This research aims to describe efforts to improve students' ability to understand heat transfer in fifth grade science lessons at SD IT Uswatun Hasanah, Banjar City. To achieve this goal, Classroom Action Research will be carried out on 21 students using the singing method. There are 2 cycles in this research. Each cycle goes through four stages, consisting of (1) planning, (2) implementing learning improvements, (3) data collection, and (4) reflection. Data were collected using a learning outcomes test in the form of a questionnaire with a total of 10 questions. Based on the research stages, the results showed that in cycle 1 only 43% had completed the KKM score of 75. And this increased to 100% in cycle 2. Therefore, the use of the singing method had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes in the heat transfer science subject. The material presented becomes easier for students to accept and students feel happy so that students are actively involved and also motivated in class so that learning objectives are achieved well.

The nursing management field encompasses a range of responsibilities and roles, including overseeing staff, coordinating patient care, managing budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met (Mitchell et al., 2022). The nursing management field involves overseeing staff, coordinating patient care, managing budgets, and ensuring quality and safety standards (Kinshella et al., 2020). Factors such as understaffed units and high turnover rates can hinder effective training (Kinshella et al., 2020). Improving service quality, working conditions, and management of the nursing workforce are crucial for fostering good nurse-client relationships (Isangula et al., 2022). Enhancing nursing students' presentation competencies can prepare them to address complex health challenges through critical thinking and effective communication (Haramba, 2023). Implementing programs like the "DelpHi-Standard" can enhance dementia care management by focusing on treatment, medication, and caregiver support (Eichler et al., 2013). Nurse practitioners play a vital role in providing specialized care and making informed decisions in primary healthcare settings (Sivertsen et al., 2022). The importance of nurse manager performance assessment cannot be understated.

Yayasan Rumah Ceria Medan is an inclusive school located in Medan City. This school includes a preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school, with 16 children with special needs. Children with special needs face various problems, especially when participating in learning activities at school. One of them is the problem of focusing on learning. Children with intellectual disabilities are children who have problems focusing on learning. Playing is one of the important activities for children with intellectual disabilities because playing is a repetitive activity for pleasure and satisfaction. Fishing games are an educational game tool (APE) that is constructive and fun. The main function of fishing games in general is as a means to train children in understanding instructions given by the teacher, but specifically fishing games can be used to train children's focus. This activity aims to carry out fishing games as an activity to optimize focus for children with intellectual disabilities at Yayasan Rumah Ceria Medan. The steps of the activity consist of: 1) Introduction with a time of 5 minutes. 2) Core activities for 20 minutes. 3) Closing with a time of 5 minutes. After completing the activity, the educator evaluates the results of observations obtained during the game. Results: 1) Fishing games can improve the focus of children with intellectual disabilities, 2) Fishing game activities are used as routine therapy to improve the focus of children with intellectual disabilities, and 3) This activity is expected to be applicable to other children's conditions, including children with autism and ADHD.

Self-esteem adalah penilaian individu terhadap dirinya sendiri yang mencerminkan penerimaan atau penolakan terhadap kondisi dirinya. Pasien kanker payudara pasca mastektomi berisiko mengalami self-esteem rendah akibat perubahan citra tubuh, yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup dan proses pemulihan. Salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam meningkatkan self-esteem adalah dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan self-esteem pada pasien kanker payudara di RS Haji Medan. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross-sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien kanker payudara yang dirawat inap pada April–Juni 2024 sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi Square pada tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 18 responden (56,3%) memiliki dukungan keluarga kategori mendukung, dan 23 responden (71,9%) memiliki self-esteem negatif. Uji Chi Square menghasilkan p-value = 0,001 (< 0,05) yang menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan self-esteem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dukungan keluarga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan self-esteem pasien kanker payudara, sehingga disarankan keluarga selalu mendampingi pasien selama masa pengobatan.

Pemberian nutrisi yang cukup untuk balita wasting dapat meningkatan status gizi serta meningkatkan berat badan. Salah satu sumber gizi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi tersebut adalah pemberian ikan tenggiri,ikan teri dan brokoli yang diolah menjadi nugget. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian nugget brogiri terhadap kenaikan berat badan balita wasting usia 24-59 bulan di Desa Alue Punti Kabupaten Aceh Timur.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Pre-eksperimen dengan One Group pre- post test design, Terdapat 81balita berusia 24-59 bulan,Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 26 balita dengan kata gori wasting. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Unpaired saampel t-test.Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang siknifikan antara berat badan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian nugget brogiri. Hasil uji unpaired sampel t-test di dapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh pemberian nugget brogiri terhadap kenaikan berat badan balita wasting. usia 24-59 bulan
