Abstract

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The approaches used in this research are: (a.) Paedagogic Approach (b.) Management Approach c.) Psychological Approach. Sources of data used in this study are: Primary Sources, Secondary Sources. Data collection techniques are Observation, Interview and Documentation and data analysis techniques used are: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions/Verification. The results of this study found that the leadership of the principal at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan, which is often used by the principal is the type of communication leadership to shape teachers to become professional teachers in their respective fields, in the opinion of some teachers, that during his term of office the principal schools often give assumptions or directions to their subordinates, to always encourage them to carry out activities according to the functions of each teacher and also staff, so that the implementation of teacher learning can be carried out properly, and also as staff always carry out operations in accordance with the functions and directions of the school principal. So that a good cooperative relationship arises between the principal and his subordinates, and this will become the basis or reference for the principal to make a quality education system in accordance with the vision and mission at SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan.

Abstract

Social media is a computer application designed to make it simpler to communicate with others without having to do it face-to-face, as well as a tool for having fun and reducing feelings of isolation. Existing social media applications include games, music, and media for communicating with distant individuals, among others. These social media are utilized by parents, adolescents, and even young children. The application Tik-Tok is frequently used by children as a social networking platform. Tik-Tok has succeeded in grabbing the interest of youngsters, such that children are curious about creating short movies on the platform. Due to the fact that this application is used by children, the researcher seeks to use the Naïve Bayes Classifier Algorithm to recognize and differentiate unfavorable remarks on TikTok's social media. The rising number of negative remarks in the TikTok comments column can hinder the mental development of youngsters, and it is hoped that this algorithm would encourage users to post positive comments on this application. Based on the data gathering until the results of classification are obtained. There are 600 comments data randomly collected from TikTok users, gathered through the export comments website. After evaluating, the accuracy of the application of the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm in conducting sentiment analysis is 80% while the result of the AUC is 46%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of media in conditioning classes in Fiqh learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in class VIII-1. The media used is a wall magazine (mading) which functions as an aid that can create a conducive, interesting, and interactive learning atmosphere. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with 3 data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with three informants and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is to analyze the results of observations, interviews, and documentation, then reduce the data so that the results obtained are in accordance with the indicators and focus of the study, and then draw conclusions from the final results. The results of this study indicate that wall magazine media (mading) can increase students' interest in learning, strengthen their understanding of Fiqh concepts, and encourage active student participation in the learning process. In addition, this wall magazine media (mading) provides a creative space for students to convey ideas and opinions related to Fiqh learning and can make the classroom atmosphere more conducive when explaining the subject matter.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep dasar matematika di tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan fondasi penting bagi keberhasilan siswa dalam menempuh jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Namun, banyak siswa menghadapi kesulitan dalam menguasai operasi dasar matematika serta menerapkannya dalam konteks kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi-strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar matematika siswa SD melalui metode studi literatur. Berbagai sumber ilmiah ditelaah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab lemahnya pemahaman siswa, serta strategi pembelajaran yang telah terbukti efektif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, dan pelatihan guru dalam pengajaran berbasis pemahaman konseptual sangat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika. Selain itu, keberhasilan strategi tersebut juga dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan siswa, dukungan lingkungan belajar, dan persepsi positif terhadap pelajaran matematika. Dengan penerapan strategi yang tepat, siswa lebih mampu memahami konsep matematika secara bermakna dan aplikatif. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi guru dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang pembelajaran matematika yang lebih efektif dan menyenangkan.
