Abstract

This research aims to examine the transgender issue more comprehensively which focuses on the purpose of human benefit and welfare in terms of maqashid sharia and also human rights perspective through the understanding of hifdzul 'aql. This research is a qualitative research that uses this analysis method and uses literature study techniques in data collection. The results of this study show that transgender issues involve a complexity of social and cultural norms that differ between Muslim and non-Muslim societies. In non-Muslim countries, legal protections and health access for transgender people are rapidly growing, whereas in Muslim-majority countries, conservative views often reject gender change. Human rights play an important role in protecting transgender rights, while Maqashid Sharia principles can provide a just framework in the context of Muslim societies, emphasizing the protection of soul, mind, and honor.

Abstract

The year 2045 marks the 100th anniversary of Indonesia's independence, which is anticipated to herald the emergence of a golden generation. This golden generation refers to Indonesian individuals who are excellent, accomplished, and competent in various fields of technology and science, contributing to transforming the Republic of Indonesia into a strong, advanced, significant, and sovereign nation on the international stage. However, the globalization era, characterized by rapid technological advancements and the massive flow of information, has created a disruptive environment posing significant challenges, particularly in Islamic education. This study aims to explain the integration of Islamic values through Islamic education to prepare a golden generation that remains resilient in spiritual values and does not lose focus amid advancements in science and technology (STEM). The study employs a library research method with content and descriptive analysis to examine the concept of this integration. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic theology and STEM serves as a strategic approach to building a golden generation that is morally and intellectually robust. This study emphasizes the critical role of Islamic education as a foundation for shaping an outstanding generation capable of addressing contemporary challenges while maintaining their spiritual identity.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi menuntut pembelajaran yang mengakomodasi keberagaman karakteristik, kemampuan, kebutuhan, dan gaya belajar secara adil dan setara. Dalam konteks ini, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi pendekatan penting karena memberi ruang bagi setiap siswa untuk belajar sesuai kondisi dan potensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dokumen kebijakan, dan penelitian relevan, lalu dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi konsep dan temuan terkait pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pendidikan inklusi, serta keadilan dan kesetaraan pendidikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi sangat penting dalam pendidikan inklusi karena mampu mengakomodasi keragaman kebutuhan, menciptakan pembelajaran fleksibel, dan memberi kesempatan setara bagi siswa berkembang sesuai potensinya. Pendekatan ini juga memperkuat keadilan distributif dan kesetaraan dengan menjadikan perbedaan sebagai dasar pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan strategi esensial untuk mewujudkan pendidikan inklusif yang humanis, adil, dan berorientasi pada pemenuhan hak belajar semua peserta didik.

Abstract

The student body is one of the most important assets in a nation, especially in an era where information is disseminated very easily and quickly through the internet or digital media. But unfortunately, that ease has brought not only positive but also negative effects, such as the hoax easily spread especially when it is not accompanied by an understanding of digital literacy. It is a challenge that will then require students not only to grow with the times, but it must be wise not to become one knowingly or unknowingly spreading the hoax. In conclusion, in the use of social media, critical behavior becomes one of the principal things to prevent unnecessary communication from reading information and its origins. Hence in this post, the author mentions some things or attitudes that students can do to be clever and wise in digital media to counter the spread of hoaxes that are so dangerous to the nation, based on digital literacy.
