Abstract

The purpose of this study is to educate parents about how good parenting and the role of parents in the growth and emotional development of children which is very important in influencing children's character and behavior in the future. The research method used is a research method with a qualitative approach using the library research method. This research uses secondary data sources from scientific articles and journals, relevant books. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the role of parents in educating and nurturing children is very broad and complex. Through formal and informal education, character building, emotional support, social skills development, discipline application, and active involvement in daily life. It is important for parents to realize that their every action and decision will have a long-term impact on their children. The important role and good parenting in the formation of children's character and behavior include obedience, independence, empathy, and the ability to overcome stress so that when they grow up, children can become good individuals for their surroundings and the wider community, for that parents are expected to improve the quality of parenting in the family

Abstract

Kode etik profesi advokat merupakan landasan hukum moral dan hukum yang mengatur perilaku dan tindakan advokat dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya kode etik bagi profesi advokat dalam menjaga integritas dan kepercayaan publik. Dalam prakteknya masih banyak dari para advokat ini yang melanggar kode etik profesi advokat itu sendiri, baik berupa pelanggaran etik ringan maupun pelanggaran berat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur dan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kode etik profesi terkhususnya advokat itu sangat penting dan juga krusial dalam menjaga integritas profesi, membangun kepercayaan publik, serta memastikan terselenggaranya peradilan yang adil.

Abstract

Kehidupan sosial masyarakat pada masa Khulafaur Rasyidin menunjukkan perbedaan dengan masa Rasulullah saw. yang dapat dianggap sebagai hasil perkembangan masyarakat pada waktu tersebut. Fenomena ini dianggap wajar karena kehidupan sosial cenderung mengalami evolusi seiring berjalannya waktu. Dengan demikian, hukum Islam juga mengalami penyesuaian sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sejarah, yang melibatkan langkah-langkah seperti Heuristik, Kritik, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi agama dan menerapkan teori peran. Proses penelitian dilakukan secara kronologis, logis, dan sistematis, menggabungkan fakta-fakta sejarah dengan interpretasi peneliti untuk menciptakan narasi sejarah ilmiah. Pada masa ekspansi kekuasaan Islam, sahabat-sahabat Nabi saw. tersebar ke berbagai penjuru negeri, memasuki kota-kota besar yang telah ditaklukkan di bawah pemerintahan Islam. Beberapa di antara mereka menempati posisi penting seperti gubernur, qadhi (hakim) Islam, atau jabatan-jabatan lainnya.
