Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the management and management of high school educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Sikaping. Facilities and infrastructure greatly affect the ability, comfort, and activeness of students in learning. This shows that the role of facilities and infrastructure plays an important role in supporting the quality of student learning. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and research data based on field observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The research finding is that SMA Negeri 2 Lubuk Sikaping already has the facilities and infrastructure required in Permendikbudristek No.22 of 2023 concerning Facilities and Infrastructure Standards, but in the management of facilities and infrastructure has not applied modern management principles which include the functions of planning, procurement, inventory, storage, distribution, maintenance, elimination as well as assessment and supervision. Management of facilities and infrastructure is an important activity carried out by schools because these facilities and infrastructure greatly support the success of the learning process in schools

Abstract

This research aims to determine human resource planning (HR) and innovation in human resource planning (HR). This type of research uses qualitative research methods. The process of obtaining data is carried out by finding sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals/articles and research that has been carried out previously. Based on research, it shows that human resource planning is a function that must first be implemented in an organization. HR Planning is a management process in determining the movement of an organization's HR from its current position to its desired position in the future. An institution must innovate in Human Resource planning, the innovations that can be implemented are, Human Resource Analytics, Artificial Intelligence in Recruitment, Use of Big Data, Machine Learning for Employees, Employee Sentiment Analysis, Virtual (VR) and Augmented Human Resources Reality (AR), Work Flexibility, Work-Based Promotion, Improved Work-Life Balance, Partnership with Education, experience and Performance-based Compensation, Use of Mobile Applications and Gamification

Abstract

Kemampuan Guru Dalam Menggunakan Media Digital Dalam Pembelajaran Pkn Untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Aktif Siswa Kelas 4 Di Sd Negeri 1 Pringsewu Selatan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan media digital pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) guna meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa kelas IV di SDN 1 Pringsewu Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan salah satu guru kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital seperti video, animasi, kuis interaktif, dan presentasi visual digunakan secara rutin dan mampu menarik perhatian serta meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Guru menyatakan bahwa media digital mempermudah penyampaian materi dan membuat siswa lebih aktif berdiskusi dan menjawab pertanyaan. Namun, dibutuhkan kombinasi dengan metode pembelajaran langsung untuk menyesuaikan berbagai gaya belajar siswa, terutama siswa yang lebih menyukai aktivitas fisik. Selain itu, guru berharap adanya peningkatan fasilitas sekolah dan pelatihan rutin agar pemanfaatan media digital dapat lebih optimal dan merata. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media digital memiliki potensi besar dalam menciptakan pembelajaran PPKn yang lebih menarik dan partisipatif di sekolah dasar.
