Abstract

The purpose of the study is to find out the improvement of teacher performance, how much the improvement of teacher performance is for students. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive. The subjects of the research are the deputy principal and the teacher. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with all respondents. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are that effective educational planning can improve teacher performance, namely the deputy principal assists teachers in planning the learning needed by students. The implementation of madrasas in improving teacher performance begins with the organization of the staff involved so that each staff does not overlap in carrying out their duties and responsibilities and runs according to their respective mandates. The challenge faced in planning education to improve teacher performance is the difference in the level of teachers' ability to use science and technology

Abstract

Abstract

Manajemen Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan adalah salah satu tanda dari seberapa baiknya suatu sekolah, di mana manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan memiliki strategi perencanaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kepala sekolah menggunakan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa hal, yaitu: (1) strategi yang dilakukan oleh SMP PAB 8 Sampali untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan; (2) cara mengelola guru dan tenaga kependidikan secara efektif; (3) kriteria penilaian kinerja guru di SMP PAB 8 Sampali; dan (4) bagaimana kepala sekolah bekerja sama dengan komite untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana sekolah menggunakan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pendekatan sistem adalah cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, memilih masalah, mencari solusi, membuat alternatif solusi, menghasilkan hasil, dan merevisi persyaratan sistem yang terkait. Penelitian ini mencari tahu bagaimana pendekatan sistem bisa membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor seperti sinkronisasi, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, penelitian ini ingin mencari cara untuk menggunakan pendekatan sistem yang lebih baik dalam mencapai hasil pendidikan yang lebih baik. Dengan menguatkan hubungan antara elemen-elemen dalam sistem pendidikan, diharapkan bisa terbentuk ekosistem pendidikan yang lebih responsif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada hasil. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini bisa membantu dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih efektif dan memberikan pandangan yang lebih komprehensif dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh.
