Abstract

This research explores the potential for integrating philological methods into the development of the Quran's teaching material and manuscript-based interpretations. The study aims to compile in-depth and authentic educational material using ancient manuscripts as primary sources. The methods used included textual and contextual analysis of the manuscripts of the Qur'an and interpretations of the classical period, which were chosen through a rigorous curation process. The results of this study show that the integration of philology not only enriches the content of the teaching material but also improves the student's conceptual and historical understanding of classical texts. Furthermore, this article discusses the challenges and solutions in translating and adapting the contents of manuscripts into pedagogical formats suitable for modern classrooms. This research has made important contributions to the teaching methods of the Qur'an and to a more dynamic and historical evidence-based interpretation.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how "Kidung Rumekso Ing Wengi" influences the social dynamics and identity of Javanese society, as well as how the chant adapts to and affects social and cultural changes. The method used in this study is qualitative with a library research approach. Through the analysis of relevant ancient literature, this article provides a deep understanding of the cultural background of "Kidung Rumekso Ing Wengi" and its impact on contemporary Javanese society. The results show that "Kidung Rumekso Ing Wengi" brings peace and protection and strengthens Javanese cultural identity in the face of the modern world. The adaptation and cultural resilience of the "Kidung Rumekso Ing Wengi" practice demonstrate the flexibility and dynamism of Javanese traditions and their role in fostering communal ties. This research enhances the understanding of how deeply rooted spiritual traditions shape social life and offers important insights into the importance of maintaining and understanding cultural practices in the face of contemporary challenges.

Abstract

Penguatan moderasi beragama merupakan langkah strategis dalam membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan harmonis di tengah keberagaman. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menginternalisasi nilai-nilai toleransi dan harmoni melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Tanggirejo. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam berbagai kegiatan edukatif, seperti diskusi kelompok, permainan interaktif, dan penyuluhan nilai-nilai kebersamaan. Program ini dirancang untuk memperkuat pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya sikap saling menghargai di tengah perbedaan agama dan budaya. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran siswa dalam menghormati perbedaan dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui pengabdian ini, nilai-nilai toleransi dan harmoni berhasil diinternalisasi secara efektif, sehingga mendukung terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang lebih damai dan bersahabat. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan program pendidikan karakter berbasis moderasi beragama di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an sebagai mukjizat Nabi Muhammad SAW mengandung berbagai persoalan kehidupan, salah satunya peristiwa Isra Mikraj yang tercatat dalam QS. Al-Isra ayat 1. Peristiwa ini menggambarkan perjalanan agung Nabi Muhammad dari Masjidil Haram menuju Masjidil Aqsha dan Sidratul Muntaha, serta menjadi titik tolak diwajibkannya shalat lima waktu. Kajian ini berfokus pada analisis filologi naskah kitab "Riwayah Isra Mikraj" karya K. H. Ahmad Fauzan, yang memiliki nilai nasionalisme dan menggambarkan integrasi antara Islam dan sosial-politik. Dengan pendekatan kodikologi, penelitian ini mengkaji sejarah naskah, kondisi fisik, serta konten yang terkandung dalam ayat Al-Isra, guna mengungkap hikmah peristiwa Isra Mikraj dari perspektif filologis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman terhadap sejarah dan ajaran Islam serta memperdalam kajian filologi dalam konteks keislaman.

Abstract

Tanggirejo Village has a wealth of folklore that is an important part of the local cultural identity. However, modernization and social change have caused many of these folklores to be threatened with loss due to the lack of adequate documentation. This Community Service Program aims to preserve the folklore of Tanggirejo Village through writing and documentation training. This activity involves the village community, especially the younger generation and students at SDN Tanggirejo in the process of collecting, writing, and documenting local folklore. The training provided includes creative writing techniques and story documentation methods, both in written and digital forms. The results of this program are expected to be structured documentation that can be used as a reference for future generations. This program can raise awareness of the importance of preserving cultural heritage and encourage the formation of sustainable literary communities at the village level. Folklore contains various aspects of human psychology that can lead to strengthening religious moderation. Thus, this activity not only supports the preservation of folklore, but also empowers the community in maintaining and developing their local culture, as well as maintaining harmony between religious communities.

