Abstract

The entrepreneurship program in Indonesia is a manifestation of the initiative to enhance the image of Pancasila students. However, there are still areas that need improvement in the implementation, and there is a lack of research on the strategies for developing entrepreneurship programs. Therefore, it is crucial to develop a strategy to assist in the execution of the entrepreneurship program. This study employed a qualitative approach, specifically utilizing a case study design. Data was gathered by conducting interviews with three individuals who played a crucial role in the entrepreneurship program at Muhammadiyah Prambanan Elementary School. The findings indicate that schools incorporated entrepreneurship into their curriculum through various means, such as organizing field trips, setting up food stands, and hosting artwork exhibitions. The approach to developing the implementation of the entrepreneurship program involved the formation of committees, establishing partnerships with external schools, and engaging work instructors. Factors that contributed to the research included strong support from stakeholders and external schools through collaboration, while obstacles emerged from a lack of skills among existing school staff and challenges with guardians/parents. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the approach to establishing entrepreneurship programs in educational institutions. It aims to provide valuable insights for other schools seeking to develop similar initiatives.

This research aims to analyze aspects of elementary school personnel in implementing child-friendly school programs. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with the type of study being a case study. Various data collection techniques, such as interviews, observation, and document analysis, are used. The program has several data sources, including school personnel and relevant documents. Analyzing data involves reducing and searching for subthemes and relationships between subthemes. The research results show a gap in school personnel implementing child-friendly school programs. Some problems exist, including unequal training for school personnel, no workgroup program, and no accompanying counseling staff. Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of learning quality in creating an optimal learning experience in higher education. The identified problem is the variation in student satisfaction levels with lecturers' teaching, course materials, facilities and media, and the learning climate. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of satisfaction of fifth-semester students of the PGMI Study Program with respect to these four aspects. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through a questionnaire that includes indicators of teaching effectiveness, material relevance, facility availability, and a comfortable learning climate. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that students are generally satisfied with lecturers' teaching (75.7%), course materials (78.5%), and the learning climate (78.6%), although there is still a need to develop interactive teaching methods, apply more practical materials, and improve technology-based facilities. In conclusion, the quality of learning in the PGMI Study Program is adequate, but needs to be strengthened in the aspects of methods, applicable materials, technological facilities, and an inclusive learning climate. This study recommends the need for continuous innovation in learning strategies, improved facility support, and the creation of a more conducive academic environment to further increase student satisfaction.
