Abstract

Education plays an important role in human life, so improving in all aspects is needed, both in terms of teachers as educators and students. Education, which as an effort to humanize humans, must be able to help humans develop their potential. This study aims to find out implementation of the problem based learning (PBL) model in islamic religious education learning and its implications for the critical thinking ability of students of sman 1 rejang lebong. This research uses a descriptive method of Analysis with a type of qualitative research, which is a type of research that describes phenomena or facts on the object under study to take the essence of each phenomenon. Problem Based Learning implementation model which includes planning, implementation and evaluation. The study of Religious Education at SMAN 1 Rejang Lebong is to prepare the appointment of annual learning programs, semester programs, syllabus, lesson plans, and selection of teaching materials. The implementation of the Problem Based Learning Model in teaching Islamic Religious Education is to convey basic competencies and teaching objectives. Keidua, divide students into groups. Third, show students to discuss the problem presented. Fourth, convey the results of the discussion to the front of the class and to other listening groups, while the other group is given the opportunity to speak, imitate suggestions, criticisms, and input. After the presentation is over. Fifth, the teacher evaluates the results of the discussion.

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif memiliki peran penting dalam memahami fenomena sosial, budaya, dan perilaku manusia. Salah satu tantangan dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah memastikan keteralihan temuan, yaitu sejauh mana temuan penelitian dapat diterapkan atau dialihkan ke konteks atau situasi lain dengan relevansi yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, peneliti harus menerapkan strategi yang tepat. Artikel ini membahas beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keteralihan temuan penelitian kualitatif, seperti pemilihan kasus penelitian yang kaya informasi, deskripsi yang jelas dan rinci, keterlibatan partisipan, pembandingan dengan penelitian lain, dan penggunaan bahasa yang lugas. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, peneliti dapat memastikan bahwa temuan penelitiannya memiliki keteralihan yang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning berbasis neurosains dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber, baik berupa buku, jurnal ilmiah, maupun artikel terkait model Quantum Learning dan neurosains dalam pembelajaran PAI. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif untuk memahami konsep, prinsip, dan implementasi model pembelajaran Quantum Learning berbasis neurosains. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Quantum Learning berbasis neurosains dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI. Quantum Learning yang berfokus pada pengoptimalan berbagai modalitas belajar sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip neurosains, dapat memaksimalkan potensi otak peserta didik dalam menyerap dan memproses informasi pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan ini mendorong keterlibatan aktif peserta didik, menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, serta meningkatkan daya ingat dan pemahaman konsep-konsep PAI. Implementasi model ini perl didukung oleh pemahaman guru tentang neurosains, kreativitas dalam merancang pembelajaran, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Penerapan model Quantum Learning berbasis neurosains dapat menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This research explores Q.S. Az-Zumar and science in analyzing Earth Movement material in elementary school books. This study  aims to investigates the suitability of the meaning contained in Q.S Az-Zumar and the Earth's rotational movement Science material. This study uses a qualitative approach and content analysis method. The data collection technique used a checklist sheet. Data analysis followed the flow of Mestika Zed (2004), namely reading, classifying, coding, formulating hypotheses, and drawing conclusions. The results found that the concept of the earth's rotational movement in Elementary School Science materials aligned with the idea of Q.S Az-Zumar. Science learning in elementary schools is in accordance with the curriculum, and its application does not conflict with the understanding and value of Islamic normativity. The recommendation is that educational practitioners can study more about the verses of the Qur'an to prove factually or contextually according to science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah tentang Neurosain dan hubungannya dengan kecerdasan majemuk.. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka, dimana melihat neurosains dan kecerdasan majemuk sebagai sumber utama rujukan dan berbagai jurnal lain yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian bahwa pemahaman tentang neuroplastisitas otak dan keberagaman daerah otak yang terlibat dalam pemrosesan informasi menyoroti pentingnya mengakui dan menghargai keberagaman bakat dan kemampuan siswa, penerapan MI memperkaya strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru PAI, evaluasi yang beragam memungkinkan siswa untuk menunjukkan pemahaman mereka tentang ajaran Islam melalui berbagai cara yang sesuai dengan kecerdasan mereka, pendekatan inklusif dalam pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah memastikan bahwa setiap siswa, tanpa memandang latar belakang atau kemampuan mereka, menerima dukungan dan bimbingan yang sesuai untuk mencapai potensi mereka yang sebenarnya dalam memahami dan menerapkan ajaran Islam. integrasi antara konsep neurosains dan multiple intelligence dalam pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menyeluruh dan bermakna bagi semua siswa, mempersiapkan mereka untuk menjalani kehidupan yang bermakna dalam masyarakat yang multikultural dan kompleks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of PERMA No. 3 of 2017 in divorce cases at the Curup Religious Court and to find out the considerations of the Curup Religious Court judges in the decision of case number 383/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Crp. This research is a field research with a type of Case study. The results of the study are as follows: First, the implementation of PERMA No. 3 of 2017 is applied by judges in every case related to women absolutely and is used as a reference during trials; The implication of PERMA for divorce cases is that the wife's 'iddah right can be fulfilled if the wife asks for her 'iddah right in the lawsuit and the fulfillment of the 'iddah right creates a sense of justice for the wife. Second, the judge's consideration in deciding case 383/Pdt.G/2022/PA. Crp is: the evidence presented by the plaintiff in his suit which is corroborated by witness statements and the absence of the defendant during the trial; consideration that case 383/Pdt.G/2022/PA. CRP occurred because the husband did something bad to the plaintiff, the defendant cheated, committed domestic violence and did not provide for 7 years; Based on the facts of the trial, the panel of judges held that the wife was not proven to be nusyuz so that the wife was entitled to her 'iddah rights in accordance with what was mandated in SEMA No. 3 of 2018.

