Abstract

There was a phenomenon where the KPK Law rules were the consequence of the KPK Law modification where all KPK personnel from superiors to employees had to become ASN as of November 1, 2021, however, there were some abnormalities where KPK chairman Firil Bahuri attended the National Insight Test which leads to the dismissal of competent senior KPK employees and is currently handling crucial cases. This study attempts to determine how the two major Indonesian media, Republika and Tempo, produce discourse. In this case, it will be examined how Republika and Tempo portray the KPK. A methodological and theoretical approach is used in this study procedure. To see the theoretical analysis of Fairclough's critical discourse, the descriptive analysis methodological technique was adopted. The present discourse is examined via three lenses: (a) textual dimension, (b) discursive dimension, and (c) sociocultural dimension. According to the findings of the research from the three Fairclgh study items, Republika has a negative image of the KPK, whereas Tempo has a positive image of the KPK.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on the causes of social behavior of street children and to investigate data about the application or the form of social services of religious guidance in fostering social behavior in Harjamukti Cirebon City. This research is a field research and the method that I use is a qualitative method. Based on the discussion in this study, it can be concluded that the factor is the cause of street children, the family, the community, and of the structure of society (economic, social, cultural and political). Application of Islamic counseling conducted social services and society in general, and specifically in the prevention of street children was set up shelters and PNPM (national community empowerment program) in which will give more education and skills to street children.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought fundamental changes to educational systems and learning practices. While technological advancement offers efficiency, flexibility, and broader access to information, it also raises serious ethical and philosophical concerns, including moral degradation, academic dishonesty, and the reduction of education to mere technical skill acquisition. This article aims to examine the relevance of Islamic educational philosophy in addressing the challenges of education in the digital and AI era. This study employs a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach by examining the ideas of prominent Islamic educational philosophers such as Al-Ghazali, Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, and Ibn Khaldun. The findings indicate that Islamic educational philosophy, through the concepts of ta’lim, tarbiyah, and ta’dib, provides a comprehensive ethical and philosophical framework for guiding the responsible use of educational technology. By emphasizing adab and spiritual values as the core of education, Islamic educational philosophy remains highly relevant in shaping knowledgeable, ethical, and socially responsible individuals in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk manusia yang tidak hanya unggul secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki kedalaman spiritual dan akhlak mulia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hakikat, tujuan, serta relevansi filsafat pendidikan Islam sebagai landasan konseptual dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di era modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi pustaka (library research). Data diperoleh dari sumber primer berupa Al-Qur’an, Hadis, dan pemikiran para ulama serta cendekiawan Muslim, serta sumber sekunder berupa artikel jurnal ilmiah bereputasi yang relevan dengan tema filsafat pendidikan Islam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa filsafat pendidikan Islam memandang pendidikan sebagai proses pembinaan manusia secara menyeluruh yang berorientasi pada pembentukan insan kamil melalui integrasi akal dan wahyu. Tujuan pendidikan Islam tidak hanya menekankan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga penanaman nilai tauhid, pembentukan akhlak, serta tanggung jawab sosial. Selain itu, filsafat pendidikan Islam tetap relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern karena mampu menyeimbangkan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan penguatan nilai moral dan spiritual. Dengan demikian, filsafat pendidikan Islam dapat dijadikan kerangka berpikir dalam merumuskan sistem pendidikan yang berorientasi pada nilai, karakter, dan kemanusiaan.
