Abstract

According to Government Regulation No. 87 of 2017 Article 3 regarding strengthening character education (PPK), namely PPK is carried out by applying the values of Pancasila in character education, especially including religious values, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, independent creativity, democracy, curiosity, enthusiasm nationality, love for the homeland, appreciate achievements, communicative, love peace, love to read, care for the environment, care about social, and be responsible. This study aims to find out how the implementation of character education management in coaching students. This research is a literature study. In literature studies, researchers determine the research topic and determine the formulation of the problem, before they go into the field to collect the necessary data. In the National Long-Term Development Plan 2005-2025 (Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2007) states the realization of a strong, competitive, noble character and moral nation based on Pancasila which is characterized by the diverse character and behavior of humans and the Indonesian people, have faith and fear of God Almighty, tolerant virtuous, mutual cooperation, patriotic spirit, dynamic development, and science and technology oriented.

Abstract

It is important for teachers to know variables such as physical characteristics, intelligence, perceptions, gender, abilities, learning styles, which are individual differences in students to identify student characteristics. An effective and productive teaching and learning process can be planned taking into account the individual differences of students. Since students' learning rates and interests vary, these characteristics should be taken into consideration by teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine how teachers deal with individual student differences during the teaching and learning process. Qualitative research method was used in this research. According to the research findings, teachers state that individual differences are important to determine student learning characteristics. The teacher identifies individual student differences with the help of tests, homework and activities during the teaching and learning process. The teacher also stated that in order to design a teaching and learning process that is in accordance with the differences in students, students will take an active participation in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan pengurangan pajak dan penghapusan sanksi administrasi PBB-P2 di DKI Jakarta pada 2024. Analisis terhadap Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 16 Tahun 2024 menunjukkan bahwa meskipun insentif berupa pengurangan pajak hingga 10% dan penghapusan sanksi hingga 100% telah diberikan, realisasi penerimaan pajak hanya mencapai 12,65% dari target hingga Juli 2024. Hambatan utama meliputi rendahnya kesadaran wajib pajak, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta lemahnya penegakan hukum. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan penyuluhan publik, sistem administrasi, tata kelola transparan, dan evaluasi berkala untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan. Pendekatan kolaboratif yang melibatkan berbagai pihak diperlukan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah yang berkelanjutan.
