Abstract

Abstract This research discusses the main tasks and functions of special supervising teacher in carrying out their duties. The background raised this issue because there is only one special supervising teacher to guide 20 students. Meanwhile, child with special needs require the role of a special supervising teacher. This research aims to find out how special supervising teacher deals with 20 students. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research can be concluded that, the way of this special supervising teacherin guilding the students is by asking the grade teacher to help her in guiding child with special needs or with the help of special supervising teacher who have been personality provided by the parents of their students.The special supervising teacher cooperates with the various parties involved to support the implementation of students?s learning. When the students doesn?t have a personal special supervising teacher, the teachers from the school will guide the child alternately. Keywords: main tasks, function, special tutor

Abstract

E-KTP (KTP-el) is a state document that must be owned by every citizen who has been aged 17 years or has married or been married. every citizen has only 1 E-KTP card in which there is a Population Identity Number (NIK). NIK became the sole identity number for public service affairs (Law Number 24 of 2013 About Amendment To Law Number 23 of 2006 About Population Administration). However, the implementation of E-KTP is still not maximized, one of the problems is the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP to citizens. As the result of a poll conducted by e-ktp.com up to the beginning of 2016, it was found that 58.0% of people complained about the lack of socialization and information on E-KTP, and only 3.0% -9.0% expressed satisfaction with the socialization and information which exists. In fact, until the middle of 2016 there are about 22 million inhabitants scattered in various areas that have not done recording E-KTP. Therefore the authors try to make multimedia animation in the form of public service ads to provide education and explain how the process of making and the E-KTP for the community. The design of multimedia animation using Luther-Sutopo version of multimedia development method with 6 stages is concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution.

Abstract

There are various factors that cause women to experience difficulties in getting work, even though they already have a bachelor's degree. Some of them are influenced by age, salary, work experience and GPA. Therefore, researchers conducted an analysis of the factors that influence the length of time looking for work for women graduates of the Development Economics Study Program, FEB, Riau University, which aims to determine the influence of age, wages and work experience on the length of looking for work for educated female workers who graduated from the FEB Development Economics Study Program. Riau University. The analytical model used in this research is multiple linear regression data. The sample used was 78 students from a total population of 781 female students who graduated from the S1 Development Economics Study Program, Riau University from 2013 to 2018. The results of this research show that the most influential thing is the length of time looking for work for women who graduated from the Development Economics Study Program, FEB Riau University. is choosing too many jobs with the desired wage standard. Meanwhile, the factors of age, work experience and GPA have a significant influence.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a model of guidance and counseling service strategies that can improve students' learning recall. This research uses a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. This research was conducted in 2024. The data collection process uses screening of various sources, namely national and international journals. Data analysis uses content analysis, which aims to identify the focus of the research. The results showed that guidance and counseling services are a series of professional activities carried out systematically and planned with the main objective of helping individuals, especially students, deal with various problems that hinder their development and learning process. This study concluded that guidance and counseling services that use various psychological and educational strategies, such as stress management techniques, mnemonic methods, and concentration exercises, proved effective in improving students' learning memory. This research also contributes to developing guidance and counseling theory, especially in improving students' memory.

Abstract

Asistensi Mengajar merupakan salah satu program dari Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka telah digencarkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sejak tahun 2020. Program ini dimunculkan karena kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar dan menengah masih sangat rendah. Kegiatan pembelajaran dalam bentuk asistensi mengajar dapat dilakukan di sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama dan sekolah menengah atas. Metode pelaksanaan asistensi mengajar dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan akademik (pengeditan perangkat pembelajaran guru), kegiatan adaptasi teknologi dan pembelajaran (digitalisasi bahan ajar), kegiatan administrasi sekolah (kegiatan kesiswaan pada Masa Ta’aruf Siswa Madrasah MTs Al Fajar), kegiatan non akademik (pembenahan ruang perpustakaan dan implementasi pengelolaan UKS) dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan keilmuan mahasiswa yaitu pendidikan kesehatan tentang Personal Hygiene, Manajemen Kebersihan Menstruasi, dan kegiatan pemberian tablet tambah darah. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan asistensi mengajar yaitu guru berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, siswa/i berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan edukasi dan remaja putri mengikuti kegiatan rutin mingguan yaitu minum tablet tambah darah.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa gangguan bipolar pada masa remaja upaya menyebarkan informasi mengenai permasalahan gangguan bipolar pada remaja sebagai kelompok sasaran utama. Remaja sebagai usia transisi merupakan usia yang peka terhadap pengalaman gangguan bipolar. Metode dalam penilitian ini menggunakan semiotika, penelitian deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan tentang pengertian gangguan bipolar, gejala bipolar, usia penderita bipolar, penyebab gangguan bipolar, dampak negatif dari gangguan bipolar, penanganan gangguan bipolar dan cara mendiagnosis gangguan bipolar. Metode ini dilakuan untuk melaksanakan pelayanan informasi.

Abstract

Background: Toddlerhood is a critical period of child growth and development that requires optimal nutritional intake. Underweight toddlers can be caused by chronically low food intake. Maternal ignorance about nutrition can lead to malnutrition, which in turn causes toddlers to eat poorly. Objective: To determine how maternal knowledge and toddler eating habits are influenced by nutrition education about balanced nutrition using lembar balik media. Methodology: Thirty-three mothers with children aged 24 to 59 months participated in this study, which used a single-group pre-post test design. Education was conducted in two meetings using lembar balik media, with different materials in each meeting. Knowledge data were measured using a questionnaire, and the Food Frequency Questionnaire was used to evaluate eating habits (FFQ). The Dependent T-test was used in data analysis. Results: After education, the average score of mothers' knowledge increased from 51.21 to 69.39 (p = 0.000), according to the study. After instruction, the average score of toddlers' eating patterns increased from 264.33 to 324.36 (p = 0.000). Conclusion: Mothers' knowledge and toddlers' eating habits increased as a result of lembar balik media education about balanced and nutritious eating patterns.
