Abstract

The pandemic situation and the strict health protocols implemented have resulted in tourist visit decline and hotel occupancy rates decline. The government and hotel management carry out various potential businesses for the accommodation service business. In the midst of intense industry competition, the accommodation service business seeks to develop the right marketing mix by finding and understanding tourists' desires, so as to encourage tourists' decisions to stay. Tourists have different preferences for the attributes of accommodation service businesses. One of the things that are trending for tourists is choosing attractive, safe and comfortable accommodation, returning to nature, avoiding large crowds during the Covid-19 pandemic. The alternative presented by accommodation service entrepreneurs is glamping. Glamping is a contemporary phenomenon as an alternative accommodation for tourists. This glamorous camping (glamping) concept presents an alternative in camping, but still provides a sense of security and comfort in enjoying the natural atmosphere (Monita, 2019, Ferdian, 2020). Candi Kuning Tourism Village has succeeded in showing the readiness of glamping management in accepting tourists with health protocols according to the government’s rule. The revival of Bali tourism is also marked by the stretching of the increase in glamping occupancy in Candi Kuning Tourism Village, Baturiti District, Tabanan Regency. This proves the success of glamping management in a new normal era tourism, based on Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0.

Abstract

Sustainable leadership, situated at the intersection of leadership theory and sustainability principles, has emerged as a critical focal point for addressing the multifaceted challenges of contemporary business environments. This study conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to measure the effectiveness of sustainable leadership in navigating the complexities of the business landscape. The analysis draws on a diverse range of academic sources from prominent databases, uncovering key publication trends, influential authors, citation patterns, and emerging themes. The results reveal a substantial growth in the literature on sustainable leadership over the past two decades, underscoring its increasing importance. Highly cited publications such as Hughes et al.'s seminal work on leadership and Cobb & Daly's treatise on redirecting the economy for community and sustainability have played pivotal roles in shaping the field. The analysis also highlights distinct research clusters, including those focusing on ethical leadership, transformational leadership, and entrepreneurial leadership in the context of sustainability. The prevalence of terms such as "sustainability leadership," "performance," and "impact" underscores the centrality of leadership in driving sustainable practices. Conversely, terms like "reputation" and "servant leadership" emerge with fewer occurrences, signaling potential areas for deeper exploration. In conclusion, this bibliometric analysis provides valuable insights into the evolving landscape of sustainable leadership research, offering a roadmap for future studies and practical applications in the pursuit of sustainable business practices.

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate relationships between healthy lifestyle practices, the accessibility of health facilities, and their impact on the quality of life and life expectancy in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach with a sample of 300 participants, the study employs Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the data. The measurement model confirms the reliability and validity of latent constructs, while the structural model reveals significant positive associations. Improved accessibility of health facilities is strongly linked to higher life expectancy and better quality of life. Additionally, healthier lifestyle practices positively influence both life expectancy and quality of life. The statistical tests further support these relationships, emphasizing the critical role of healthcare infrastructure and individual choices in shaping public health outcomes.
