Abstract

Based on the results of observations of the problems found in the field, children's language development is still lacking due to the ineffective use of media in learning. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve children's language development and how the obstacles faced by teachers improve children's language development through the media of images in 21st century learning in the Madani Integrated Model Public Kindergarten in Palu. The research aims to describe how to improve children's language development and the obstacles faced by teachers in improving children's language development through the media of images in 21st century learning in the Integrated Madani Model Public Kindergarten in Palu. Research using descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are first, finding ways to improve children's language development through the media of images in 21st century learning. Ways to improve children's language development are repeated learning, learning while conversing about the pictures shown, inviting them to interact while looking at the pictures and telling stories about what shown learning while playing. The two obstacles faced by the teacher are: 1) Facilities and infrastructure, 2) the character of the children is different, 3) the children are silent when asked by the teacher, and 4) there are also children who are too engrossed to want to continue playing, telling stories and disturbing their friends while studying.

Abstract

Language skills are a very important aspect in early childhood development. Language skills are a means for thinking, a means for listening, a means for speaking and a means for children to be able to read and write. It is on this basis that this research was carried out with the problem of how to develop early childhood language skills through the chain whisper play method and what are the advantages and disadvantages of developing language skills through the chain whisper play method. This research aims to describe the development of early childhood language skills through the chain whisper play method. This research uses a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that developing language skills can be done by introducing game steps according to the learning theme. Meanwhile, the disadvantage of the chain whispering method in efforts to develop early childhood language is that it creates a noisy classroom atmosphere, secondly, it requires quite a long time.

Abstract

Di TK Satya Kumara Desa Sausu Kabupaten Parigi Mautong, upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dengan menciptakan sarana dan prasarana yang mampu memenuhi meningkatnya minat literasi anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menyelidiki upaya tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi secara kualitatif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan mendidik instruktur, membantu guru dan siswa, serta memberikan bahan bacaan dan sumber terkait literasi lainnya. Staf pengajar akan mendapatkan pelatihan dalam menciptakan sumber belajar literasi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan dan minat pembelajar muda. Program ini menawarkan metode dan taktik pengajaran yang kreatif dan menarik untuk mendorong minat anak-anak dalam menulis dan membaca. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menumbuhkan minat literasi anak usia dini. Sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, memotivasi anak-anak untuk belajar dan membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan baik. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya peran keluarga dan komunitas dalam mengenalkan literasi anak usia dini. Dukungan dari orang tua dan masyarakat lokal setempat memiliki dampak positif dalam membentuk kebiasaan membaca dan menumbuhkan minat literasi sejak dini. Hasil dari proyek pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat membantu terciptanya praktik pendidikan yang lebih ramah lingkungan, khususnya dalam hal pendanaan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan anak usia dini. Selain itu, penelitian ini menawarkan pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana minat membaca anak usia dini dapat dipengaruhi oleh pengaruh kontekstual, yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan untuk penelitian di masa depan mengenai program literasi yang lebih sukses. Membangun prasarana dan sarana penunjang pendidikan dapat meningkatkan taraf pendidikan dan mendorong rasa ingin tahu anak dalam belajar.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research using the literature study method. Literature study is a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing materials. This research aims to determine efforts to use teaching aids in mathematics learning in early childhood. The results of this research show that the use of mathematics learning tools, especially mathematics teaching aids, can be categorized as a positive result, because using teaching aids can help and facilitate the introduction of mathematics learning and mathematical skills by teachers to children and have a positive impact in increasing children's attention in create interesting and fun learning activities. The use of props is also categorized as a fairly efficient result. Because the impact can be observed in real terms, namely by the high level of enthusiasm and enthusiasm for learning shown by children during teaching and learning activities. In general, the use of teaching aids in mathematics learning in early childhood has an impact on children's understanding and active learning in the classroom.
