

Generasi Z dikenal sebagai generasi yang tumbuh di era digital, yang memiliki keterikatan kuat dengan teknologi namun cenderung kurang mengenal budaya lokal. Fenomena ini menimbulkan tantangan dalam pelestarian dan peningkatan kesadaran budaya daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi program edukasi budaya daerah berbasis permainan interaktif sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan kesadaran budaya di kalangan Generasi Z. Kajian teori dalam penelitian ini meliputi konsep pembelajaran interaktif, teknologi pendidikan, dan pentingnya kesadaran budaya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR), yang terdiri dari tiga kata yang berhubungan satu sama lain, yaitu partisipasi, riset, dan aksi dengan pengembangan media permainan interaktif yang memadukan unsur budaya lokal. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah yang mewakili Generasi Z. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket pre-test dan post-test terkait tingkat kesadaran budaya sebelum dan setelah penerapan permainan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran budaya di kalangan peserta setelah mengikuti program edukasi berbasis permainan interaktif. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman tentang budaya lokal, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan dan relevan dengan gaya hidup Generasi Z. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan permainan interaktif merupakan strategi efektif dalam upaya melestarikan budaya daerah dan meningkatkan kesadaran budaya di kalangan generasi muda.

Abstract

This research aims to integrate the Internet of Things (IoT) in teacher performance evaluation in elementary schools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in assessment. The method used in this study is a mixed approach, which involves collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The results of the study show that YIMI Gresik Elementary School is ready to adopt IoT with various devices that support real-time data collection. IoT-based evaluation systems are able to increase objectivity and transparency in teacher performance assessments, as well as accelerate feedback provided to teachers. The study also found that the application of IoT can reduce the subjectivity that often arises in manual evaluations and improve the quality of teaching through more efficient systems. The implications of this study show that the integration of IoT in the evaluation system can optimize education management, especially in improving the quality of teacher performance evaluation. However, the challenges faced, such as inadequate infrastructure and the need for more intensive training, must be addressed immediately in order for the implementation of IoT to run effectively across primary schools. Follow-up research is expected to examine the long-term impact of the use of IoT-based evaluation systems on teaching quality and student learning outcomes.
