Abstract

Circuit Breaker (PMT) is an important equipment in the electric power system that functions to break and connect the current both under normal conditions and when a disturbance occurs, so that the reliability and safety of the system are highly dependent on the quality of the operation of this device. One of the critical parameters that must be met is the simultaneity of inter-phase contacts so that transient conditions, overvoltages, and unbalances can be minimized. This study aims to determine the results of the simultaneity test on the 150 kV PMT Bay Transformer 3 Lomanis Substation to assess the reliability of its operation and its compliance with technical standards. The test method is carried out through simultaneity analysis based on the results of measurements of inter-phase contact operation time in open trip and close conditions, as well as statistical analysis using the One-Sample T-Test test through SPSS software. The measurement results show that the highest inter-phase time difference only reaches 0.90 ms, far below the SKDIR 0520 standard limit of 10 ms. Statistical test results support these findings, with the Time Open Trip parameter having an average of 27.9833 ms with a significance level of 0.910 (p > 0.05) and the Time Close Trip having an average of 65.8000 ms with a significance level of 0.094 (p > 0.05). Both values indicate no significant difference from the standard. Therefore, the PMT in Transformer Bay 3 of the Lomanis Substation is declared to be operating synchronously, reliably, within the required tolerance limits, and suitable for supporting power system reliability.

Abstract

Abstract

Mushroom production requires a specially designed medium for mushroom growth. Factory-scale composting methods utilize several media, which involve water to maintain moisture and chemical/organic fertilizers. The water used for mushroom cultivation contains hazardous substances, which, if dissolved and flowing into sewers, water sources, or community irrigation, can cause several problems, resulting in liquid pollutants. The purpose and main contribution of this research is to develop and implement pollutant monitoring system in mushroom factory liquid waste based on Arduino with the integration of four sensor parameters. The 4D method used includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The goal is to develop pollutant monitoring system using four sensors. The feasibility analysis results have a percentage above 80% in the good category and are suitable for use. Accuracy analysis results are >80% in the good category. Temperature and pH also tend to be stable without significant changes. The pH value tends to be stable in the neutral range of 7.2–7.3, which is generally still suitable for supporting the survival of aquatic organisms. The dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in water are generally low, in the range of 2.46 to 3.01 mg/L, which is already below the standard for good water quality (generally >5 mg/L). Meanwhile, the turbidity parameter indicates pollution, marked by very high turbidity reaching 300 NTU. Then it shows a drastic decrease from very high conditions at the beginning of 300 NTU to approaching zero after further distance, indicating an effective natural sedimentation process in improving water clarity.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital payment technology in Indonesia has significantly transformed the financial transaction ecosystem, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), launched by Bank Indonesia in 2019 and widely implemented from 2020 onwards, represents a strategic government initiative to accelerate financial inclusion and modernize payment systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of QRIS implementation on the increase in MSME transaction volume in Indonesia during the period 2020–2025. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data drawn from Bank Indonesia reports, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and relevant academic literature, the study employs descriptive statistical analysis and trend analysis to examine growth patterns. The findings indicate a significant positive correlation between expanding QRIS adoption and rising MSME transaction volume, with registered QRIS merchants growing from approximately 6 million in 2020 to over 50 million by 2024. Key enabling factors include ease of use, low implementation cost, government digital literacy programs, and the acceleration caused by the COVID-19 pandemic which pushed consumer behavior toward contactless payments. Challenges remain, including uneven digital infrastructure in rural areas and low financial literacy among certain MSME segments. The study concludes that QRIS has been a transformative instrument for MSME financial inclusion and recommends continued policy support, infrastructural investment, and tailored financial literacy programs to sustain and expand its positive impact.
