Abstract

Keberadaan   Obyek wisata Kampoeng Rawa – Danau Rowopening telahditutup  oleh Satpol PP dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Semarang pada bulanApril 2018 yang lalu karena  keberadaannya melanggar peraturan perundangan  dan lokasinya tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Tata ruang Wilayah.  Tujuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penegakan hukum dan keberlanjutan   kegiatanobyek wisata Kampoeng Rowo tersebut serta upaya  dalam rangka Pelestarianekosistem Danau Rowo Pening. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatandiskriptif Kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara  dengan beberapa stakeholderdan melakukan survey lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatanobyek wisata Kampoeng Rowo adalah ilegal,  karena  belum memiliki dokumenAmdal,   izin lingkungan dan  izin usaha. Kesimpulan bahwa 1) Pemda KabupatenSemarang melakukan pembiaran terhadap kegiatan obyek wisata Kampoeng Rowoyang   melanggar aturan perundangan 2) diperlukan  penegakan hukum  dengan memberikan sangsi sesuai aturan perundangan yang berlaku. Hal ini apabila tidakdilakukan sangsi hukum, maka akan terjadi pelanggaran – pelangaran berikutnyayang   akan mengancam  Pelestarian ekosistem Danau Rowopening. Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

Masyarakat desa yang hidup di daerah agraris dengan musim tropis memiliki banyak potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Jika bisa memanfaatkan potensi tersebut maka bisa menjadi sumber tambahan penghasilan bagi masyarakat desa. Pemberdayaan dengan system bottom-up mengajak masyarakat untuk terlibat langsung dalam proses identifikasi, penemuan ide, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dengan pelibatan secara langsung maka masyarakat merasa memiliki program dan diharapkan bisa berjalan secara berkelanjutan. Proses identifikasi sumberdaya alam yang ada di desa Grogolpenatus ditemukan limbah lidi yang banyak, namun tidak dimanfaatkan. Selanjutnya muncul ide untuk membuat berbagai kerajinan dari anyaman lidi. Program yang dilaksanakan yaitu pelatihan anyaman lidi dengan mendatangkan pemateri yang merupakan praktisi anyaman lidi. Peserta pelatihan anyaman lidi yaitu ibu-ibu PKK desa Grogolpenatus. Hasil anyaman lidi selanjutnya bisa langsung dipasarkan di obyek wisata Pantai Petanahan dan pasar Petanahan.   Villagers living in agrarian areas with tropical seasons have a lot of potential for abundant natural resources. If it can take advantage of this potential, it becomes an additional source of income for the villagers. Some of the villagers of Grogolpenatus still live in poverty line. In fact, the village has the potential of natural resources in the form of lidi waste that can be utilized by weaving, so as to provide additional income and further increase the economic level of the citizens. With direct involvement, the community feels that it has a program and is expected to run sustainably. Empowerment methods with a bottom-up system invite the community to be directly involved in the process of identification, idea discovery, implementation, to the evaluation of community empowerment programs. While the method of implementation by carrying out woven training lidi with participants pkk mothers and young women. The process of identifying natural resources in grogolpenatus village was found a lot of lidi waste, but not utilized. Next, came the idea to make various crafts from woven lidi. Lidi webbing training brings presenters who are practitioners of woven lidi. The participants of the woven training lidi are pkk mothers grogolpenatus village. After attending the lidi webbing training, pkk mothers and young women became understanding and skilled in weaving lidi in various interesting forms. The results of woven lidi are then marketed at petanahan beach tourist sites and Petanahan market.

