Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of several financial ratios, namely liquidity, leverage, sales growth and debt maturity on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data sourced from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 44 companies was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses a multiple linear regression test with the research results showing that the current ratio and sales growth have a significant effect in a positive direction on financial performance, while leverage and debt maturity have a significant effect in a negative direction on financial performance.

Abstract

The development of information technology in a digital-based economy supports business actors in aspects of marketing, procurement, distribution, and consumer service. This research aims to determine the influence of price perceptions, online customer reviews, and promotions on purchasing decisions for Heylook Official Shop products on the Shopee marketplace. The population in the research is Heylook Official Shop consumers on the Shopee marketplace the number of which is unknown (infinite). The number of samples in this study was 97 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire applied on Google Forms, and measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The findings in this research show that price perceptions and promotions have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while online customer reviews do not influence Heylook Official Shop Purchase Decisions in the Shopee marketplace. Companies are expected to maintain competitive prices and continue to carry out promotional activities effectively. Companies need to push consumers to provide reviews of the products they purchase so that they become input for other consumers and the company itself.

Abstract

The problem faced by housewives in Pondok Jagung Timur Village, North Serpong, South Tangerang is that they do not understand how the handicraft business produced can meet the needs and desires of consumers and can be sold and reach the hands of consumers and is widely liked and known by consumers. Due to this lack of understanding and knowledge, people lose business opportunities, especially housewives. Community service programs in the form of training on mat making to build creative community innovations during the COVID-19 pandemic. to improve the social welfare of its members and provide benefits to the surrounding community, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Korupsi merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi bagi peserta didik. Dampaknya yang sangat masif membutuhkan sistem yang baik untuk dapat melakukan pencegahan terhadapnya. Salah satu yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan penyuluhan mengenai bahaya korupsi sejak dini. Siswa khususnya peserta didik di Yayasan Al Azka Kamila Indonesia Kavling Bermis Blok B3 No 132, RT.07/RW.04, Cisauk, Kec. Cisauk, Tangerang, Banten 15341, diharapkan masih memiliki kesempatan untuk dapat membentuk karakter yang anti akan korupsi. Oleh karena itu, Disini kami sebagai Dosen Universitas Budi Luhur memberikan sedikit edukasi kepada siswa didik program penyuluhan mengenai anti korupsi perlu dilakukan dengan tujuan memberi pendidikan mengenai korupsi dan bahayanya, serta mencegah terjadinya korupsi sejak dini. Materi yang disampaikan dengan berbagai metode menyebabkan peserta yang masih peserta didik mudah dan gembira dalam menerima materi.

Abstract

It is felt that community service activities (PKM) in the form of Packaging Training can increase the knowledge and abilities of local residents. So far, many products in Pondok Jagung Timur Subdistrict are not yet known to many people because they do not yet have a brand/label in the form of a business name or product. others who are informative and can promote SME products in Pondok Jagung Timur Village. Good packaging can provide information from the producer to consumers regarding the business and product quality. The lack of knowledge and information of entrepreneurs regarding the matters mentioned above causes SME products in Pondok Jagung Timur Subdistrict to suffer. It is hoped that correct Packaging training will have an impact on optimal results in order to increase income as well as improve the economy of residents through Packaging which is quite significant for small-scale home economic communities. It is hoped that this PKM activity will be able to improve the welfare of the community through packaging in particular and the surrounding community in general so that the positive impact can be felt sustainably.

Abstract

Successful companies will always practice logistics, supply chain and inventory management in order to reduce costs and provide services and operational effectiveness. Logistics in the current state of business coordinates and integrates all physical and non-physical movements and unites them with the organization, as well as information aspects. This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate logistics management which includes transportation, warehousing, packaging, inventory and information management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Reducing the cost of each logistics activity will affect the total cost burden and improve company performance. This article will determine and define what logistics activities are key to the success of the company. Empirical research is based on articles that have been adapted and abstracted and become hypotheses that are generally understood after validation and proven by the results of the findings in these articles. Adequate inventory, storage, warehousing, transportation and information management are the main keys that logistics managers should practice to reduce the overall cost of the company. These findings include the affirmation of the need for logistics managers to optimally manage all logistics activities in order to achieve cost reduction, service improvement and operational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, brand image, and trust on customer satisfaction. The data source used in this study is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of Gopay digital wallet users at Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method, and the sample size was determined using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 99 respondents. The data analysis tool used is SPSS version 22. The results of the study show that service quality, brand image, and trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions on purchasing decisions. The data source used in this research is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study consists of TikTok Shop users in South Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method based on Lemeshow's formula, resulting in a sample size of 98 respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 29. The findings of this study indicate that brand image, electronic word of mouth, and promotions have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of consumer trust in mediating the influence of customer satisfaction and brand image on repurchase intention among Indomaret Kembarang Larang consumers in Tangerang. The method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 99 consumers. Data was collected through a questionnaire with an interval scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 software. The results of this research indicate that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The brand image variable does not have a significant effect on repurchase intention. The consumer trust variable has a positive and significant effect. The customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. The consumer trust variable is able to mediate the customer satisfaction and brand image variables on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of social media, single tuition fees (UKT), and brand image on the decision to continue studying at Budi Luhur University, South Jakarta. In this study the population is known. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents, using a simple random sampling method and using the Slovin formula. In this research, the data was analyzed using the SPSS 26 program with Microsoft Excel 2016. The results showed that Social Media had a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying, UKT Fees did not have a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying, and Brand Image had a significant influence on the Decision to Continue Studying.
