Abstract

This article aims to determine the ability of the Aqidah Akhlak teachers at MTs in implementing the 2013 curriculum at Madinatussalam private MTs. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through instruments, interviews and triangulation and then simple analysis is carried out. Through this research, it can be seen how much the ability of aqidah akhlak teachers is in implementing the 2013 curriculum learning by looking at the percentage based on achievement indicators and the percentage of respondents. Where the highest percentage based on these indicators can be seen that the teacher has prepared an annual program, semester program, Rpp and KKM. So it can be concluded that the curriculum development that has been carried out at Madinatussalam private MTs can already be carried out properly by looking at the percentage based on achievement indicators and based on respondents. The results of this study can be used as material for recommendations for further research related to the 2013 curriculum with different indicators and places.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of parents in instilling Islamic values in children in the digital era which includes Islamic education, worship, morals, rewards and punishments to children in the digital era. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data sources in this study are the people closest to the writer who are in Medan City. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data editing, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained show that 1) the role of parents in instilling Islamic education by teaching prayers, stories of the Prophet, the message of Allah, and introducing hijaiyah letters, 2) The role of parents in worship by getting used to, practicing, motivating, and advising children, and with affection, 3) The role of parents in instilling morals by exemplifying and showing the story of the morals of the Prophet Muhammad so that children can imitate them in their lives, 4) Giving rewards and punishments in moderation and still within Islamic guidelines.
