Abstract

Cognitive Ability of Group B Children through the traditional congkak game in Group B PAUD Age 5-6 Years. The aim of this service is to "Train the Cognitive Abilities of Group B Children through games for children aged 5-6 years 2023". This is based on teachers' lack of experience and skills in utilizing learning media sources, especially in stimulating children's cognitive development properly. The method used in this community service activity is participatory training and mentoring. All teachers and students at the institution become training participants in community service. Implementation of this community service activity includes providing material regarding teacher strategies in developing or modifying paper used for weaving to train children's fine motor skills. To maintain the sustainability of the results of this activity, mentoring continues to be carried out between teachers, students and the community service implementation team so that the objectives of implementing community service activities can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengatur, mengelola dan menggerakkan suatu lembaga atau organisasi secara efektif dan efisien. Pentingnya manajemen kepemimpinan ini tidak hanya sekedar pengetahuan dan seni, tetapi juga harus dilandasi oleh “AKHLAK” (amanah, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif, dan kolaboratif), yang merupakan nilai-nilai utama (core values) yang harus dipegang dan melekat pada diri individu setiap pemimpin baik dalam konteks pribadi, keluarga, masyarakat, maupun negara. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang pentinya manajemen kepemimpinan berbasis akhlak bagi guru di MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lombok Timur, baik bagi dirinya, keluarga, masyarakat, agama dan bangsa. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan, wawasan dan keterampilan para guru di madrasah terkait manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilandasi oleh “AKHLAK” di MI NW Tanak Mira Wanasaba Lombok Timur. Bersikap amanah, ini dilakukan seperti mereka memenuhi janji dan komitmen yang telah disepakati, bertanggung jawab atas tugas, keputusan, dan tindakan yang dilakukan dan berpegang teguh pada nilai moral dan etika. Kompeten yaitu mereka terus meningkatkan kompetensi diri untuk menjawab tantangan yang selalu berubah, Membantu orang lain belajar, Menyelesaikan tugas dengan kualitas terbaik. Keharmonisan seperti mereka menghargai setiap orang, apa pun latar belakangnya dan membangun lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Loyal, dimana mereka menjaga nama baik sesama dan rela berkorban untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih besar dan patuh pada pimpinan selama tidak bertentangan dengan hukum dan etika. Inovatif dimana mereka cepat menyesuaikan diri untuk menjadi lebih baik, terus menerus melakukan perbaikan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan bertindak proaktif. Dan kolaborasi dimana mereka mau bersikap terbuka dalam bekerja sama untuk menghasilkan nilai tambah, berkontribusi dan bekerjasama dalam mencapai tujuan.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes at MTs Darul Hikmah Az-zikri NW Pringgarata and to examine how much teacher professional competence can illuminate student learning outcomes. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Associative method. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation studies, where sampling applied a simple random sampling system distributed to 47 students. The questionnaire form applied a Likert scale score with four alternative answers, while the documentation study was only a complementary technique in data collection. Based on data processing and the results of SPSS ver.26 calculations, statistical testing resulted in Ho being rejected and Ha being accepted, which explained that there was an influence between teacher professional competence on student learning achievement. This was obtained from the results of the T-test which produced a significance value of 0.000 <5% (0.05). The calculation of the determination coefficient explains that the teacher professional competence variable is able to explain the student learning outcome variable by 25%. While the remaining 75% is explained by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

Social media has evolved into a new public space that influences the patterns of interaction, communication, and public participation in various social issues. This phenomenon shows that social media serves not only as a means of entertainment, but also as a strategic instrument in building collective awareness and organizing contemporary social movements. This article aims to analyze the role of social media in shaping public opinion, accelerating the dissemination of information, and mobilizing solidarity across geographical and cultural boundaries. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing literature, secondary data, and case studies of viral social movements on various digital platforms. The results of the analysis show that social media plays an important role in changing the pattern of community mobilization: from local actions to more inclusive global movements. However, its effectiveness is inseparable from challenges such as hoaxes, polarization of opinions, and the risk of algorithm manipulation. Therefore, the role of digital literacy and critical awareness is important so that social media truly becomes a medium that supports positive social transformation. This article concludes that social media is a new force in strengthening participatory democracy as well as a means to fight for social justice issues, provided that there is sound information management and responsible public participation.

Abstract

The digital era demands innovation in English language learning that not only focuses on linguistic competence but also integrates cultural literacy and soft skills. Web-based collaborative learning platforms become a solution to create an authentic and interactive learning environment. This study aims to develop the initial KITABOOKA platform as a collaborative English learning medium that integrates cultural literacy and soft skills through a web-based mentoring program using the Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model. The research uses an R&D approach with the ADDIE model. However, in this study, we only use the first three stages (Analysis, Design, Development). Data were collected through surveys, interviews, and observations from 25 respondents consisting of students, university students, lecturers, and English teachers. Based on the analysis of user needs, this platform needs to be equipped with key features such as a learning module, English language learning activities, cultural literacy features, soft skills enhancement features, digital mentoring system features, and other general supporting features. Additionally, validation by seven experts showed that the initial design of the KITABOOKA platform received an average score of 4.55, categorized as very valid, covering aspects of content, appearance, technical, pedagogical, and usability. The analysis of the needs from users and experts indicates that the KITABOOKA platform already meets the feasibility standards as a collaborative digital learning platform and is ready to proceed to the limited testing phase in the next study.
