Abstract

This research aims to describe the teaching style of mathematics teachers in relation to the learning motivation of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Cigugur, Kuningan Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the teaching style of mathematics teachers and student learning motivation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using the Miles & Huberman model include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test data accuracy with a triangulation test consisting of data source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of this research indicate that there is a relationship between teacher teaching style and student learning motivation. During the learning process, teachers use collaboration or a combination of teaching styles. Classical teaching style, technology teaching style, personal teaching style and interactive teaching style are used as teaching styles. Of the four teaching styles, teachers combine them in the learning process, where teachers try to adapt to students' needs during teaching and learning, so that the learning process runs smoothly and can generate motivation in students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model and determine the improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving skills. This study uses a mix method with an exploratory sequential design or also known as a three-phase design. This research was carried out at SMPN 2 Tirtajaya in May 2024. The samples taken consisted of class VII-A, Experimental class, and class VII-D, Control class. The number of each class consists of 40 students. This study uses System Thinking to see and analyze problems in mathematics learning. Non-parametric analysis technique is the mann-whitney test through SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the main problems in mathematics learning are learning methods, student activity, study groups and case studies that are suitable for daily life, this is in accordance with the characteristics of Problem Based Learning that can be implemented in the learning process. The application of Problem Based Learning in mathematics learning shows that there is a significant difference between students' mathematical problem-solving ability after applying the Porblem-based Learning learning model in the experimental class and the conventional model in the control class

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Agung Sarana Persada Kota Kendari. Tingginya angka kecelakaan kerja di sektor konstruksi Indonesia yang mencapai 41,2% dari total kasus nasional pada tahun 2022 menunjukkan urgensi penerapan sistem K3 yang komprehensif sebagai upaya perlindungan pekerja dan peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal terhadap seluruh populasi karyawan berjumlah 23 orang melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstruktur berbasis skala Likert lima poin yang telah divalidasi, dengan analisis menggunakan korelasi Spearman Rank, uji parsial (uji t), dan koefisien determinasi melalui program SPSS versi 25. Variabel K3 diukur melalui enam dimensi meliputi komitmen manajemen, peraturan dan prosedur, komunikasi, kompetensi pekerja, kondisi lingkungan kerja, dan keterlibatan pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif kuat antara implementasi K3 dengan kepuasan kerja, ditandai koefisien Spearman sebesar 0,764 pada tingkat signifikansi p<0,001. Uji parsial memperlihatkan nilai t hitung 5,958 (t tabel 2,080) dengan signifikansi p<0,001, mengonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan K3 terhadap kepuasan kerja. Koefisien determinasi terkoreksi (Adjusted R Square) menunjukkan kontribusi K3 sebesar 61,1% dalam menjelaskan variasi kepuasan kerja, sementara 38,9% dipengaruhi faktor eksternal seperti kompensasi, hubungan interpersonal, lingkungan fisik, dan beban kerja. Temuan ini memperkuat teori hierarki kebutuhan Maslow yang menempatkan keamanan sebagai fondasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian merekomendasikan penguatan program K3 melalui penyediaan alat pelindung diri memadai, pelatihan keselamatan berkelanjutan, dan sistem pengawasan konsisten untuk mengoptimalkan kepuasan serta produktivitas karyawan di industri konstruksi.