Abstract

Impor borongan, di mana pihak ketiga mengimpor barang atas nama pemiliknya, telah menjadi perhatian pemerintah Indonesia karena adanya potensi besar penghindaran pajak dan bea masuk. Pemerintah telah mengambil beberapa langkah untuk mengatasi masalah ini, namun belum sepenuhnya berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap praktik penggelapan pajak dalam kegiatan impor borongan serta faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakanginya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tematik dan menggunakan koding data diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD) dengan informan para pejabat yang berpengalaman menangani masalah ini. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa definisi impor borongan masih belum jelas, dan Pejabat Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai dan Pejabat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak menggunakan berbagai pendekatan untuk mendeteksi penghindaran pajak dalam impor borongan. Faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap praktik impor borongan termasuk aturan persyaratan impor yang rumit, motivasi ekonomi, dan moral hazard importir. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk memperjelas definisi, meningkatkan kerja sama di antara otoritas terkait, memberlakukan sanksi yang lebih ketat, pelatihan bagi petugas Bea dan Cukai, kerja sama internasional, mengevaluasi peraturan perpajakan, memonitor aktivitas importir, meningkatkan transparansi, mengidentifikasi importir yang berisiko tinggi, dan mendorong pemilik untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat dalam pemberitahuan impor barang. Impor borongan adalah masalah kompleks yang membutuhkan solusi komprehensif untuk melindungi pendapatan negara dan mendorong praktik perdagangan yang lebih adil.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of several financial ratios, namely liquidity, leverage, sales growth and debt maturity on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data sourced from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 44 companies was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses a multiple linear regression test with the research results showing that the current ratio and sales growth have a significant effect in a positive direction on financial performance, while leverage and debt maturity have a significant effect in a negative direction on financial performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, trust and service quality on customer satisfaction, namely residents of the Thamrin Residence Apartment in Central Jakarta. In this study, the population is the residents of Apartment Thamrin Residence. The sample in this study amounted to 64 respondents. The data was processed using the help of the SPSS 21 statistical analysis program. The results obtained were that location partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, partial trust had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Thamrin Residence Jakarta Pusat.

Abstract

Successful companies will always practice logistics, supply chain and inventory management in order to reduce costs and provide services and operational effectiveness. Logistics in the current state of business coordinates and integrates all physical and non-physical movements and unites them with the organization, as well as information aspects. This study aims to analyze the impact of corporate logistics management which includes transportation, warehousing, packaging, inventory and information management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Reducing the cost of each logistics activity will affect the total cost burden and improve company performance. This article will determine and define what logistics activities are key to the success of the company. Empirical research is based on articles that have been adapted and abstracted and become hypotheses that are generally understood after validation and proven by the results of the findings in these articles. Adequate inventory, storage, warehousing, transportation and information management are the main keys that logistics managers should practice to reduce the overall cost of the company. These findings include the affirmation of the need for logistics managers to optimally manage all logistics activities in order to achieve cost reduction, service improvement and operational effectiveness.

Abstract

Strategy to build public awareness so that they can be 'friends' with waste to get direct economic benefits from waste. Waste banks cannot stand alone but must be integrated with the 4R movement (recycle, reuse, reduce, and replace), namely the activity of treating waste by reusing, reducing, recycling, and replacing so that the direct benefits felt are not only economic, but also the development of a clean, green and healthy environment. In this activity, collaboration with existing waste banks in the environment so that the results are more optimal. The result is good enthusiasm from the community so that this activity runs according to plan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, service quality and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at the Gramedia Bookstore in Plaza Bintaro. The population in this study were consumers of the Gramedia Bookstore in Plaza Bintaro who made purchases. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data were processed using the help of the SPSS 26 statistical analysis program and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of the study were that promotion, service quality and store atmosphere partially had a significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Gramedia Bookstore in Plaza Bintaro.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether promotion influence purchase decisions, brand image influence purchase decisions, e-service quality influence purchase decisions. This research includes quantitative research. The research sample used incidental sampling with a total of 99 respondents. Data were analyzed with SPSS 30. The result of this study were that promotion had an effect on purchase decisions, brand image had an effect on purchase decisions, e-service quality not had an effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Globally, skincare and cosmetic products are not only a necessity but also a part of lifestyle. Consumers are becoming more selective in choosing products that suit their needs and preferences. Azarine Cosmetic is one of the local beauty brands that has successfully captured consumer attention by offering products tailored to Indonesian skin conditions and tropical climate. Social media marketing, KOLs, also e-WOM play a crucial role in shaping consumer purchasing behavior, particularly within the beauty sector. This study seeks to analyze how social media marketing, KOLs, also e-WOM on the purchasing decisions regarding to Azarine products. Employing a quantitative methodology, the study gathers survey data from participants aged 17 and older who are active on social media, follow Azarine products, and are familiar with the KOLs endorsing them. All 182 respondents meet the criteria to be included in the research sample. The dataset undergoes statistical processing through multiple regression analysis, facilitated by SPSS version 29 to ensure accurate interpretation of results. The findings indicate that social media marketing, KOLs, and e-WOM significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions, both independently and in conjunction. Additionally, the analysis demonstrates that these factors account for 82.8% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions.
