Abstract

The purpose of this research was carried out to find out how effective theapplication of corporate resource planning at PT. Garudafood. This research will beanalyzed by data collection methods. In this study the authors will discuss theimplementation of ERP on PT. Garudafood, the benefits of the ERP system for PT.garuda food, and analysis of the application of the supply chain to PT. Garudafood.The conclusion from the results of the analysis is that PT. Garudafood hassucceeded in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chainmanagement by implementing an ERP system.Keywords : Efficiency, Effectiveness, ERP, Management, Supply Chain

Abstract

Entrepreneurial orientation and competitive intelligence play an important role in influencing the strategic flexibility and organizational agility. Therefore, we need to know what kind of orientation and competitive intelligence that suit the most for the organization. This research aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive intelligence in the influence of strategic flexibility on organizational agility. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection through distributing questionnaires to respondents who are working in the hotel industry. From the research result all the hypotheses all are accepted and effect significantly positive between each variable. This research highlights the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and competitive intelligence in increasing the strategic flexibility and organizational agility of an organization so that the organization has an innovative and unique strategy from other organizations. The implications of this research suggest that organizations should prioritize these factors to stay competitive in an increasingly dynamic market. Future research should explore additional samples and variables and investigate these relationships in different industries to deepen the understanding of the factors influencing strategic flexibility and organizational agility

Abstract

Domino Pizza adalah restoran dan franchisee dengan lebih dari 18.350 toko di 93 negara. Perusahaan Domino Plaza menghasilkan pendapatan melalui penjualan pizza, sayap, salad, dan roti lapis di toko milik perusahaan, royalti dan kontribusi pemasaran dari pewaralaba, dan jaringan. 26 fasilitas produksi pulp dan rantai pasokan memusatkan pembelian. , siapkan dan kirim last mile untuk lebih dari 6.800 unit di Amerika Serikat dan Kanada. Penulisan artikel “Analisis lingkungan budaya bisnis Domino Plaza” tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk memahami upaya perusahaan Domino Plaza dalam menyesuaikan lingkungan bisnis di berbagai negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi melalui internet dan media sosial. Setelah memperoleh data atau informasi yang dibutuhkan, penulis menginterpretasikan hasil analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil akhirnya adalah bahwa analisis bisnis Domino Plaza mampu menyesuaikan budaya, yang sangat penting untuk keberhasilan bisnis di pasar internasional dan untuk mengurangi risiko bisnis akibat perbedaan lingkungan praktik bisnis. Kata Kunci: Budaya; Bisnis Internasional; Metode Kualitatif; Risiko; lingkungan