Abstract

Minat memberi pengaruh signifikan dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar dan juga berpotensi untuk menumbuhkan emosi positif yang mensitimulus terciptanya kondisi nyaman bagi siswa ketika menjalankan proses pembelajaran. Riset ini berfokus untuk mengilustrasikan: (1) Perbedaan minat belajar siswa menggunakan media audio isual berbasis Capcut dengan pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Pengaruh media audio isual berbasis Capcut terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif berbasis true experimental design. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dengan teknik analisis meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, homogenitas dan uji t (independent sample tes dan paired sample tes). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan; (1) Terdapat perbedaan minat belajar siswa kelas eksperimen dengan mean 105,87 dan kelas kontrol dengan mean 92,93 dimana > dengan sig. 0,006<0,05, maka Ha diterima (kelas kontrol dan eksperimen memiliki perbedaan minat belajar). (2) Hasil uji t paired sample t-tes dimana mean 79,73 sebelum treatment dan sebesar 105,87 setelah treatment dimana > dengan sig. 0,0000<0,0005, maka terdapat pengaruh signifikan penggunaan media terhadap peningkatan minat belajar siswa setelah treatment pada kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi media visual berbasis Capcut dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa secara signifikan. Abstract

This research was aimed to know factors influencing interest to utilize guidance and counseling service at school. This was a qualitative research by an explorative method. The research subject selection used a proportionate stratified random sampling numbered 161 students of State Senior High School MA Negeri 1 of Lubuklinggau. Data gathering technique used a questionaire filling. Data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, then conclusion drawing. The research results showed that factors influencing interest to utilize gudance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factor covered: the emerging problems, self motivation and the attitude shown. External factors covered: family influence, guidance and counseling teachers, guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends and media used. Factor influencing motivation to utuilize guidance and counseling service in forms of internal and external factors. Internal factors covered: needs, the emerging behavior and having purpose in utilizing guidance and counseling service. External factors covered: parents influence, guidance and counseling teacher and also guidance and counseling service facilities, associate friends. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Pemilihan subyek penelitian menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, sejumlah 161 siswa MA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengisian angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, lalu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya masalah yang timbul, motivasi diri, dan sikap yang ditunjukan. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh keluarga, guru BK, fasilitas layanan BK, teman pergaulan, dan media yang digunakan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi memanfaatkan layanan BK berupa faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi: adanya kebutuhan, perilaku yang muncul, dan memiliki tujuan dalam memanfaatkan layanan BK. Faktor eksternal meliputi: pengaruh orang tua, guru BK serta fasilitas layanan BK, dan teman pergaulan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the question of how to study urf on the habits of decorated women when attending weddings in Kotapadang District. Research methods used in empirical juridical research. Based on urf's review of the motivations of women's habits in decoration, it is seen from good motivation, one of which is to increase self-confidence, maintain the dignity of the husband, and appreciate the invitee, and see that the wedding party is a very special moment where many people gather, so in urf's view it is permissible because it provides good benefits and there is no prohibition to decorate as long as the decoration is in accordance with ekika the decoration of Islamic Shari'a. by not opening the aurat nor exaggerating and not showing the jewelry he wears other than what can be seen. The custom of decorated women while attending weddings is included in the Al-'urf al-'amali/fi'li.

Abstract

The development of social literacy skills in learning appears to meet the need to improve students’ knowledge based on local wisdom. This study aims to develop students’ social literacy skills in social science lessons based on local wisdom at Elementary School 88 in Rejang Lebong. The research method used a Research and Development (R&D) approach adopted from ADDIE, that includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The samples were the teachers and fifth-grade students. The data collection techniques were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The qualitative data was analyzed through data collection, interpretation, verification, and conclusions. The quantitative data was analyzed using the percentage formula with intervals adopted from Hake. The research findings show that teachers and students need the development of social science leaning model based on local wisdom. The resulting material is suitable for use, and the test of the effectiveness of the learning model through small-group trials indicates that the model is effective in increasing the social literacy of elementary school students.
