Abstract

The low level of education in Indonesia can be caused by the low human resources in Indonesian education, namely educators or teachers who do not have professionalism in carrying out their duties. Educational supervision is one way that can be taken in improving the quality of education through career development or the professionalism of a teacher. Educational supervision leads to improvement of educational problems through guiding, supervising, guiding and directing teachers to be professional in their field to improve education and fix problems in education. Educational Supervision assists teachers in making plans in the learning process so as to produce the desired output in learning. The purpose of writing this article is to examines educational supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. The type of method for writing this article uses the literature study method, namely in the form of a series of library activities that relating to methods of gathering information, reading and taking notes, as well as managing research materials. Based on research studies, it was obtained several results that educational supervision consists of two parts, namely managerial supervision and academic supervision. Managerial supervision is in the form of educational supervision with monitoring activities carried out by high school supervisors the performance of school principals in school management, while academic supervision focuses on supervising and monitoring teacher performance in carrying out their duties. The two sections of educational supervision are interrelated, so that in order to obtain quality education through teachers who have professionalism, these two sections of educational supervision must done together.

Abstract

The basic function of supervision is to improve the teaching and learning situation in schools to make it better. A supervisor is a person who is authorized to supervise educational units through efforts to monitor, assess, provide guidance and coaching effectively and efficiently in order to achieve quality educational goals. If supervised If this is implemented properly, the performance improvement of all components of education will be good, the role of the teacher and the responsibility of the teacher as an educative staff will also increase.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of correspondence and archiving administration at the MTS PAB 1 Sampali Organization. Correspondence administration and archives are crucial elements in the operations of educational organizations, ensuring smooth internal and external communications as well as systematic and secure document maintenance. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of correspondence and archives administration at MTS PAB 1 Sampali has gone well even though there are several obstacles such as limited trained human resources and lack of use of information technology. Implementation of strict standard operational procedures and regular training for administrative staff is recommended to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence and archives. Thus, it is hoped that this administrative optimization can support the achievement of educational and operational goals at MTS PAB 1 Sampali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan terhadap prestasi akademik siswa di MAS PAB SAMPALI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, melibatkan 30 siswa dari kelas X sebagai responden. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana sekolah memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,143. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya investasi dalam infrastruktur pendidikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

School principals play a crucial role in improving the quality of teacher instruction and overall educational outcomes. In the context of rapidly evolving educational demands, principals are expected to manage administrative tasks and act as instructional leaders. This study aims to explore the role of principal leadership in enhancing the quality of teacher instruction at Madrasah Nurul Hakim. Using a qualitative ethnographic approach, data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that the principal implements a participatory leadership style that supports continuous supervision, encourages professional development, and fosters teacher involvement in decision-making processes. The principal effectively enhances teacher competence and instructional performance through regular classroom monitoring, academic supervision, and informal reflective discussions. The impact of such leadership extends to students, who demonstrate increased engagement, discipline, and enthusiasm for learning. It is concluded that effective principal leadership significantly contributes to improving teacher professionalism, positively affecting the quality of learning in schools
