Abstract

Teachers are role models for students to instill moral values ​​from an early age, ethics and standards in the practice of their duties, even at every beat of life, become indicators in education and teaching. As a means to prepare future teachers with character. Efforts to apply the character values ​​of future teachers emerge through higher education and vocational education. Teachers are not expected to only provide knowledge but also to provide examples of behavior that will serve as guides for students and their surroundings. A teacher who has a professional spirit is a teacher who has opinions, attitudes, always thinks, works seriously, works hard, full time, has great loyalty and is full of dedication to complete the work that is his responsibility. The task of teachers for national education must have great intelligence. but now teachers must have a gentle soul, good character in instruction, education and advocating for the ideals of the nation's children. Here the role of education personnel is needed in building the character values ​​of prospective teachers. So that prospective teachers can have the understanding and ability to develop professional roles as teachers with reference to professional attitudes and insight into the teacher's code of ethics in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

The use of information technology has changed the way we carry out various aspects of life, including in the education sector. In this digital era, the use of news technology in educational planning management has brought considerable changes and various benefits. This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of information technology in the management of educational planning to increase educational efficiency. The research method used is the library research method, which involves collecting data and information from various sources of literature that are relevant to the research topic. This research will identify and analyze various challenges and obstacles in the use of information technology in educational planning management and the solutions offered to overcome them. In addition, this study will also analyze the impact of using information technology in increasing educational efficiency. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the potential use of information technology in increasing educational efficiency and its benefits. The findings of this study are expected to be the basis for decision making and strategic planning in the implementation of information technology in education management, with the ultimate goal of improving the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of correspondence and archiving administration at the MTS PAB 1 Sampali Organization. Correspondence administration and archives are crucial elements in the operations of educational organizations, ensuring smooth internal and external communications as well as systematic and secure document maintenance. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of correspondence and archives administration at MTS PAB 1 Sampali has gone well even though there are several obstacles such as limited trained human resources and lack of use of information technology. Implementation of strict standard operational procedures and regular training for administrative staff is recommended to increase efficiency and effectiveness in managing correspondence and archives. Thus, it is hoped that this administrative optimization can support the achievement of educational and operational goals at MTS PAB 1 Sampali.

Abstract

Supaya lembaga pendidikan dapat berkembang, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangatlah penting. Jika sekolah dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup suatu negara, maka sekolah tersebut dianggap berkualitas tinggi. Seorang kepala sekolah harus mampu memimpin, mengawasi, menginspirasi, berinteraksi dengan orang-orang, dan mendelegasikan pekerjaan kepada anggota staf. Kepala sekolah harus bisa menjalankan peran kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperjelas peran kepemimpinan yang dimainkan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur dan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Karena kepemimpinan yang efektif memudahkan sekolah mencapai tujuan pengajarannya, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas guru. Prinsip ini berfungsi dalam berbagai kapasitas, termasuk manajer, administrator, supervisor, pendidik, inovator, dan motivator. Kepala sekolah harus meningkatkan pelatihan, menumbuhkan iklim sekolah yang positif, dan memberikan penghargaan kepada guru atas upaya mereka dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
