Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen gaharu terbesar di dunia dengan jumlah ekspor yang terus meningkat. Gaharu yang banyak diperdagangkan selama ini adalah gaharu yang terbentuk secara alami, sehingga berdampak pada banyaknya eksploitasi hutan alam yang tidak terkendali. Dalam budidaya tanaman penghasil gaharu, salah satu kendala yang ditemui yaitu pembentukan gaharu dengan rendemen rendah serta proses pembentukan gubal lama. Saat ini banyak dikembangkan pembentukan gaharu secara buatan dengan inokulasi Fusarium sp. untuk mempercepat pembentukan gubal. Isolat Fusarium sp. dari beberapa tanaman inangnya memiliki potensi sebagai inokulan pembentuk gubal gaharu. Dalam penelitian ini dikaji tentang inokulan Fusarium BD2 dari tanaman pisang bergejala layu Fusarium dalam pembentukan gubal gaharu. Inokulasi dilakukan dengan metode infus (kepadatan spora 106 spora mL-1) sebanyak 50 mL pada pohon gaharu yang telah dibor). Hasil inokulasi teramati adanya perubahan warna kayu gaharu di sekitar titik inokulasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu inokulan Fusarium isolat BD2 dari tanaman pisang memiliki potensi sebagai inokulan gaharu.

Abstract

Checking the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) margin of each engine is very important to know when the engine is not working properly and provide suggestions for maintenance. An engine with reduced performance becomes less efficient and requires more fuel to produce the same thrust, which causes an increase in exhaust gas temperature (EGT). This jurnal discusses EGT margin analysis on the IAE V2500 engine type and data obtained from engine 1 PK-ABC parameters from 1 October 2023 to 31 March 2024 will be calculated manually based on the Service Instruction Letter. The results of manual calculations produce the EGT Margin value for engine on March 31 2024 for engine 1 it is 61.582°C. During 6 months of research it was found that engine 1 experienced a decrease in EGT margin below the minimum (25°C) 5 times. So the results of this research recommend implementing a hot section refurbishment for engine 1

Abstract

Fertilizer divided becomes two, namely fertilizer organic and inorganic. According to USEPA, fertilizer organic is applied compost to plants as source nutrients. Fertilizer inorganic is fertilizer result of engineering process by chemical, physical and or biological and the results industry or factory maker fertilizer (Dewanto et al., 2013). Plant need fertilizer to reach production maximum. In research Roidah (2013) there is several of types of fertilizer the observed organic fertilizer cage contains 5 kg N, 3 kg P 2 O 5 and 5 kg K 2 O as well as other essential nutrients in relative amount small. This post aims to know the importance application fertilizer to growth plant cocoa. Based on some of the literature research described could be concluded that fertilizer inorganic and fertilizer organic have advantages as well as deficiencies in several parameters, namely content nutrients, duration nutrient availability, and cost. Application fertilizer inorganic takes to effect real to upgrade production plant cocoa faster and high but no sustainable whereas application fertilizer organic no take to effect real but sustainable. Then, the application of fertilizer on plants cocoa must be combined among fertilizer inorganic and fertilizer organic with composition certain. Application fertilizer inorganic and fertilizer organic in-unit tree plant cocoa need assessment more continue, study more carry on based on age, physiology, type soil, and method application. That thing is in tune with the condition geography in Indonesia which is an archipelagic country so every area has different traits.

Abstract

Gondang Hamlet, Donokerto Village, faces challenges in accessing clean water, especially during the dry season, as the main water source comes from a turbid river flow. This community service initiative aims to address the issue by implementing a simple water filtration technology using a combination of media such as silica sand, zeolite, activated carbon, and magnesium. The design, training, and installation processes were carried out collaboratively with local residents to ensure sustainable usage. The results showed an improvement in water quality after filtration, although there was a challenge in the form of reduced water flow, which was resolved by installing an additional pump. This program also emphasizes the involvement of the community in maintaining the equipment and conducting regular monitoring to ensure the long-term functionality of the system. Abstract

Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis airfoil dengan metode Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) menggunakan Ansys Student 2024. Model penelitian ini meniru model aliran dalam terowongan angin untuk menentukan parameter-parameter dari sebuah airfoil pada beberapa macam sudut serang, dan menggunakan situs Airfoiltools.com untuk memperoleh data geometri airfoil yang diperlukan. CFD mampu menangani efek seperti kompresibilitas, viskositas, turbulensi, dan pertukaran panas tapi dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada aliran yang non kompresibel tapi mengandung viskositas. Proses pembuatan batas interior/airfoil melibatkan pemindahan data dari airfoiltools.com kedalam Spaceclaim, sebuah modul dari Ansys Student 2024. Distribusi mata jaring (mesh) ditentukan menggunakan strategi ukuran berjenjang, yaitu ukuran dasar semua domain, diperkecil lagi dengan menggunakan sphere of influence rangkap dua, dan diperhalus lagi dengan Inflasi mesh pada permukaan airfoil. Penelitian ini membahas hasil analisa CFD menggunakan Ansys Student 2024 dan perbandingannya dengan data lain serta interpretasinya terhadap aliran dalam dunia nyata.
