Abstract

Pendidikan Indonesia mengalami pembaharuan kurikulum sebagai akibat dari perkembangan pendidikan di abad kedua puluh satu. Pada pembaharuan kurikulum ini, elemen asesmen harus dipelajari karena merupakan komponen pembelajaran yang sangat penting. Penelitian kualitatif biasanya dilakukan. Selain itu, mata pelajaran dan materi yang ditentukan sesuai dengan pendidikan tingkat dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis konten dari beberapa artikel yang telah dipublikasikan yang berkaitan dengan persepsi siswa terhadap kurikulum belajar merdeka di sekolah dasar. Alat dan metode analisis data yang paling umum digunakan adalah test dan t-test serial. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa saran untuk penelitian lanjutan tentang evaluasi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

Information services are a form of service in guidance and counseling that is very important for students. Information services are information delivery activities as a systematic effort by counseling teachers to help students in the process of understanding, making decisions, and supporting their development towards independence. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a type of literature study, namely collecting relevant and valid data and sources related to the research topic being studied. Then the data will be analyzed using the description analysis method. This research is expected to add insight, especially for counseling teachers related to information service management. Abstract

The psychodynamic approach includes a deep understanding of the complex interactions between culture and individual psychological aspects. This approach combines elements of psychodynamics, such as unconscious conflict and psychosexual development, with sensitivity to the role of culture in shaping a person's identity and thought patterns. The aim of this research is to understand in depth the multicultural view in the psychodynamic approach. By using literature study research methods which involve collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing information from relevant text sources to answer research questions or develop arguments. This study supports the aspect of cultural integration in psychodynamic practice to understand mental dynamics in a multicultural context. Psychodynamics in multiculturalism tends to emphasize the importance of understanding the complexity of individuals by considering their cultural background. These conclusions indicate the need to integrate multicultural aspects in psychodynamic practice to understand and respond to the diversity of human experience more holistically

Abstract

Identity as the essence of the person, is recognized as something that continues to develop despite being influenced by environmental and social factors. Social identity theory, which emphasizes the influence of social groups on self-concept, is an important foundation in understanding this dynamic. Multicultural counseling involves a deep understanding of the cultural characteristics of the counselee. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques. The purpose of this research is to find out the social identity in multicultural counseling. The results of the study include: (1) social psychology identity development, (2) the context of the emergence of multicultural counseling, (3) multicultural conceptual development, and (4) the role of counselors in multicultural counseling social identity.
