Abstract

Public Relations atau humas sangat diperlukan baik pada tingkat pemerintahan maupun perusahaan. Public relations diharapkan dengan masyarakat dalam berbagai aktivitas bisa sama-sama memberikan informasi dengan tujuan bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka. Sumber- sumber kepustakaan dapat diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, majalah, hasil-hasil penelitian dan sumber-sumber lainnya yang sesuai. Public relations dapat diartikan hubungan hubungan antar publik. Dengan adanya kata antar disini, menunjukkan adanya banyak public yang harus melakukan hubungan tersebut, dan karena publiknya banyak, maka menandakan banyaknya hubungan. Dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia, radio memiliki arti siaran (pengiriman) suara atau bunyi melalui udara. Peranan public relations dalam suatu organisasi dapat dibagi tiga kategori, yaitu penasehat ahli, fasilitator komunikasi, dan fasilitator proses pemecahan masalah. Peneliti mengambil beberapa contoh strategi public relations pada program radio di Indonesia, seperti Ben’s Radio 106,2 FM, Radio Delta FM Jakarta, dan RRI cabang Madya-Denpasar. Pada umumnya kegiatan Public Relations ditujukan pada dua jenis sasaran atau public (khalayak) yaitu Public Internal dan Publik Eksternal.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how much consumers trust Ms. Glow's beauty products, which has a big impact. This demonstrates that customers consider Ms. Glow's beauty products to be superior to those of rival brands or other brands. The Ms. Glow brand's products, according to customers, are of high quality and have a positive effect on the face when used. The business world always evolves over time, especially the cosmetic or beauty industry, which has become a necessity for every human being, both men and women, according to the explanation of the relationship or influence of brand image with brand loyalty and consumer trust with brand loyalty. The marketing communication strategies in this study start with marketing strategies based on the four Ps—product, price, places, and promotion. the kinds of promotions that were done and how satisfied customers were. The author employs a qualitative approach, and the author of this study employs a qualitative approach to explain the collected data. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of consumer confidence in the beauty product MS GLOW, which has a significant impact. This shows that customers consider MS GLOW beauty products to be superior to other competing brands. According to customers, products from the MS GLOW brand have high quality and have a positive effect on the face when used. The explanation of the relationship or influence between consumer confidence, brand loyalty, and brand image, with brand loyalty revealed that the business world is always evolving over time, especially in the cosmetics or beauty industry, which has become a necessity for all humans, both men and women. The marketing communication strategy in this research begins with a marketing strategy based on the four Ps, namely product, price, place, and promotion. This research uses a qualitative approach to explain the collected data.
