Abstract

Problem yang ada didiri siswa bersember dari faktor psikis individual (internal), dan faktor eksternal sosial, keluarga dan lingkungan. Mengatasi masalah tersebut konseling dengan pendekatan spiritual juga penggunaan teori Gestalt untuk Meningkatkan kesadaran diri Siswa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kesadaran diri siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesadaran diri dengan menggunakan konseling gestalt.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan ketiga subjek setelah pelaksanaan konseling berbasis islami dengan teori gestalt yaitu: sadar akan keadaan fisiknya, sadar akan kemampuannya, dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know factors influencing interest to utilize guidance and counseling service at school. This was a qualitative research by an explorative method. The research subject selection used a proportionate stratified random sampling numbered 161 students of State Senior High School MA Negeri 1 of Lubuklinggau. Data gathering technique used a questionaire filling. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, then conclusion drawing. The research results showed that factors influencing interest to utilize gudance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factor covered: the emerging problems, self motivation and the attitude shown. External factors covered: family influence, guidance and counseling teachers, guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends and media used. Factor influencing motivation to utuilize guidance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factors covered: needs, the emerging behavior and having purpose in utilizing guidance and counseling service. External factors covered: parents influence, guidance and counseling teacher and also guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Pemilihan subyek penelitian menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, sejumlah 161 siswa MA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengisian angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, lalu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya masalah yang timbul, motivasi diri, dan sikap yang ditunjukan. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh keluarga, guru BK, fasilitas layanan BK, teman pergaulan, dan media yang digunakan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya kebutuhan, perilaku yang muncul, dan memiliki tujuan dalam memanfaatkan layanan BK. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh orang tua, guru BK serta fasilitas layanan BK, dan teman pergaulan.

Abstract

Bunuh diri merupakan isu kesehatan mental yang semakin mengkhawatirkan, khususnya pada remaja. Masa remaja adalah masa transisi penuh tantangan psikososial yang menjadikan kelompok ini sangat rentan terhadap tekanan mental. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoritis faktor-faktor psikologis dan sosial yang memengaruhi munculnya ideasi bunuh diri pada remaja serta menelaah peran strategis bimbingan dan konseling dalam upaya preventif dan intervensi. Dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka, artikel ini menghimpun dan menganalisis literatur ilmiah terbaru terkait fenomena bunuh diri remaja. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa depresi, kecemasan, harga diri rendah, serta gangguan kepribadian merupakan faktor internal utama, sementara disfungsi keluarga, bullying, kesepian, dan tekanan media sosial menjadi faktor eksternal yang signifikan. Peran bimbingan konseling menjadi sangat vital dalam pencegahan dan penanganan ideasi bunuh diri melalui layanan individual, kelompok, responsif, dan pendidikan keterampilan hidup.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling (GC) services play a pivotal role in supporting students’ academic, personal, and social development. However, their effectiveness is often constrained by inadequate facilities and infrastructure, which may influence students’ perceptions and the perceived quality of services. This study explicitly hypothesized that the completeness of GC facilities and infrastructure is positively associated with (1) students’ perceptions of GC services and (2) the overall service quality. A quantitative correlational design was adopted, involving 302 students (178 females, 124 males) aged 15–18 years across science and social science tracks from grades X–XII at MAN 1 Lubuklinggau City. Data were collected through a 70-item questionnaire, validated through product–moment correlation (r > 0.3338) and found to be highly reliable (Cronbach’s α = 0.972). Analytical methods were selected based on the data scale and research objectives: Spearman correlation tested the strength and direction of ordinal associations, simple linear regression examined predictive effects, and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) assessed the simultaneous influence of infrastructure completeness on both dependent variables. The results showed that the completeness of GC facilities significantly and positively predicted both student perceptions (ρ = 0.681, p < 0.001) and service quality (β = 0.787, p < 0.001). MANOVA confirmed a strong combined effect (Wilks’ Λ = 0.157, p < 0.001; partial η² = 0.604), with 95% confidence intervals supporting the robustness of the findings. These results indicate that adequate physical and technological facilities substantially enhance students’ experiences and perceptions of GC services. Practically, schools are encouraged to construct private counseling rooms that meet national standards, integrate e-counseling platforms (e.g., BK-Smart, Zoom), and allocate BOS/DAK funds for upgrading GC infrastructure and digital tools. The findings underscore that investment in comprehensive and technology-supported counseling infrastructure is crucial for achieving professional and student-centered GC services.

Abstract

In undergoing the learning process students neet help and guidance of others. the teachers in all the teachings given effectively implied a form of guidance. in the process of education and teaching of students can not be separated from the problem, this can be anticipated through learning guedance and counseling in order to foster student achievement that receives low learning outcomes. student learning achievement must be improved in order to obtain maximum learning results. this lack of learning achievement is a problem that has plagued many students at school in general. The purpose of this study was to prove the presence or absence of the influence of tutoring and learning counseling on the learning achievement of eleven grade students of Lubuklinggau. in this case the hypothesis there is a significant influence of learning guidance and counseling on student learning achievement. so ho was refused and ha was accepted. then there is an influence between guidance and learning counseling on learning achievement of XI grade students MA Lubuklinggau is 0.013 < 0.05. at the error level of 5% Siswa memerlukan bantuan dan bimbingan orang lain selama proses pembelajaran. Secara efektif, guru menyiratkan bimbingan dalam proses pendidikan dan pengajaran siswa tidak lepas dari masalah. Hal ini dapat diantisipasi melalui bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa dengan hasil belajar rendah. Untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajar, prestasi belajar siswa harus ditingkatkan. Banyak siswa di sekolah menghadapi masalah kurangnya prestasi belajar ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh bimbingan belajar dan konseling pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI Lubuklinggau. dalam hal ini hipotesisnya terdapat pengaruh signifikan pembelajaran bimbingan dan konseling terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. jadi ho ditolak dan ha diterima. maka terdapat pengaruh antara bimbingan dan pembelajaran konseling terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI MA Lubuklinggau adalah 0,013 < 0,05. pada tingkat kesalahan 5%

Abstract

Humans cannot be free from problems, whether they realize it or not, children, teenagers, adults and even old people can definitely have problems in their lives. Adolescence is the most formative period, especially in terms of the ability to choose a path to adult life and the possibility of employment at risk of developing as a teenager, accompanied by the need to start preparing for future employment. Group counseling services are a type of service that can help teenagers overcome obstacles that prevent them from achieving career maturity. A review of relevant literature is used as an approach, and is supported by the findings of a number of papers, journals, books and other supporting documents. One approach from group guidance services that can help with career maturity issues is the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is effective in increasing career maturity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in the literature what the problems and needs of Generation Z are in career selection and development. This research uses literature methodology. Data is collected from literature, such as books, journals and notes. This article discusses the meaning, theory, previous research findings, and hypotheses regarding the relationship between the use of guidance and counseling media and the desire to use these services. Content analysis is the analysis method used. The results of the study show that there are various problems of Gen Z in terms of career such as social media where Gen Z cannot utilize social media properly and use social media not for learning, career planning influenced by authoritarian parenting, Gen Z's career expectations are too high while work experience and skills are minimal, as well as the influence of global competition that requires Gen Z to compete using qualified skills. The many problems make Gen Z need various things related to their careers, namely career development, salary, work life balance, flexibility, and work location. the use of information technology, especially with the existence of animated video media, in guidance and counseling services in an effort to meet needs and overcome problems in terms of career guidance, counselors can use animated videos that are made as attractive as possible for Generation Z by using animated videos that contain various materials that can improve the understanding, information, insight and knowledge of Generation Z regarding the careers they will pursue in the future
