Abstract

Kualitas makanan yang baik dan higienis merupakan aspek krusial di industri perhotelan. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah bakteri pada makanan, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan higiene belum optimal dan diduga berkaitan dengan kurangnya Higiene & Sanitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Higiene & Sanitasi terhadap kualitas makanan di hotel RIB. Penelitian ini dilakukan di hotel RIB. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 80 responden yang melibatkan para karyawan food and beverage kitchen dan food and beverage service. Data dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji validitas, Uji reabilitas, Uji normalitas, Uji heteroskedastisitas, Uji regresi linear sederhana, Koefisien determinasi dan Uji T dengan menggunakan SPSS version 26 for windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Higiene & Sanitasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas makanan, Dimana didapatkan nilai t(hitung) sebesar 9,056 dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Higiene & Sanitasi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 76 % terhadap kualitas makanan. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Higiene & Sanitasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas makanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi melalui online travel agent (OTA) Agoda terhadap tingkat hunian kamar di CAB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpullan data berupa kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 98 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form terdiri dari 20 pernyataan yang diukur dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar di CAB dengan nilai thitung sebesar 12,297, dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap tingkat hunian kamar adalah sebesar 61,2 %. Berdasar hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi melalui OTA Agoda secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar di CAB.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is a very influential factor in the work system in company. The success or failure of the companyare seen from how good the performance of employees in the company. A conducive and comfortable work environment are the way to maintain and improve employee performance to remain good. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance at X Wines Bali. A good work environment can make a positive contribution to employee performance, while a bad work environment may decrease the employee performance. The number of samples inthis study was 90 respondents using saturated sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 26 statement items. The data analysis techniques used were simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and the coefficient of determination which were processed with the SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that work environment contributes to the employee performance by 52%, while the remaining 48% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The companies are expected to pay more attention to the work environment to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive growth of hotels in Gianyar Regency will also impact the competitiveness of its business. To enhance the decision-making process for staying at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, attention must be paid to several factors that influence guests' decisions to stay. Factors such as Room Price and Service Quality can increase guests' willingness to stay or make repeat purchases. This study aims to determine the influence of room price and service quality on the decision to stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali. The population of this study comprises individuals who stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, in the last month up to March, totaling 1250 people, with a sample size determined using simple random sampling technique amounting to 93 samples. Data collection method involved questionnaires analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis results show that room price and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to stay. The regression value obtained is F-statistic of 36.852, which is greater than the critical F-value of 2.70. The strength of the relationship between Room Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) as independent variables in this study with the percentage of Stay Decision as the dependent variable is 0.871. This indicates a very strong and positive relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The magnitude of the influence of room price and service quality on the decision to stay is 75.8%. Recommendations from the researcher include enhancing room price strategies to compete with nearby hotels. Additionally, management should consider aligning prices with room quality to improve guest stay decisions. For future research, it is suggested to investigate other factors influencing stay decisions such as location, promotions, and advertising.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships between healthy lifestyle practices, the accessibility of health facilities, and their impact on the quality of life and life expectancy in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 300 participants, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. The measurement model confirms the reliability and validity of latent constructs, while the structural model reveals significant positive associations. Improved accessibility of health facilities is strongly linked to higher life expectancy and better quality of life. Additionally, healthier lifestyle practices positively influence both life expectancy and quality of life. The statistical tests further support these relationships, emphasizing the critical role of healthcare infrastructure and individual choices in shaping public health outcomes. The findings provide actionable insights for public health interventions and policy development to enhance the overall well-being of Jakarta's residents.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development on the quality of creative industry employees in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, a sample of 300 professionals from the creative sector was analyzed. The measurement model evaluation confirmed the reliability and validity of the constructs, while the structural model revealed significant positive relationships between leadership styles, organizational culture, and career development with the quality of creative industry employees. The results provide valuable insights for organizational strategies and practices within the Indonesian creative industry, emphasizing the importance of visionary leadership, innovative culture, and career development opportunities in enhancing the quality of creative outputs.

Abstract

This research investigates consumer perceptions of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in the context of start-up companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research design, employing a sample of 150 participants, explores the relationships between these factors and their collective impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The study utilizes a cross-sectional survey approach, including demographic variables, and employs statistical analysis, including correlation and regression analyses with SPSS. The findings highlight the significance of product quality, sales promotion, and ease of purchase in shaping consumer preferences. Product quality emerges as the strongest influencer, followed by sales promotion and ease of purchase. Demographic variations further emphasize the need for tailored marketing strategies. The research contributes valuable insights for start-ups aiming to navigate Indonesia's diverse consumer landscape.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of technological innovation and design creativity on the attractiveness of tourism destinations in Bali. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 267 tourists visiting various destinations in Bali. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to analyze the relationships between technological innovation, design creativity, and destination attractiveness. The results revealed significant positive relationships between technological innovation and destination attractiveness (β = 0.543, p < 0.001) and between design creativity and destination attractiveness (β = 0.486, p < 0.001). The model fit assessment indicated satisfactory fit indices for the SEM-PLS model. Overall, the findings highlight the importance of leveraging technological innovation and design creativity to enhance the attractiveness of tourism destinations in Bali and foster sustainable tourism growth.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of marketing strategy, accessibility, and tourism support infrastructure on foreign tourist satisfaction in Bali, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data was collected from 200 foreign tourists through structured questionnaires, employing a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The findings reveal that all hypotheses are positive and significant, indicating that effective marketing strategies, improved accessibility, and robust tourism support infrastructure substantially enhance foreign tourist satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of strategic marketing, accessible facilities, and comprehensive infrastructure in promoting tourist satisfaction and sustaining Bali's tourism industry. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders aiming to boost Bali's attractiveness as a global tourist destination.

This research investigates the influence of demographic factors on consumer preferences within the tourism industry in Bali. 250 tourists examined their accommodation choices, activity preferences, and overall satisfaction. The study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. Results reveal nuanced patterns: younger tourists favor budget accommodations, older tourists opt for luxury, and higher-income individuals prefer upscale options. Gender and education impact preferences, emphasizing the need for tailored strategies. The measurement model assessment confirms the reliability and validity of the constructs. Findings contribute to understanding Bali's tourism dynamics, guiding businesses and policymakers in optimizing offerings for diverse demographic segments.
