Abstract

The purpose of this study is to educate parents about how good parenting and the role of parents in the growth and emotional development of children which is very important in influencing children's character and behavior in the future. The research method used is a research method with a qualitative approach using the library research method. This research uses secondary data sources from scientific articles and journals, relevant books. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the role of parents in educating and nurturing children is very broad and complex. Through formal and informal education, character building, emotional support, social skills development, discipline application, and active involvement in daily life. It is important for parents to realize that their every action and decision will have a long-term impact on their children. The important role and good parenting in the formation of children's character and behavior include obedience, independence, empathy, and the ability to overcome stress so that when they grow up, children can become good individuals for their surroundings and the wider community, for that parents are expected to improve the quality of parenting in the family

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini sebagai penjelas peran advokat yang tidak hanya sebagai penasihat hukum akan tetapi juga dapat menjadi seorang mediator. Masalah kepastian profesi advokat yang diperbolehkan memegang profesi lain masih terdapat kekosongan hukum antara peraturan dan kenyataan di lapangan. Peran advokat sebagai mediator diperbolehkan dengan syarat memiliki izin sebagai mediator dan tidak sedang memegang perkara dari salah satu pihak yang berperkara dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi syarat sebagai moderator yang bersifat netral. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, kesimpulan yang didapatkan ialah seorang advokat yang berperan sebagai mediator juga harus tetap memenuhi syarat-syarat sebagai mediator dan tetap mematuhi kode etik sebagai advokat.

Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan salah satu institusi sosial yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Perkawinan memiliki berbagai tujuan, baik dari segi agama, sosial, maupun hukum. Perkawinan dalam hukum Islam dan hukum nasional Indonesia memiliki beberapa perbedaan, namun juga memiliki beberapa persamaan. Perbedaan tersebut perlu dipahami dengan baik agar masyarakat dapat melaksanakan pernikahan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku. Oleh sebab itu artikel ini membahas mengenai konsep perkawinan yang dibahas dari segi hukum islam dan hukum nasional yang di indonesia. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. adapun sumber refrensi dalam penelitian ini adalah buku, jurnal, dan sumber bacaan lainnya yang membahas tentang konsep perkawinan dalam hukum islam dan nasional. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perkawinan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep perkawinan dalam hukum Islam dan hukum nasional Indonesia. Pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep perkawinan akan membantu masyarakat untuk melaksanakan pernikahan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.
