Abstract

Abstrak: Dampak Leadership dan Corporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Peningkatan SERVQUAL PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia TBK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap peningkatan Kualitas layanan (SERVQUAL) di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang ada di Makassar. Penelitian melibatkan 96 orang sampel yang merupakan karyawan yang bekerja sebagai frontliner pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan dan CSR terhadap peningkatan SERVQUAL pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia yang ada di Makassar. Hal ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam menentukan pemimpin mereka di masa depan. Selain itu, program CSR apa yang cocok untuk dilaksanakan dalam rangka peningkatan SERVQUAL terhadap nasabah mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui variabel keuangan atau non keuangan yang memepengaruhi lebih dominan untuk menguji dan menganalisisadanya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel Tingkat inflasi (X1), Tingkat Suku Bunga (X2), Nilai Tukar Rupiah(X3), dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) pada bursa efek Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi(R2)), ananlisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien regresi parsial(uji-t), dan uji koefisien regresi simultan (uji-f) Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa variabel tingkat inflasi, tingkat suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah serta inflasi, suku bunga dan nilai tukar rupuiah (kurs) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,031 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan yang ditetapkan sebesar 0,05 (0,5%) uji parsial variabel tingkat inflasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG), tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap indrks harga saham gabungan (IHSG), nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG), dan produk domestic bruto berpengaruh positif terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan (IHSG).

Abstract

This study examines the significant impact of training on the quality of woven products at the Kelompok Usaha Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The population in this study consists of members working at the Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa. The sample size in this study is 44 respondents. Sampling was done by providing written statements or questions to respondents working at Kelompok Usaha Tenun Kada Situru’ in Desa Balla, Kabupaten Mamasa, to be answered. The data analysis methods used in this study include correlation coefficient analysis (r), coefficient of determination (r²), and the t-test. The results show that the training provided significantly influences the improvement of the quality of woven products, with a positive relationship between the intensity of training and the quality of the products produced by the business group members. These findings are expected to contribute to developing more effective training programs and policies to improve the quality of woven products and support the sustainability and competitiveness of woven products in the local market. Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. The population in this study were employees who worked at the North Toraja Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office. The number of samples in this study was 39 people from the entire population. Sampling was carried out by providing written statements or questions to respondents who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service Office of North Toraja Regency so that they could be answered. The data analysis used is analysis, correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (r²), and T test. The correlation coefficient test (r) results produce a value of 0.692. The coefficient of determination test results (r²) produced a 47.8 or 48% value. This shows that work motivation (X) has a 48% influence on employee performance (Y), while other factors influence the rest. From the results of the t_count and t_count tests above, it can be seen that the t_count value is 5.821, so t_count > t_table. So, this shows that work motivation (X) significantly affects employee performance (Y). Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
