Abstract

Pelatihan pengelolaan SDM di era digital bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM mengadopsi teknologi digital dalam operasional SDM mereka. Pelatihan ini mencakup penggunaan software HR, rekrutmen online, pelatihan karyawan melalui e-learning, dan manajemen kinerja berbasis data. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi dan produktivitas, namun beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan teknologi dan resistensi karyawan memerlukan penanganan lebih lanjut. Pendekatan blended learning dan program mentorship terbukti efektif dalam mendukung transformasi digital ini. Kesuksesan transformasi ini sangat penting bagi daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

In study to determine product quality, brand image and price perception of purchasing decisions using multiple linear regression. The study was conducted by quantitative methods have population in study are AFR Seniman Kustom Bike consumers spread across the Greater Jakarta area. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling and accidental sampling method. The distribution of this research instrument is 100 respondents and is carried out using a Likert Scale. The analysis is carried out through several stages such as testing classical assumptions (normality, heteroscedasticity, linearity and multicollinearity) using the SPSS version 28 application. Product quality significantly influences purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. And the price perception significantly influences the purchasing decision. So, it can be conclude that simultaneously product quality, brand image and price perception together influence purchasing decisions at AFR Seniman Kustom Bike.

Abstract

The millennial generation, with its distinct characteristics and preferences, presents both challenges and opportunities for organizations in talent management. This study examines effective strategies to retain millennials in the workplace. Key findings reveal that millennials highly value continuous career development, a balance between work and personal life, and a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The adoption of advanced technology and frequent, constructive feedback are also crucial in engaging and retaining millennial employees. Organizations that adapt their talent management strategies to meet these needs are more likely to retain millennial talent and enhance long-term organizational success.

Abstract

Pengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel X dari jurnal ini. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan di Restoran Meat Me Steakhouse. Untuk mengerjakan penelitian ini, metode purposive sampling dipakai untuk mengumpulkan sampel dari 159 orang yang berpartisipasi. Alat untuk mengevaluasi validitas dan reabilitasnya juga telah diuji. Data diolah menggunakan program komputer SPSS tipe 24 dan diproses dengan teknik regresi linier berganda. Untuk masing-masing variabel, uji t perolehannya 0,044 < 0,05 (X1), 0,000 < 0,05 (X2), dan 0,000 < 0,05 (X3). Studi ini dilakukan dengan hipotesis bahwa Hl diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasilnya menampilkan bahwa X1, X2, dan X3 berdampak positif dan signifikan pada Y.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality, price perception, and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at the Kopi Kenangan Sudirman outlet. The population for this study comprised visitors to Kopi Kenangan, with a sample of 100 respondents selected randomly. Multiple regression analysis was employed to evaluate the influence of the independent variables on purchasing decisions. The findings reveal that product quality, price perception, and service quality collectively have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. However, when examined individually, only service quality shows a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality and price perception do not exhibit significant partial effects. This study concludes that service quality is a crucial factor in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. For business owners, these results underscore the need to prioritize high-quality service in addition to ensuring reasonable product quality and pricing. Enhancing product innovation and strengthening service quality are expected to boost consumer appeal and loyalty within the food and beverage industry.

Abstract

Pengaruh promosi, kualitas pelayanan, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian yakni variabel X dari jurnal ini. Keputusan pembelian Waroeng Steak & Shake Jakarta menjadi pusat penelitian ini. Sebanyak 159 orang disurvei menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk penelitian ini. Kami juga mengevaluasi alat untuk mengevaluasi reliabilitas dan validitasnya. Data diolah menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dalam program komputer SPSS tipe 26. Uji t menghasilkan ≈0,044 < 0,05 untuk X1, 0,000 < 0,05 untuk X2, dan 0,000 < 0,05 untuk X3, untuk setiap variabel. Hipotesis nol (Ho) diuji dalam penelitian ini sementara hipotesis alternatif (Hl) dipertimbangkan. X1, X2, dan X3 secara signifikan dan positif mempengaruhi Y, menurut data.

Abstract

Work-life balance (WLB) plays a crucial role in enhancing employee productivity in modern companies. This literature review examines how flexible work policies, stress management, and a healthy organizational culture contribute to work-life balance and their impact on individual and organizational performance. The findings indicate that work flexibility, such as remote work and flexible working hours, improves employee well-being and reduces turnover rates. However, without proper management, technology that supports work flexibility can increase workload and disrupt WLB. Additionally, stress management strategies and inclusive leadership support are key factors in maintaining long-term productivity. Therefore, companies must adopt a holistic approach by integrating WLB policies, mental well-being programs, and a supportive work culture to create an environment that fosters sustainable productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the perceptions of price, location, and quality of service in Pandu Raya Bogor Kasmaran coffee. Researchers used quantitative research using surveys with purposive samples and a population of 100 respondents. The data used is collected directly from each respondent with qualifications for more than two arrivals. Perception of price, location, and service quality Together produce a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kasmaran Pandu Raya Bogor.

Abstract

This community service program aims to assist micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing digital marketing as a strategy to enhance business competitiveness. MSME partners in Cipinang Melayu received training on digital branding concepts, content creation practices, social media management, and marketplace utilization. The results indicated a significant improvement, with social media followers increasing by 25–40% within two weeks and greater consumer interactions through WhatsApp Business. These findings demonstrate that digital marketing is an effective strategy for expanding market reach, boosting sales, and strengthening business image. Moreover, the program raised awareness among MSMEs about the importance of digital literacy for business sustainability.
