Abstract

One of the demands of the students success in learning in College is having a positive attitude towards lecturers so that students are able to build positive interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively with his professors. The number of complaints against the attitude of the supervising lecturer whose dibimbingnya are mainly in terms of communicating makes the background in this research. This research aims to know interpersonal relationships of college students toward professors in the process guidance of thesis. This research was conducted with descriptive method quantitative approach through. The population of the research was all students majoring in Islamic religious high school of Tarbiyah (STAIN) Curup the academic year 2010/2011 who are on semester 8 and is in the process of completion of the thesis. The number of samples as many as 69 people. The data obtained via the question form. The data were analyzed with the help of the program SPSS version 16.0. The results showed that interpersonal relationships of college students toward professors in terms of attitudes towards students appreciate lecturer in process guidance with thesis score tend to be occupied by students on the criteria either i.e. 74.5%. Interpersonal relationships of college students toward professors in terms of loyalty and tolerance attitudes of students toward professors in the process of graduation thesis guidance with a score that tend to be assigned to students on criteria either i.e. 66.6%. Interpersonal relationships of college students toward professors in terms of openness towards students in the process of graduation thesis guidance lecturer with a score that tend to be assigned to students at 60.2% i.e. enough criteria. Interpersonal relationships of college students toward professors in terms of friendliness toward students in the process of graduation thesis guidance lecturer with a score that tend to be assigned to students in not a good criteria i.e. 50.7%. Thus, the overall total score that tend to be assigned to students at enough where the score obtained is 75.08%. Abstract

Problem yang ada didiri siswa bersember dari faktor psikis individual (internal), dan faktor eksternal sosial, keluarga dan lingkungan. Mengatasi masalah tersebut konseling dengan pendekatan spiritual juga penggunaan teori Gestalt untuk Meningkatkan kesadaran diri Siswa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kesadaran diri siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kesadaran diri dengan menggunakan konseling gestalt.Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian sebanyak tiga siswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan ketiga subjek setelah pelaksanaan konseling berbasis islami dengan teori gestalt yaitu: sadar akan keadaan fisiknya, sadar akan kemampuannya, dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain.Simpulan penelitian ini adalah konseling gestalt dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa

Abstract

This study aims to explain the positive impact of group counseling on the management of youth mosque organizations at the Risma Al-Huda Mosque, Panorama Village, Bengkulu City. This research is qualitative with a case study approach; the source of research data is ten people who are members of groups/counseling groups, the object of research is carried out at the Risma Al-Huda mosque, Panorama District, Bengkulu City, and data collection is carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques, data analysis techniques by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study concluded that group counseling could provide significant benefits for organizational management. Based on group counseling activities in Risma Al-Huda, Panorama District, Bengkulu City, it was found that groups establish interaction between group members, which can improve communication and cooperation between them. Members of Risma Al-Huda, Panorama Sub-district of Bengkulu City, learn to observe with empathy, share thoughts, and work together to achieve common goals. Communication and cooperation skills acquired in group counseling can be applied in the work area, helping to build strong team bonds and improve organizational performance. So it can be concluded that group guidance can have a good impact on youth mosque management; for example, it can improve communication, cooperation, problem-solving, community welfare, and skill development, so group guidance must continue to be developed.

Abstract

Self-esteem or good self-esteem is important for a leader.  This study aims to determine the self-esteem of the student council board of SMA N 1 Rejang Lebong for the 2022/2023 period who is Generation Z. This study was conducted by providing a self-esteem instrument consisting of 40 questions used to reveal the level of valuable or worthless self-assessment seen in general, personal and social. After being given, the instrument is processed manually which begins with checking, sorting answer sheets, correcting according to norms, and printing results individually or in groups. The results showed that the self-esteem of the student council board of SMA N 1 Rejang Lebong for the 2022/2023 period was included in the medium category as much as 64.8%. This shows that the self-esteem of student council administrators must still be strengthened through leadership development, such as internships, training, or mentorship. They also need to strengthen their self-belief, learn from experiences, and seek support from people who trust and support them.