Abstract

This study examines the codicological and textological aspects of the mushaf Al-Qur’an manuscript of Mbah Syatawi with the aim of understanding its physical characteristics, writing techniques, and the use of rasm, qira`at, scholia, and syakl. This research uses a qualitative approach, using field research methods that focus on collecting primary data through structured interviews with sources directly related to the manuscript, field observations, and digital documentation. The main focus of the research is the manuscript belonging to Mbah Syatawi. The codicological approach is used to analyze the physical aspects of the manuscript such as materials, ink, and illumination, while the textological approach focuses on the writing rules, rasm mushaf (script style), and the qira`at tradition followed. The results show that the manuscript consists of two collections estimated to be over a century old. The inks used are varied, with black ink as the primary color for the Qur’anic text, red ink for scholia and diacritical marks (syakl), and other colors applied to illuminations found on the beginning, middle, and end pages. In terms of writing style, the manuscript employs a mixed rasm combining rasm imla’i and rasm ‘usmani, particularly in the application of rules such as al-Hazf, al-Ziyadah, hamzah, al-Ibdal, and al-Fasl wa al-Wasl. Regarding qira`at, the manuscript follows the qira`at of Imam 'Asim through the transmission line of Imam Hafs. These findings enrich the study of classical mushaf manuscripts in Indonesia, providing significant contributions to preservation efforts, philological studies, and the faithful reproduction of historical manuscripts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi berita menjadi sajak dalam karya Sapardi Djoko Damono, khususnya dalam konteks rekontekstualisasi berita yang mengubah teks faktual menjadi ekspresi puitik. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perubahan bentuk dari berita menjadi sajak dapat mengubah pemahaman pembaca terhadap peristiwa sosial, serta memberikan dimensi emosional dan simbolik yang lebih mendalam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis teks, yang menggabungkan teori hermeneutika dan analisis isi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research). Data yang digunakan adalah teks berita dan sajak karya Sapardi Djoko Damono, khususnya dalam buku Bilang Begini, Maksudnya Begitu. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan repetisi, pemilihan diksi, dan perubahan struktur dalam puisi yang dihasilkan dari berita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi berita menjadi sajak tidak hanya mengubah bentuk teks, tetapi juga makna yang terkandung dalam berita tersebut. Repetisi dan pemilihan diksi yang kaya simbolisme memperkenalkan makna baru yang lebih mendalam, menggugah perasaan, dan mengundang interpretasi lebih lanjut. Proses ini juga membuka ruang bagi sastra untuk berfungsi sebagai kritik sosial, memberikan tafsiran baru terhadap kenyataan yang dilaporkan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya hubungan antara jurnalisme dan sastra dalam memberikan pemahaman yang lebih holistik tentang realitas sosial. Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji tentang relasi perempuan dan  konservasi lingkungan perspektif al-Qur’an dan hadis. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menelaah perspektif Al-Qur'an dan Hadis tentang hubungan antara perempuan, alam, dan konservasi lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Penelitian ini fokus pada telaah terhadap teks-teks Al-Qur'an dan Hadis yang relevan dengan konservasi lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur'an dan Hadis telah mengajarkan pentingnya menjaga, merawat, dan melestarikan alam. Manusia, termasuk perempuan, diberi mandat sebagai khalifah untuk menjaga dan memakmurkan alam. Terkait ekofeminisme, artikel ini juga menyoroti hubungan yang erat antara perempuan, alam, dan kelestarian lingkungan. Keduanya memiliki peran penting sebagai sumber kehidupan yang harus dijaga dan dilindungi agar tidak punah. Bumi sebagai “Ibu Pertiwi” menumbuhkan tumbuhan, dan perempuan mempunyai “rahim” yang  melahirkan generasi baru. Oleh karenanya, perempuan dan alam tidak boleh dijadikan sebagai objek eksploitasi. Alam tidak boleh dirusak dan dieksploitasi demi mendapat keuntungan segelintir orang. Demikian pula dengan perempuan, tidak boleh  mendapat tekanan dan berbagai tindak kekerasan. Dalam konteks konservasi lingkungan, perempuan memiliki peran dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam dan mendukung upaya konservasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa ajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadis dapat menjadi landasan moral dan spiritual bagi perempuan muslim dalam terlibat dalam konservasi lingkungan. Kata Kunci: perempuan, alam, konservasi lingkungan, al-Qur’an dan hadis. [This article examines the relationship between women and nature in environmental conservation from the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This article aims to review and analyze the Qur'anic and Hadith perspectives on the relationship between women, nature, and environmental conservation. The method used in this research is a literature study. The research involved studying and reviewing Qur'anic and Hadith texts which are relevant to environmental conservation. The results of this study show that the Qur'an and Hadith have taught the importance of protecting, caring , and conserving nature. Humans, including women, are mandated as caliphs to protect and prosper nature. This article also highlights the close relationship between women, nature, and environmental sustainability. Both have an important role as a source of life that must be preserved and protected from extinction. In environmental conservation, women have a role in managing natural resources and supporting conservation efforts. This research implies that the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith can be a moral and spiritual foundation for Muslim women in engaging in environmental conservation. Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the academic self-efficacy of Madrasah students through the internalization of positive language as a form of religious coping. The program was developed based on previous research findings indicating that religious coping through positive self-talk contributes significantly to the improvement of adolescents’ self-efficacy. Preliminary observations conducted at MA Darussa’adah revealed that many final-year students experienced low academic confidence, particularly in relation to pursuing higher education, due to perceived limited opportunities and socio-economic constraints.Using a community-based participatory approach, this program implemented a series of guided activities focusing on positive self-talk integrated with muhasabah (self-reflective religious practice). Language was positioned as an internal cognitive and affective tool that helps students regulate emotions, reconstruct self-perception, and strengthen belief in their academic abilities. The activities included reflective discussions, affirmation exercises, and guided muhasabah sessions designed to internalize positive and faith-based language patterns.The results of the program indicate an observable improvement in students’ academic self-efficacy, reflected in increased confidence, more positive self-statements, and stronger motivation to pursue higher education. This community service initiative demonstrates that the internalization of positive language within a religious coping framework can serve as an effective strategy to empower Madrasah students academically and psychologically. The program also highlights the potential integration of linguistic, educational, and religious approaches in community-based interventions for adolescent development.

Abstract

The Qur'an, as a miracle of Prophet Muhammad SAW, contains various aspects of life, one of which is the event of Isra and Mi'raj, recorded in QS. Al-Isra, verse 1. This event describes the miraculous journey of Prophet Muhammad from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid al-Aqsa and Sidrat al-Muntaha, marking the beginning of the obligation of the five daily prayers. This study focuses on the philological analysis of the manuscript Riwayah Isra Mi'raj by K.H. Ahmad Fauzan, which reflects nationalist values and illustrates the integration of Islam with socio-political contexts. Using a codicological approach, this research examines the history of the manuscript, its physical condition, and the content related to the verse of Al-Isra, in order to uncover the wisdom of the Isra Mi'raj event from a philological perspective. This study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of Islamic history and teachings, while enriching the field of philological studies in the context of Islam.
