The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of the response of social media users to posting company Instagram accounts (likes and comments) on individual share ownership and institutional share ownership of LQ45 companies in Indonesia. The data collection method uses a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 37 LQ45 companies for the period August 2022-January 2024 which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and had active Instagram accounts. Data processing uses SPSS 26 with multiple linear regression. The results show that the response of Instagram users is able to increase institutional share ownership and individual share ownership. The results of this research interpretation find the company's visibility among investors. Increasing company visibility on Instagram makes information more accessible, especially for individual and institutional investors, so they are interested in investing more in these companies. Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology and information has encouraged many changes in the investment that a person can make, because all these activities can be done virtually with the existence of the internet. Even though investment transactions are greatly assisted by the existence of existing technology, without a good understanding and broad insight into the chosen investment field and the risks that will be faced, it will be very risky to invest. Considering this, it is necessary to provide education, training and assistance for investors before investing, because having in-depth knowledge and insight is an absolute requirement that investors must understand. One of the investment instruments that is getting a lot of attention today is forex. Forex (foreign exchange) has the meaning of foreign currency transactions or in Indonesia it is better known as foreign exchange. Forex is a type of trading or transaction that trades one country's currency against another country's currency (currency pairs) involving the main money markets in the world for 24 hours continuously. Meanwhile, forex trading means the activity of buying and selling foreign currency which is usually carried out online. The aim of forex trading as an investment is to seek profits from the difference in sales figures made. Forex trading is a very profitable investment, with the increasingly rapid development of fintech, forex trading has become a popular type of investment that has high liquidity, so it is quite profitable. Starting from the desire to provide education to residents to avoid 'fraudulent investments', the community service team took the initiative to provide education about forex trading for residents in Kandri Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang. So far, based on observations, residents of Kandri Village are not very familiar with investing in forex, because education about forex trading has never been carried out at all in this sub-district. This forex trading educational activity aims to increase citizens' knowledge about things that potential investors need to consider before investing, especially in the field of forex trading. Abstract

This community service aims to broaden the perspectives and motivate participants of LPK Florenza in Demak Regency to become competent and successful entrepreneurs, so they can support themselves without depending on others, in accordance with the principles of management and accounting. The methods used include lectures, workshops, and mentoring in starting a business. Based on the results of the community service conducted at LPK FLORENZA, there is a lack of motivation to be creative and a lack of understanding of managing financial reports and tax reports correctly, often leading to fear of becoming an entrepreneur. The conclusion that can be drawn is the importance of providing training on building effective individuals and understanding business ethics, being able to manage financial reports and understand tax reports properly for each participant so that they can cultivate an interest in becoming an entrepreneur and be able to run their businesses without fear due to lack of knowledge. Abstract

This community service program demonstrates how financial literacy-based synergy between academics and farmers optimize economic potential in Guntung Besar Village, South Kalimantan. Despite rich argicultural resources (rice, palm oil, rubber), low financial literacy among farmers led to loan shark dependence and underutilization of formal financing. Through contextual workshops and field mentoring involving D4 Akuntansi Perpajakan Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, BUMDes and farmers, the initiative achieved reduction in loan shark dependence, increase in BUMDes utilization, and adoption of practical financial recording systems. The innovative “Agro-Accounting Model” – featuring crop-cycle periodozation and localized cost classification – overcame challenges like farmer group fragmentation through monthly village forums and cooperative formation. Loan shark resistance was transformed into distributor partnerships via profit-sharing schemes. Sustainability is institutionalized through Village Regulation, youth cadre training, and academic curricullum integration. Results validate experiental learning principle, showing field-based financial education triple concept adoption compared to classroom methods. This initiative proves agricultural financial literacy serve as foundational leverage for rural economic transformation when combined with tridharma synergy and cultural wisdom.
