Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat terutama ibu rumah tangga dalam menanggulangi rasa bosan saat di rumah saja. Pada masa pandemi ini menjaga rasa bosan merupakan salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Bercocok tanam merupakan salah satu alternatif kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat dalam menanggulangi rasa bosan saat di rumah saja. Maka dari itu dalam upaya menanggulangi rasa bosan dimasa pandemi Covid-19 kelompok kami mensosialisasikan tata cara menanam dan merawat tanaman hias daun dengan baik. Dalam laporan ini, dituliskan secara terperinci mengenai tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, serta tindak lanjut kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan mengunggah video ke dalam platform YouTube. Kegiatan sosialisasi berjalan dengan lancar dan para masyarakat Kota Cimahi memiliki antusias yang cukup tinggi dalam memahami maksud dari isi video, dapat dilihat dari skor kuisioner. Seletah kegiatan sosialisasi selesai, tim penyusun kegiatan KKN-PPM memberikan apresiasi kepada masyarakat yang memiliki skor tertinggi dengan memberikan bibit tanaman hias daun, dengan harapan dapat merawat tanaman terseebut sesuai dengan yang terkandung dalam video.

Abstract

Education significantly contributes to the quality of human resources in a country. However, Indonesia currently faces educational challenges, with uneven quality and quantity across institutions. Therefore, strategic planning is crucial to enhance education quality at all levels. This study aims to formulate strategies for improving the management of Yayasan Sosial dan Pendidikan Bina Muda Cicalengka. Employing a qualitative and quantitative approach, the research utilizes SWOT and QSPM methods. The findings yield eight consecutive alternative strategies: 1) Developing collaborations and partnerships to enhance internal quality and funding sources, 2) Improving the competence and qualifications of human resources according to national standards, 3) Establishing policies and technical standards for educational management through an integrated information system 4) Enhancing motivation, discipline, and work ethic among human resources, 5) Optimizing information technology for monitoring educational institution performance, 6) Improving educational facilities, 7) Efficiently allocating budget plans, and 8) Enhancing socialization and promotion to boost the institution's reputation in the community. This study's limitation lies in its sole focus on enhancing organizational capacity from an internal perspective. Therefore, future research could delve into external aspects or a combination of both and utilize the Five Forces Porter's analysis method as its analytical tool.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gender diversity, experience diversity, and busyness diversity on integrated reporting disclosure. This study uses data on directors and integrated reporting of top 30 companies from Asian countries, namely India, Japan, and Malaysia, resulting in 101 samples during the observation time of 2020-2022. The sample determination used a purposive sample method. The independent variable is measured using the Blau Index while the dependent variable is measured using the Integrated Reporting Checklist. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that gender diversity and experience diversity influence integrated reporting disclosure. Meanwhile, the board of directors' busyness diversity has no effect on integrated reporting disclosure. Simultaneously gender diversity, experience diversity, and the diversity of directors' busyness together affect the disclosure of integrated reporting.

Abstract

An Integrated Information System based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has become a tool that can be utilized to enhance the quality of organizational resource management, ensuring greater efficiency in achieving an organization's objectives. This research aims to analyze the technical planning aspects in the implementation plan of an ERP system within an educational foundation. The research employs a qualitative descriptive through interview techniques. The findings of this research indicate that the Bina Muda Foundation needs to prepare Hardware, Procedures, Policies, and People components among the eight main components required. The foundation's implementation plan for the new ERP can be outlined up to the fourth stage out of the ten stages, encompassing the analysis of needs, planning, ERP vendor selection, as well as configuration and adjustment. The benefits derived from the use of ERP include 1) enhancing foundation management governance, 2) expanding service sectors, 3) improving the school's image and community performance index, and 4) enhancing service quality in the education industry competition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance (GCG), gender diversity, and company age on sustainability reporting quality. The three independent variables used include good corporate governance, gender diversity, and company age, with sustainability reporting quality as the dependent variable. This study used a sample of 44 companies from the manufacturing, energy, and financial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2023. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data obtained from various sources, such as Refinitiv Datastream and ESGI Dataset, as well as sustainability reports and annual reports in 2023. Data were collected through literature studies and documentation. The results showed that good corporate governance significantly positively affects sustainability reporting quality. However, gender diversity and company age do not significantly affect sustainability reporting quality. GCG implementation is essential in improving sustainability reporting quality through transparency and accountability, resulting in a more comprehensive and quality sustainability report.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyebaran COVID-19 dengan cakupan vaksinasi yang rendah masih menjadi masalah mendesak di Desa Majasetra. Ketidaksesuaian data dan minimnya pemahaman masyarakat, terutama kelompok lansia, mengenai urgensi vaksinasi dan protokol kesehatan memperburuk situasi pandemi di tingkat desa. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan cakupan vaksinasi serta pemahaman masyarakat terkait pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pendekatan hybrid yang meliputi observasi lapangan, sosialisasi door to door, pendampingan posyandu, serta edukasi 3M di sekolah. Metode ini bersifat kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan pengukuran capaian vaksinasi sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil: Cakupan vaksinasi dosis pertama meningkat dari 61,3% menjadi 67,6%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap urgensi vaksinasi dan kedisiplinan protokol kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Pendekatan langsung ke masyarakat menjadi strategi utama dalam terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan cakupan vaksinasi dan kesadaran masyarakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang menjadi hambatan dalam perolehan pajak daerah kabupaten sukabumi pada tahun 2017-2022, sehingga dengan melakukan analisis efektivitas, kontribusi, laju pertumbuhan dan tingkat kemandirian daerahnya baik sebelum maupun saat pandemi, dapat dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan ini penulis akan melakukan analisis mengenai perolehan pajak daerah, kemudian melakukan wawancara dengan pihak Bapenda dan wajib pajaknya untuk mengkonfirmasi temuan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pajak yang memberikan kontribusi paling signifikan di Kabupaten Sukabumi berasal dari sektor industri yaitu pajak air tanah, penerangan jalan, PBB dan BPHTB. Tingkat efektivitas pemungutan pajaknya pun menunjukan hasil yang baik, dimana selalu mencapai 100%, pencapai tersebut dikarenakan bapenda selalu melakukan inovasi dalam pemungutan pajak. Kontribusi yang diberikan pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan asli daerah, sudah memberikan kontribusi dengan baik mencapai 30-40%. Sedangkan, untuk laju pertumbuhan pajaknya cendung meningkat meskipun terdapat fluktuasi karena kondisi ekonomi dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan pajak daerah seperti, teknis di lapangan, jarak tempuh yang jauh serta wajib pajak yang kurang kooperatif. Hal tersebut yang membuat tingkat kemandirian Kabupaten Sukabumi masih rendah, meskipun Bapenda tidak secara langsung bertanggung jawab atas tingkat kemandirian daerah. Namun, Bapenda berupaya mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah melalui berbagai strategi pemungutan pajak.

Abstract

Based on BPS data, the number of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is 64.2 million, or 99.99% of the total number of business actors in Indonesia. SMEs also make a significant contribution to the contribution of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), employment, and the contribution of exports in Indonesia. However, SMEs have structural problems related to the quality and continuity of production, access to marketing and product packaging, as well as the quality of human resources SMEs in the managerial, financial, and production fields. Therefore, as an effort to increase the competence of SMEs, Universitas Padjadjaran organized a Community Service (PPM) program which was integrated with Student Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities namely digital-based marketing and accounting training webinars.

Abstract

Digitalization of marketing and accounting is a major development in today's business world. With the advancement of technology, many businesses have begun to adopt new ways of marketing and managing finances. Digitalization helps a system become more efficient and effective in marketing products/services and managing finances. Therefore, digital transformation is very much needed to be implemented so that all levels of society can utilize it optimally. In reality, there are still many small businesses that do not understand the importance of developing its business units through digitalizing marketing, and digitalizing financial processes. A Community Service Program with the theme "Increasing the Business Scale of BUMDes Ciptagumati through Digitalization of Accounting and Marketing" has been implemented in Ciptagumati Village, Cikalong Wetan District, west Bandung Regency. This program is carried out through a series of training and counseling activities at the BUmdes business units.

Abstract

After its ratification and implementation Undang-Undang No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, then with the time simultaneously emerged business scale local the village below under the auspices of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). In general, the existence of BUMDes is expected to provide donation for improvement source income original village that allows village capable carry out development and improvement people's welfare optimally. However, there is problem base in governance BUMDes is one of them about management finance. Therefore, it is necessary done education for managers BUMDes in the form of seminars and workshops. This activity is carried out with Padjadjaran University students who are members in Work Study Group Real (KKN) for one month in Tarumajaya Village. The topic raised was Literacy Management Finance and Digitalization of Marketing for Manager BUMDes. The implementation of KKN is in the form of making module finance and digital marketing as well as seminars on education management finance and digitalization of marketing. This activity is expected to help increase the understanding of the manager BUMDes about accountability management finance BUMDes and business units so that good governance for BUMDes can be realized.
