Abstract

English Language becomes one of compulsory subject and tested on National Examination. Then, students are expected to not only pass the National Examination but also can master skills in learning English. The most difficult skill to be mastered is speaking. It caused of the lack of motivation from students, the inappropriate method used by the teacher, and the use of media. In other reason, students are rarely given time to practice. It makes them feel anxiety when they are speaking. To overcome that problem teacher can use role-play method in order to overcome students’ anxiety in speaking skill. Through this method, students are fully involved in the activity and have chance to speak with their friends.

Abstract

Memrise is a platform online learning to learn about new languages in the world. It will help the people especially for students to improve their foreign languages. especially in English language. There are so many features that it could help the students being happy to learn about new languages. Nowadays, In the millennial era or twenty first century, most people have their own gadget. Therefore, people must be mastering the high technology to support their daily life and get the many informations instantly and accurately. Then, it must be mastered by students because if the students can use gadget wisely, it will help and support their education and get big change to read world news a lot. That is way, not only students but alsoall of people’s levels in the world must use the high technology wisely to help and support their necessary better because it will develop the human being capacity to adapt with their environment.

Abstract

Writing is the difficult skill in learning English. Hence, this article talks about a media for teaching writing. To make students get the idea in writing easily the teacher should be creative and innovative. The media of MIMOG (Mastering of Islamic Monopoly Grammar) will become one of an innovative media to be influence in students’ writing skill. The subject of using this media is the students of high school. The media indicates that students will understand how to write with appropriate tenses. A good design of the media is also influence in student’s interest. Besides that, MIMOG media will give the Islamic Integration in the process of game. So, not only the students’ writing skill will improve but also the students’ character.
