Abstract

Efisiensi manajemen di tingkat desa merupakan aspek krusial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kualitas layanan publik. Di Desa X, terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam manajemen, termasuk sistem administrasi yang belum terdigitalisasi, keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi, dan rendahnya literasi TI di kalangan aparatur desa. Upaya peningkatan efisiensi manajemen melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sangat penting untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mengoptimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen di Desa X. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan teknologi informasi bagi aparatur desa, pengimplementasian sistem informasi manajemen, dan pembangunan website desa, dengan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk menyesuaikan strategi. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi informasi secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi desa. Pelatihan dan pengembangan kapasitas aparatur desa telah berhasil meningkatkan literasi TI dan keterampilan dalam manajemen data. Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen telah mempermudah proses administrasi dan pengelolaan keuangan. Website dan portal informasi desa meningkatkan transparansi dan aksesibilitas informasi bagi masyarakat. Untuk keberlanjutan, Desa X perlu melakukan pemantauan, evaluasi, dan pembaruan sistem secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the competitive business world, employee performance is a key factor determining organizational success, particularly in the manufacturing sector and government agencies in Indonesia. Transformational leadership is recognized as an effective leadership style in enhancing employee performance through improved work motivation. However, the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable, requires further investigation within these organizational contexts. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in large manufacturing companies and government agencies in Indonesia, such as the Ministry of Industry and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). A quantitative approach was used with path analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 250 employees in these sectors. The research instrument was adapted from a scale previously tested for validity and reliability. The analysis results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (β = 0.45; p < 0.01). Work motivation significantly mediates this relationship, with a stronger mediation effect observed in the manufacturing sector (β mediation = 0.30; p < 0.05). These findings suggest that effective leadership not only directly impacts employee performance but also indirectly through increased work motivation. The implications of this research highlight the need for leadership development programs focused on enhancing work motivation, such as training in inspirational communication skills and employee empowerment, to boost productivity in both the manufacturing sector and government agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at Aleankabut Hoz baby spa in Depok City. A quantitative approach was applied, with data collected via questionnaires from 108 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that both service quality and promotion had significant partial and simultaneous effects on customer satisfaction. Promotion emerged as the dominant variable influencing satisfaction, particularly through public relations and digital media strategies. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 89.2% indicates that the independent variables significantly explain the variation in customer satisfaction. The findings imply that enhancing empathy-based service quality and optimizing digital promotion strategies can increase customer loyalty in the baby spa sector.

Abstract

Rekam medis elektronik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan sehingga pasien merasa puas, cepat dan nyaman dengan pelayanan yang diberikan kemudian mempermudah tugas tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat dalam mendokumentasikan riwayat perjalanan penyakit pasien dari mulai masuk sampai keluar rumah sakit. Tahapan melakukanimplementasi rekam medis elektronik diperlukan penguasaan dari pengguna itu sendiri agar kualitas data yang dihasilkan menjadi optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan bersama-sama implementasi rekam medis elektronik dan kompetensi perawat terhadap kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 97 responden. Subjek penelitian yang dipilih adalah Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta dan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik dan Kompetensi Perawat Secara Simultan berpengaruh Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta dengan uji simultan (uji f) dengan melihat nilai F hitung sebesar (22.373) > F tabel (3,09) dengan nilai signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dan saran dari penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik dan Kompetensi Perawat bersama-sama dapat memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat Jakarta, seluruh karyawan dan tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat yang menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik hendaknya diberikan pelatihan atau In House Training (IHT) terhadap penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik sehingga kompetensi perawat dalam Implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik dapat terpenuhi dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and the workload of nurses on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital, Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten The method used is a quantitative and descriptive research method. The sampling technique with the entire population of nurses in the Dahlia room was 121 respondents. Based on the results of the examination, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This can be seen from the calculated F value, which is 42,791. Meanwhile, the resulting significance value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that this multiple regression model is feasible to use, and the hospital implementation variable (SIMRS) and the nurse workload have a simultaneous influence on the nurse performance variable. The conclusion based on the results of the study on the effect of the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and workload on the nurse staff in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten with a total of 72 respondents can be concluded that: There is a significant positive influence on the implementation of the hospital management system on the workload of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, There is a significant positive influence on the workload on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten, There is a significant positive influence on the implementation of the hospital management system (SIMRS) and the workload on the performance of nurses in the Dahlia Room of the Central General Hospital General Center Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten
