Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of teacher performance evaluations in implementing the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 12 Tidore Islands City. The approach used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this study were teachers and school principals. The research results show that teachers have very good understanding and insight in understanding the concepts and content of the Merdeka Curriculum. The teacher's ability to design lesson plans is good, in the Teaching and Learning Process, the class teacher has good ability to use a scientific approach and create learning that is contextual and has an integrated character, the teacher is able to design assessment signs to determine the type of authentic assessment that will be used

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership of school principals in improving the performance of honorary teachers and what the supporting and inhibiting factors are. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the research subjects namely the principal and teacher council at SMA Negeri 3 South Halmahera. Data collection techniques used in research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the principal always provides guidance in terms of involving teachers in activities and training, supervising monitoring and monitoring in each class, carrying out supervision, as well as providing motivation and providing ideas and thoughts to teachers in improving the performance of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 3 South Halmahera very good.

Abstract

LKPD berbasis STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) merupakan kolaborasi antar empat bidang pengetahuan dalam kehidupan nyata peserta didik untuk mengidentifikasi, berinovasi serta memecahkan suatu permasalahan dalam menciptakan suatu proyek atau produk Tujuan dari penelitianPenelitian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh LKPD berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan keterampilan problem solving pada materi bioteknologi konvendional. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitan dan pengembanagan (Research dan Development) atau RD. Penilitian ini menggunakan Instructional Design (Desain pembelajaran) dengan pendekatan ADDIE, Penelitian yang akandilakukan ini mengunakan penelitian deskriptif. Untuk mengung pengaruh bahan ajar LKPD berbasis STEM untuk meningkatkan keterampilan problem solving pada materi bioteknologi konvensional di SMPN 3 Kota Ternate. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa LKPD berbasis STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic) sangat berpengaruh dalam melatih kemampuan problem solving siswa dengan kategori tinggi pada presentase 72%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the snowball tossing learning model affects students' learning results in Khairun University's biology education study program. This study's methodology is quantitative, pre-experimental, and uses a single class as the experimental class. The t test and the one group pretest-posttest design are utilized for data analysis. According to the research findings, the mean value was -2.4250, the standard deviation was 11.50229, and the posttest average value following the implementation of the snowball tossing learning model was 74.75, which fell into the medium range. The t value is -9,428, the df value is 19, the mean error is 2,571, and the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000. Ha is approved because the t test results show that t count > t table. This indicates that the student learning outcomes scores on the pretest and posttest differ. These findings suggest that the snowball tossing learning strategy can enhance student learning outcomes in Khairun University's biology education study program..
