Abstract

One of the problems around the forest is the very high dependence of the community on the forest. Forests are a source of life for the people, but on the one hand, forests must also be preserved. For this reason, it is necessary to look for new livelihoods, which still utilize forests but do not damage their sustainability. The choice is environmental tourism services. Against this background, this community service activity aims to increase the community's knowledge and skills regarding governance and tourism development. The method used in this service is by means of observation or surveys, counselling, training, mentoring, and product manufacturing skills. The results of the activity show an increase in knowledge and skills as measured by the pretest and post-test instruments. The community response to this activity was very positive. The community has new knowledge about how to take advantage of the local potential to become village tourism objects.

Abstract

Cultural heritage with the concept of Edutourism development is a special concern that must be supported by the Government Governance which is good for keeping local, tourism development and community economic improvement around tourism. This writing aims to find out the governance for the development of Edu Tourism in Tenjolaya Sub-District, Bogor Regency. The method used several steps including observation, preparation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), counselling and training accompanied by a pre-test and post-test. The results of this service are generally that governance training activities are quite effective, namely that there is a significant increase in knowledge among participants with a percentage increase in knowledge and skills of 13.28%. This increase in knowledge has implications for increasing awareness of cultural heritage Edutourism management so that tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis) can be formed to govern tourism development in Tenjolaya Sub-District.

Abstract

Pengembangan UMKM pedesaan menjadi target utama Pemerintah dalam peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal termasuk seagai penyedia lapangan pekerjaan. Permasalahahan dalam pengembangan UMKM di Desa Banjarasari adalah masalah manajemen UMKM, keterbatasan akses pemasaran, dan masih terbatasya inovasi dalam produksi. Pelaku UMKM dapat berkembang jika didukung dengan keterlibatan para aktor yang terlibat dari pemerintahan, pelaku umkm dan sektor swasta sehing segala permasalahan seperti akses permodalan dan hilirisasi pemasaran dapat terselesaikan. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sasaran dalam collaborative governance dalam pengembangan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi berdasarkan pre-test serta post-test yang diberikan kepada 30 peserta, kemudian dilakukan analisa berdasarkan pada analisa kuantitatif deskriptif untuk perankingan dan rerataan. Hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan kepada para pelaku UMKM di Desa Banjarsari menunjukan adanya peningkatan signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan berdasarkan pada pengukuran pre-test dan post-test. Rataan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam tatakelola kolaboratif untuk pengembangan UMKM sebesar 53%, hal demikian menggambarkan bahwa adanya keberhasilan dalam program pengabdian yang dilakukan sehingga pengabdian ini berdampak  pada pengembangan umkm desa banjarsari dalam aspek tatakelola, produksi dan pemasaran.

Abstract

In carrying out its duties, Bawaslu faces several problems related to employee performance, namely problems in terms of lack of employees in carrying out supervision or handling violations, discipline in using the daily uniforms of employees, coaching and improving employees, and the management system. This has an impact on the low assessment of the performance of the employees they provide. Improving optimal, effective, and efficient employee performance at work is the main goal of human resource quality. However, basically, a shortage of human resources can lead to obstacles or failures in completing tasks and achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between employee performance at the Bogor Regency General Election Supervisory Agency and the quality of human resources. The method used is quantitative associative by involving all employees, namely 18 respondents as a sample. Observations, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect data. applied the Spearman rank correlation analysis method to data analysis. The results of this research can indicate that improving the quality of human resources can maximize employee performance. The correlation coefficient obtained of 0.830 shows that a strong and positive relationship was found between employee performance and the quality of human resources. The results of the correlation coefficient also show the same direction. This means that worker performance will increase along with the increase in the quality of human resources. Thus, this can show how effective and efficient Bawaslu employees are in carrying out their duties despite having heavy demands and a shortage of human resources.