Abstract

This study investigates student behavior in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to address academic and personal challenges, as well as the subsequent implications for guidance and counseling services within Islamic higher education contexts. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing literature reviews and semi-structured interviews conducted with four counselors and six students from an Islamic higher education institution in Bengkulu. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that students predominantly use AI tools to efficiently manage academic tasks, such as organizing schedules and accessing information. However, excessive dependence on AI has been observed to adversely affect students' critical thinking abilities, as they often unquestioningly accept instantaneous solutions provided by these technologies without deeper reflection or critical assessment. Additionally, counselors identified significant challenges in integrating AI technologies with a humanistic and spiritually grounded counseling approach rooted in Islamic values, particularly concerning issues of data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical use of technology. The results of this study emphasize the necessity of developing a balanced strategy that combines the advantages of AI with robust human interaction in counseling practices. Consequently, it is recommended that Islamic higher education institutions enhance counselor training in ethical AI utilization, while concurrently supporting students in cultivating critical thinking capacities and moral consciousness aligned with Islamic ethical frameworks. Future research should consider employing quantitative methodologies to statistically assess AI's impact on students' academic and personal development and to broaden the exploration of effective integration between technological advancements and Islamic educational values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, mengetahui penerapan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran PAI. Kedua, mengetahui keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran PAI. Ketiga, mengetahui pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, populasi 33 dan sampel semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertama, bahwa 41% peserta didik menyatakan Setuju atas penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam pembelajaran PAI. Kedua, keterampilan komunikasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PAI lebih banyak dalam kategori baik, dengan jumlah 243 atau sebanyak 37%, dalam kategori sangat baik dengan jumlah 206 atau sebanyak 31%. Ketiga, Terdapat Pengaruh model Problem based learning (PBL) terhadap Keterampilan Komunikasi Peserta Didik dalam Pembelajaran PAI di SMAN 2 Rejang Lebong. Dari hasil tabel interpretasi koefisien korelasi, nilai rhitung > rtabel atau 0.689 > 0.361. Dari hasil uji-t, didapatkan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2.552 > 1.701, dengan nilai signifikan 0.016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan rekan sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak di MTsN Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dan teknik analisis data berupa regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa MTsN Lebong dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 responden yang diambil secara purposive. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan pergaulan rekan sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,808. Artinya, 80,8% variasi motivasi belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lingkungan pergaulan rekan sebaya, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,885 memperkuat bahwa pengaruh tersebut sangat kuat dan konsisten. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran teman sebaya dalam membentuk semangat dan motivasi belajar siswa, khususnya dalam pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dan orang tua perlu mendorong terciptanya lingkungan pergaulan yang positif untuk menunjang keberhasilan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dosen terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di Institut Agama Islam Darul Fattah Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami sejauh mana keterampilan pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh dosen berdampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa dalam mengejar tujuan akademik mereka. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa, yang menilai persepsi mereka terhadap kompetensi pedagogik dosen dan motivasi belajar mereka sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik dosen dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, yang mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pengajaran yang efektif dan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan antusiasme mahasiswa dalam belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur yang ada mengenai praktik pendidikan dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi dosen untuk meningkatkan metode pengajaran mereka, yang pada akhirnya akan menguntungkan pengalaman akademik mahasiswa. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi pendidik untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan pendidikan yang terus berubah dan memenuhi kebutuhan beragam mahasiswa.

Abstract

Masalah identitas diri merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi remaja Muslimah, khususnya di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model konseling kelompok Islami dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis dalam menangani masalah identitas diri pada remaja Muslimah di Ponpes Al Khalifah. Model ini mengintegrasikan teknik-teknik psikoanalisis, seperti eksplorasi alam bawah sadar dan analisis konflik internal, dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang menekankan pemahaman fitrah manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif analis deskriptif Adapun sumber data dapat dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu: 1) sumber data primer merupakan objek penelitian yang diobservasi langsung dengan subjek penelitian yaitu informan (guru bk serta siswa di ponpes al khalifah) 2) sedangan sumber data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung di lapangan, melainkan hasil dari studi pustaka maupun studi dokumentasi terhadap berbagai rujukan maupun arsip (rekaman video aktivitas pekerja di industri batik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Konseling Kelompok Islami dengan Pendekatan Psikoanalisis merupakan metode yang efektif dan relevan dalam menangani masalah identitas diri pada remaja Muslimah di Ponpes Al Khalifah. Pendekatan ini berhasil mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip psikologi psikoanalisis dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga membantu remaja menggali konflik batin dan memahami fitrah mereka sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT. Melalui konseling kelompok, remaja mendapatkan ruang refleksi dan dukungan sosial yang memperkuat pemahaman diri dan identitas Islami secara mendalam. Selain menyelesaikan masalah identitas diri, model ini juga berperan penting dalam penguatan karakter Islami, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan ketahanan mental, yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial dan budaya modern. Konseling kelompok berbasis Islam juga meningkatkan religiusitas dan kesadaran moral remaja, sehingga mereka mampu membentuk identitas yang sehat dan berlandaskan ajaran agama.

Abstract

This study explores the use of data-driven planning to optimize the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) at SMAIT Ma'had Rabbani, utilizing a strategy based on the education report card. The approach consists of three key steps: Identify, Reflect, and Fix. The results highlight that RKAS optimization can be effectively achieved by leveraging data from education report cards. Key issues identified included low learning quality and students' numeracy skills. Reflection revealed that suboptimal teaching methods (score 51.14) contributed to poor learning quality, while difficulties in data management and uncertainty (score 48.4) affected numeracy skills. In the Fix stage, a learning organization design was implemented, addressing intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, and mapping the needs for educator and staff competency development. The budgeting process includes five stages: budget calculation, identifying available funds, adjusting activities if the budget is insufficient, procurement through SIPLAH or other channels, and reporting on the Arkas platform. This research demonstrates that a data-driven approach enhances RKAS preparation, improving educational services and ensuring professional and accountable financial management.
