Abstract

One form of dishonesty that often occurs among students is cheating behavior. Cheating behavior occurs at almost every level of education, especially at the school level. Cheating is an inappropriate action for every student to take in school, but it is undeniable that teachers will always find students who cheat in class. Even so, the teacher must be able to change the cheating behavior of these students. One of the theoretical approaches that can be used by a teacher in dealing with cases of cheating in the classroom is the behavioristic theory pioneered by JB Watson. This study aims to describe the application of JB Watson's learning theory in overcoming cheating behavior in students. The background of the authors raised this research because there are so many students who like to cheat so that cheating behavior has become a habit among students.

Abstract

Aims to determine the professionalism of BK teachers in dealing with student problems. This research uses a type of library research method. This library research is carried out by collecting various reading references that are relevant to the problem being researched, then understanding it carefully and carefully so as to obtain research findings. Research results: Professional competency in the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 27 of 2008 includes a guidance and counseling teacher who masters the concepts and practice of assessment to understand the conditions, needs and problems of clients; master the theoretical and practical framework of guidance and counseling; designing guidance and counseling programs; implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling program; assess the process and results of guidance and counseling activities; have awareness and commitment to professional ethics; master the concepts and practice of research in guidance and counseling. Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a model of guidance and counseling service strategies that can improve students' learning recall. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. This research was conducted in 2024. The data collection process uses screening of various sources, namely national and international journals. Data analysis uses content analysis, which aims to identify the focus of the research. The results showed that guidance and counseling services are a series of professional activities carried out systematically and planned with the main objective of helping individuals, especially students, deal with various problems that hinder their development and learning process. This study concluded that guidance and counseling services that use various psychological and educational strategies, such as stress management techniques, mnemonic methods, and concentration exercises, proved effective in improving students' learning memory. This research also contributes to developing guidance and counseling theory, especially in improving students' memory.
