Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of technology into the curriculum and the implementation of digital marketing strategies within Islamic educational institutions. This study stems from the need to adapt educational practices to the rapidly changing technological landscape and to enhance the visibility and appeal of these institutions through modern marketing approaches. Employing a qualitative research design with a case study approach, this study seeks to understand the transformation processes occurring within a specific Islamic school. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted using  interactive model, which involves data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal the integration of technology into the curriculum has significantly increased student engagement and learning effectiveness through the use of e-learning platforms and mobile applications. The adoption of digital technologies has enriched learning resources and supported contemporary teaching methods that align with current educational needs. The study also evaluates the effectiveness of the marketing strategies employed, providing insights into their impact on the institution's outreach and growth. The findings are expected to contribute to the understanding of how Islamic educational institutions can successfully combine technology and digital marketing to improve educational outcomes and institutional visibility in a competitive environment.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the "Five Day in Ma'had" program in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah as a solution to increase social awareness among students. This is very important because good character education management can form students with noble morals and strong characters, which greatly influences their self-development and the overall quality of education. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the integration of character education in the curriculum can educate students' intellectuality and character at the same time, the role of teachers becomes very crucial as role models, character development programs become more intensive with five days of living in the ma'had, social activities, and community support play a significant role in increasing students' social awareness. This writing is expected to be able to provide practical and theoretical insights into how the "Five Day in Ma'had" program can be implemented effectively in other madrasahs to foster strong and socially aware students' characters.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of madrasah principal leadership in shaping students' character through an approach based on Islamic values. This study is based on the importance of character development in the madrasah educational environment that not only emphasizes academic achievement, but also the formation of students' morals according to Islamic teachings. This study was conducted using a qualitative method through semi-structured interviews and observations of two madrasah principals under the auspices of the Pondok Pesantren Education and Social Foundation. The results of the study indicate that the principal applies an exemplary and disciplined approach to build a madrasah culture that values integrity, while the principal of Madrasah Diniyah uses a humanist approach by establishing close personal relationships with students. The contribution of these findings shows that different but complementary leadership strategies can create a conducive learning environment for student character development, and emphasizes the importance of integrity and empathy in building trust between leaders, staff, and students in madrasahs. This study is expected to provide practical insights for madrasah managers in optimizing a leadership approach that is in accordance with the context of education based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The achievement of studying the book Fathul Qorib for all students is crucial A solution must be found to make it easier for students to learn so they can achieve learning is in accordance with the Institution's KKM. Musdiroh or what can be called the principal if in a formal institution, along with several ustdza colleagues determines the success of students in learning to achieve students' learning achievements through the role of a leader or musdiroh who is also assisted by several ustdzah colleagues through several well-executed roles. This research was carried out in Marhalah I'dadiyah who is in Shade Ma'had Aly at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school with the aim of knowing the influence of the role of Musdiroh and Ustdzah colleagues on students' book learning achievements and how big this influence is. This research using quantitative Expost Facto research with ordinal data type using Somer's D analysis. Before the data is analyzed, a test is first carried out validity and reliability of data to determine whether the data is valid or not and whether it is appropriate or not data to continue with data analysis. The results of this research have an influence between the role of musdiroh and ustdzah colleagues on learning achievement of the book of Fathul Qorib. The large influence of the role of musdiroh and ustdzah colleagues on achievement studying the book of Fathul Qorib, which is 77.9%

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Power Equalizing Model in educational financial management to improve the efficiency and transparency of fund allocation. By integrating key elements such as stakeholder participation, technology utilization, and innovative economic strategies, this model aims to create a more equitable and accountable system. The study employed a qualitative approach through interviews with educators, educational managers, and technology developers to identify the benefits and challenges of applying the model. Findings indicate that the Power Equalizing Model enhances transparency and accountability in managing education funds. However, issues such as stakeholder coordination and adaptation to technological tools remain obstacles to optimal implementation. The research concludes that integrating participatory and technological innovations is essential to achieving more effective and fair educational financial governance. These insights are expected to contribute to developing more inclusive and sustainable education financial management practices in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of inclusive education in Islamic boarding schools on the character formation of students. Inclusive education is expected to provide opportunities for all students, including those with special needs, to develop in a supportive atmosphere. The method used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach, where data is collected from various sources such as books, articles, journals and relevant official documents. The main findings show that inclusive education in Islamic boarding schools makes a positive contribution to the character development of students, especially in terms of tolerance, empathy and cooperation. Apart from that, this research also identifies the challenges faced in implementing inclusive education, including structural and cultural barriers. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to the development of inclusive education models in Islamic boarding schools and its implications for education policy in Indonesia.
